START UP SUPPLIES PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We've just had the pleasure of 9 nights at 622 Bay Club. Fantastic property, clean, spacious & well equipped.For dining in, there's more than enough equipment.The rooms are spotlessly presented, each with lanai access.Great wraparound lanai for catching both the early morning sunrise and evening sunsets, offering stunning views of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Hualālai.Wonderful location with plenty of activities nearby.It didnt disappoint at all

Beautiful, clean, spacious, convenient parking, great vacation resort. Appreciated the beach chairs and the timely emails from the staff regarding arrival and departure instructions. Exceeded expectations!

This is a beautiful property that was perfect for 2 couples. There are two king rooms with full baths and the living areas and outdoor spaces were larger than we expected. Very quiet serene setting.

Bright and airy

We loved the place! It was very spacious and bright and the view was really lovely. It was clean and quiet and the Hilton pool pass was a really nice bonus. We also very much enjoyed watching the resident Nene (Hawaiian geese), mongoose, and the beautiful cats and birds that seemed to enjoy relaxing on the lawn below the balcony. We would definitely stay here again on future trips.

Paradise Found!

This is the most amazing condo. The view is superb. Very comfortable and well decorated. The patio was our favorite part. Great spot for napping and catching the sunrise. Nice walking area, lovely pools and plenty to do nearby for both adults and kids. We will be back!!

Beautiful view

We had a great stay here. Having two king size beds with their own bathrooms was a plus. Beautiful view of the golf course. There were beach towels & chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, and snorkel gear which came in handy. The only negative comment on the unit was the carpet was a bit stained, but that seems to be common in vacation rentals near the beach. Nice quiet location with easy 15 minute walk to the beach. Overall great spot and would recommend!

Kohala Coast in September

Outstanding property! Rarely does a property exceed expectations. The photos don't do it justice. The entire complex was immaculate, and appreciated all the small extras and attention to detail. Unit was spacious and extremely clean. Will look to reserve this unit on our next trip.

Summer Getaway

The accommodations were stellar. It was spacious, organized, and appreciated all the labels for guests to use all amenities. Had a little issue with second bedroom and Kim responded immediately and resolved the issue. She went above and beyond to make our stay better than ever. She also helped us retrieve a few items we left behind and we were able to pick them up before we left the island. We’d definitely stay here again! Mahalo

Excellent property, location, etc. The ONLY thing that bothered me was I could not reduce the A/C below 74 degrees... this is too warm for me, we should be able to cool it to at least 70 degrees.

Beautiful Open Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. The home has everything we needed to cook our own meals. My husband found it relaxing and inviting to do his work. Bed was comfortable. Shower is huge. Fun for 2. Outdoor space wonderful for relaxing and reading, watching the golfers. Inside space would be very comfortable for 2 couples. The swim pass for the Hilton is a bit overrated. I found the “water slides” quite disappointing. They are good for 2-3 year olds. All of a 1 second slide. Children were in the pool, but not using the slides- they were too short and little nothings. The grounds of the Hilton are fun to walk and families were enjoying the swim pools and lagoon. There is not good snorkelling around. I had to walk to Turtle cove to see turtles and snorkel. A very long walk. The unit should provide info about the shuttle service that is available. The shuttle will take you to the Hilton, to shopping, etc and there was no info on it in the unit. We would recommend this unit.

Excellent Property

This is an excellent property located on the first green of the golf course. it is well furnished, especially the kitchen where the owner has supplied virtually everything one could need. Each bedroom has an en suite and there is 1/2 bath near the entryway. The owner has gone the extra mile — for example, there are liquid soap dispensers in each bathroom and a jug of liquid soap in the kitchen that can be used to refill these. There is also a very large roll of garbage bags in the kitchen that are used in the trash cans thereby avoiding the need for the guests to purchase trash bags that they will never be able to use up. The only nit — and it is a small one — is the Samsung TV in the living room. It dropped its connection with the Internet 5-6 times while we were there. The other two TVs are Roku TVs that didn't have a similar problem. I would encourage the owner to purchase a Roku stick for the Samsung TV as it is more reliable than the Internet connection on the Samsung. I have an identical Samsung with a Roku stick and it never drops the Internet connection.My wife and I would happily stay at this location in the future. It is a quality property.

This property was perfect for our say. Everything was as advertized and in most cases better! Not ocean view, but overlooking the 1st and 18th holes of the golf course and mountain views in the background were spectacular.We had to cancel our first week on Kauai due to hurricane. We were able to book another nearby property and were offered a special rate to check into this property a couple days early. Communication was outstanding, responses were all within an hour. We were able to check in early, and extended our checkout (for a fee) due to a late flight out of Kona. I think this was without a doubt the perfect place on the island to stay. We did not get a drop of rain despite a second hurricane brushing our island. This spot is protected very well by the mountains, which keeps the inclement weather away. We did do ALOT of driving, but enjoyed all of it for what we did and saw. Best beach was 69 black sand beach for calm protected waters and great snorkeling. I saw everything from all local fish,eel, lobster, and turtles. Go early (at least by 9am) to get a pass at the gate.2nd favorite for traditional sand beach was Mauna Kea, also get there early for pass. Some decent snorkeling, but more of a traditional beach experience with incredible views of Maui in the background.I was initially put off by the beach pass thing, but really appreciated it for keeping the crouds down.Worst beach was A beach, crowds, low visibility water, terrible snorkeling.
