Have stayed at Hali’i Kai several times and love the area. Great complex with pool and restaurant…tennis and pickleball. This unit was clean, well appointed and all the furnishings were in great shape.

This 3 bedroom condo was very spacious, spotless clean, and beautifully decorated. The pool area was never crowded, you always had lots of chairs to pick from, the sand bottom hot tub was a big hit and dining outdoors poolside in the evening under the umbrellas with little lanterns on your table was so special. Everyone was welcoming. We loved the more quiet surroundings compared to larger resorts. Do know that the pool area closes earlier then most other resorts at 8pm. Also know you will not get check in information or door codes until your unit is clean and ready. The owner was wonderful and had direct communication with us via text which came in handy. The unit was well stocked and made our stay super easy, they even had a closet full of beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and towels so we didn't have to go rent or buy them. Thank you for making this such a memorable, easy and comfortable stay! Highly recommend!

Great Condo for Big Island stay

Great private gated community with beautiful pool located in the Waikiloa Resort area. We stayed in a 3bdrm 2bath condo that was clean and very spacious, would definitely book again!

Wonderful Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hali'i Kai. Communication was excellent with the property managers and they were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Great place! Very clean and new. Pool, workout area was nice. Condo also had some nice beach supplies like beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc.

Love the big island

The property map was not accurate with the actual location of the unit. Great time on the island, location of resort was a great to get to all areas of the island

Home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. They supplied everything you would need for the beach or to use the sports facilities on site. The pool was great, especially at sunset

Great spot

This location worked really well for our family of 6. The beach accessories available to us were very convenient. This an awesome location of you want to spend time on both the West and East sides of the island. Host was very responsive to the few communications I had. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Home in a Wonderful Location

The home was very well appointed with everything you need. The kitchen had lots of everything!! In was well stocked too with beach toys, chairs, boogy boards etc. Well decorated too and nice furniture. However, I would recommend that the beds and pillows are due for a change, mahalo!

Paradise found

Located in a quiet, clean and beautiful area. It is a short walk, or drive, to the club house where you can relax by the pool overlooking the Pacific ocean, or get a workout on the exercise equipment while looking at the ocean, or get a snack and drink at the bar. Sitting on the patio at the condo was a favorite spot for socializing and watching the birds. This is a place I highly recommend.

Condo was great, Staff was great, Location was ok We were not told of the resort fee in advance.

Property was fine but quite a distance from the pool. (10 Min walk).

Could not have made a better choice !

We stayed here for 8 nights and nine days and it was a wonderful stay. Adriana the host, answered all of our questions before we arrived. The home had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, the home was comfortable, the Lani was great. The house was stocked with everything you need to hang all day at the beach and board games when you get back from a day of hanging out and eating shave ice. If I return to Kona I will make sure that I book with this host!

Great Condo, Just as Described

The condo is clean, spacious and well appointed. The patio and grassy area were great for the little ones. We did have difficulty finding the place at night when we arrived. We also had to wait to hear back from host when we reached out. The condo is just as described in the listing.

Short, sweet stay in Hawaii

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very clean, convenient, bright and sunny. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch in the mornings and trying out different beaches, each just 5-15 min drive away. We would return! Adriana was easily reachable and answered all of our questions.

Great stay and host

Our family of 5 (grandparent, 2 parents, teen and tween) loved this property. Plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen is VERY well equipped. Ice maker and cold water in fridge made filling water bottles before leaving for the day easy - no need to buy water. Having a grill right there was awesome - we used it multiple nights. Property felt safe - teen walked alone to hang out in the hammocks and explore the property daily. Adriana was very responsive when we had questions about the property. Only complaint is that we wish we had stayed longer! Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful place with everything you could ask for!

Beautiful condo. Very clean and inviting. We were almost afraid to touch anything as it seemed brand new. This condo had everything from beach chairs (6 even for my family of 6) to q-tips. Very well supplied! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with nice pots,pans, dishes etc. I was very happy to see the cooking utensils also matched the size of our family (large pans). I would definitely suggest offering a mattress topper as an option for the master bed as it was quite hard.
