And if should you tire of the surf and sand, go for a swim in the shared pool. After, enjoy the cool air-conditioning comforts of your own condo, watch some TV and prepare a delicious meal in your full kitchen. Central AC keeps the whole space cool and comfortable. This condo is located in Maya Beach, a great area of Placencia Peninsula. It is a quiet region with a few excellent restaurants and convenient supermarkets. Visit Placencia Village, where you'll find more bars, restaurants, tour agencies, and the village pier. Nearby activities include snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, scuba diving, jungle hikes, and Mayan ruin tours.

Couldn't ask for a better location - right on the beach; easy drive to the airport, Seine Bight, and anywhere on the sidewalk.

The condo was good but there were ants getting on all of our food and was hard to reach staff . We ran out of toilet paper and didn’t know how to get more. I’m the condo it states there is a laundry facility but nope. The location was great and the view amazing.

A week at beachside villas

The units are clean with great access to the pool, ocean, and surrounding restaurants and bars. You are a 10 to 15 minute “car ride” from Placencia Village so plan accordingly. Sienne Bight Village is closer (less than five minutes by car). We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location but upstairs

This place is showing it's age. The toilet is not bolted down, the water rarely runs hot, but overall it's a nice place in a decent location.

Almost perfect

This place was as described, and nearly a perfect visit except for the tiny ant problem. Hopefully they will get rid of the ants before the next guest visit.

Nice place!

The location was perfect and the condo clean and attractive. The living room / kitchen is not as big as it appears in the pictures, maybe 12ft x 20ft. Also, while the balcony looks out over the pool and the ocean, the furniture is so uncomfortable that you don't want to lounge there for long.All in all, nice and reasonable for the money. The Laru Beya next door is nicer, but also pricier.

No water large gap above the door. Room full of mosquitoes. Contacted host about condition of residence While the room as credited back Vacasa would not refund the host fee which included cleaning. We were only in the room an hour. Beware never book with the management team Vacasa.

Our stay

The grounds and location were great. The inside needs some updating and attention. In regards to cleanliness, the cabinets in the kitchen and under the sink are very foul-smelling.Not sure. If it's something they are using to clean, but it is not very inviting.

Very Nice Place

Overall nice place for the cost. Would stay again. A few things to be aware of ...the shower water gets VERY HOT and is very hard to regulate so BEWARE so you don't get burned badly ...internet is almost non-existent in the master bedroom (a booster in that room would fix that issue) ...there was no frying pan in the kitchen. Otherwise we were very satisfied with this villa!

Loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay. The Villa was quiet and seconds from the beach. Patio area outside of the door was nice and overlooks the courtyard and towards the ocean. The outside property seemed to always have maintenance cleaning up the area. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and such that allowed us to cook and save a little money by buying groceries from the local stores instead of eating out all the time, which adds up quick. My only real criticism is the water pressure is lacking, which I imagine is a Belize thing. It was a pleasure to stay here and we plan on coming back to Belize soon enough and will certainly see if this rental is available. I highly recommend this place.

We appreciated the AC and the refrigerator. The place is clean, and someone came to us to check if we needed anything. There's a local market about a mile away, so we were able to get water and some food to last the few days we were there. The place comes with beach towels for the pool, and it even had buckets for sand along with other pool floaties. You definitely will need transportation. We rented a gold cart; it made a big difference for us. We woke up every morning to the sound of birds and the ocean. Next time I come into town, I am staying here if availability permits.

You get what you pay for with Airbnb

It was important to us to have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and air conditioning. They provided that for us. What we didn't like was that there wasn't enough toilet paper for a party of 4 for 10 days. There wasn't enough silverware or glasses for a party of 4. If you have a management team taking care of your place, they should make sure you have the basics.
