Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lucky Sanannah made it so easy to book a rental cottage and our experience was very positive. The cottage was neat, clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The customer service and maintenance were outstanding. We loved venturing out to Forsyth Park, the downtown area, and just marveling at the beauty and southern charm of the oldest city in Georgia.

Parking was difficult ... kitchen utensils were limited ... patio was excellent ... everything else was very livable. We enjoyed our stay.

This little cottage is truly a hidden gem. Far enough away from the madness to sleep sweetly, close enough to walk to shops and bars and delicious food. The cottage is so beautiful inside, from the mural on the wall to the furniture choices. It feels like you live there in that beautiful city. So clean, but not sterile. Read some books, sit on your private swing under an old mulberry tree, and stay awhile.

First impressions were nice however upon further investigation we noticed issues/instability with the bed frame as it was missing an entire middle support leg as well as the others being bent and less supportive. When we arrived, the a/c did not have power and it appears to have a wiring issue that causes power to it to cut on and off. The property is roughly a 30-35 min walk to the Broughton, Riverfront area which we thoroughly enjoyed. The Lucky Savannah team was responsive when prompted but their solution didn’t meet our expectations. The bed in the bedroom ultimately needs to be replaced in our opinion.

Don't stay longer than a couple days

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is extremely old so be prepared. If you would like to use hot water, there will be no water pressure. The vents in the bathroom have layers and layers of dust build up and haven't been cleaned in years. The mattress is probably as old as the house and extremely uncomfortable; I'm still dealing with neck issues; which I have never experienced before traveling. When we arrived the bathroom had a huge water leak on the floor which was fixed but given the state of the upkeep, I'm guessing has been "fixed" multiple times for a quick fix

We also regret that the mattress did not provide a comfortable night’s rest. Easy place to cook meals and relax. Beds and couches were clean and very comfortable. The check in gift was perfect. I LOVED the back yard. Very cozy and comfortable to relax in private. We were close enough to just walk to where we wanted most times. Will definitely stay here again.
