Charming Oasis in the Heart of Downtown by Lucky Savannah

Located across from Colonial Cemetery, and only two blocks from Broughton Street, this ground-level apartment is just a few steps away from the hustle and bustle. Guests enter into the airy living room, that is accented with charming decor. The kitchen opens up to the living room, with a large butcher block kitchen island that is perfect for preparing a home-cooked meal! Guests will enjoy having a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Off of the kitchen, guests will also find a stackable washer and dryer.

Toward the back of this cozy apartment, you will enter the oasis like bedroom with canopy bed and en suite bathroom. A queen size bed with hotel-grade linens awaits you, and the en suite features a walk-in shower and a marble countertop vanity, with plenty of space to get ready!

Get a feel for Savannah's spooky side and walk through the Colonial Park Cemetery, with tombstones that date as far back as 1750. For those looking to take home more than a history lesson, head North three blocks to Savannah's retail hub: Broughton Street.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

This cute little apartment was close to everything. The trolley had a drop off point right across the street. We were able to walk around Savannah and come back and relax very easily.

The place is well maintained and has everything you need. There is a gas station on the other side of the block that is really nice and has a lot of household items if you need any. CVS is within walking distance as well. We walked everywhere downtown and got an Uber to Tybee Island and St Bonaventure Cemetery. If you want to experience Savannah this is the place to stay!

A lovely place, close to everything downtown

It is a lovely, cozy apartment, well-appointed 1 bedroom apartment, which was perfect for my time in Savannah. The kitchen is well-stocked, the bed is comfy, and the internet connection seemed fine the entire time I was there. I was very happy with my stay!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip. We will definitely be staying again. Location is great, we walked everywhere. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and absolutely beautifully decorated. Communication with the host was super easy. 5/5 recommend!

Great long weekend!!

The property was just as advertised! A great location within walking distance of everything. It is nicely decorated which gives it an at home feel. Perfect for a long weekend trip for 2! Would definitely consider staying here again!

Charming place in a great location

We could not have asked for a better location for this charming little apartment. We were within walking distance to everything but far enough off the busiest areas to have quiet time. Decorated beautifully, but there was an old musty and mold smell. The bathtub did not look clean and it was extremely difficult to pull the faucet knob out. The management sent only one door code for check in (there are 2) and the code that was sent to me did not work. Positives about the management was that they answered any time which was good since we needed the check in door codes late and had maintenance look at the tub faucet right away. They also kindly allowed us to store our luggage at their office while we used our last day for more sight seeing. Overall, we liked this cozy little place.

This cozy French-themed tiny apartment is all that the previous reviews and promotional description promise. It's in an ideal location, with adequate kitchen amenities, comfortable bed, lovely eating space, and easy paid parking across the street. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with this room! Only complaints are that we couldn’t find extra blankets and the couch didn’t look like it got cleaned before our stay. Everything else was very clean and welcoming!

The location was great and the apartment was just as described. Just felt it could have been a little cleaner. The door going into the building was filthy and hallway wasn't much better and the apartment could have been a little cleaner. But overall it was good and the location was great.

Centrally Located- nice size rooms

Very satisfied with the room, however would have appreciated a little more info concerning parking. We spent 2 hours trying to figure out how it worked and that there are payment kiosks for each block in the area and you pay for what ever spot you are in. Would have been easier to know that it can all be done on line and no need to go to parking garage for a permit for a longer stay.

Pros: Situated in a convenient location across the street from the Colonial cemetery. Easy to walk everywhere. Extremely comfortable bed, plenty of towels and good Wi-Fi. Cons: Very little natural light-only the kitchen has windows so the bedroom and bathroom are very dark. Only 4 hangers in closet. Difficult to regulate the temperature of the water in the shower-the faucet adjustment and faucet are very loose. Could use better soap-only provided two extremely small bars. We had to buy something to use in the shower. Good communication from renting agency and app worked well. Charged a small fee to check in early.
