This bright 3rd floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa offers beautiful views through the gardens to the ocean. The kitchen, living room, and dining room provide an open and comfortable area with a modern, beachy feel! Both bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and updated. All this, and only steps to the beach.

Windsor Place offers two large oceanfront pools and a hot tub as well as a large sundeck, poolside restrooms, showers, and a covered pavilion with a grilling area.

Spring Break 2025

We loved this condo!! Lovely condo, great location with beautiful views and it was on the beach! We were disappointed the kids pool wasn't cleaned so we couldn't use that. The large pool was cleaned so we used that instead.

The property is amazing! Clean and well-stocked. The views are nice and I believe the owners ordered the morning dolphin swim by for good measure! :)

Awesome Condo

Very clean and tastefully decorated. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Everything you need was in the condo. Woild definitely staff again. The Vacation Company were friendly and kept us informed about the storm.

We stayed in this same unit 3 years ago and obviously thought enough of it to come back. Everything was mostly great and we’d come back. But if there any updates going to be made, we’d suggest a new shower head in the main bath and both the king bed and one of the twin beds in the second bedroom really made a lot of noise when you move. Didn’t help the sleeping. Again, these are nitpicks in the larger picture. Wonderful location and view; excellent pool and beach amenities and fantastic access to the beach. And the management company made everything very easy.

We really enjoyed the property and would definitely come back again! The communication was excellent from our host! Only suggestion is that the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. You kind of sleep in a hole.

Beautiful views and great location.

The views from this condo were beautiful. Great location and overall clean & comfortable. Right by the elevator too. Appliances were great and worked well. Only complaint was that both showers drained slowly and the master bathroom shower fixtures need an update. There was also a strange smell coming from the drain in the laundry room floor. Access to both the beach & pool were a breeze. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo.

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful time at this property. The views were fantastic from all the rooms and deck. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. The air conditioning was comfortable and did not freeze us out or fail. There were plenty of linens, towels, and dish/laundry soap supplied. The pool was beautiful. There were grills outside at the pool, which we did not use, but would be a fun thing to do. The only issue we had at check in was that we had the wrong code, but management gave us the right code with minimal wait time, and that was after hours. So I think they did a great job in the response time. I would definitely recommend this unit. It was the first time we had ever stayed in Palmetto Dunes, and we absolutely loved it.

Location and Amenities Can’t Be Beat

The location of this property is fantastic. Super easy access right off the extremely quiet elevator and just steps to the pool and beach. It was super easy to run back to the room to grab drinks or snacks or use the restrooms at the pool. The rental came with a credit to rent beach gear, which we were not expecting but really came in handy. We were able to rent chairs and bikes. The unit itself is beautifully furnished and much larger than we expected. The pictures do not do the view justice. It was fantastic having our morning coffee on the balcony and watching the ocean. We had several deer and bunny visitors below the balcony, which was fun to watch. The starter kit of paper products, trash bags, dishwashing and laundry supplies were enough for our family of 4 for the week. The rental company was very easy to work with and responded so quickly when I called on a Sunday with a question. Check in and out was completely contactless and simple. The amenities within Palmetto Dunes were a huge plus. I cannot recommend this property enough and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful unit

We were pleasantly surprised at how much better the condominium looked in person. And very impressed with how clean it was which was a top priority for our family. Great communication with the company and super easy no contact check in and out. A great experience. Some noise with neighbors and maintenance crew but to be expected this time of year. Loved location.

Family vacation

Photos did not do this condo justice. We absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful property, very clean and a very short walk to the beach (that was not overcrowded). Close to shops. Abundant wildlife all around. Dolphins and deer ect...Even found a sharks tooth. Would highly recommend.

The condo is beautiful, all high end furnishings and tastefully decorated. It's very spacious for 2 couples. That plus the lovely view made for a perfect experience.

Very pleased that our room was ready a little early as we had been traveling for many hours.

The property is in a great location, layout was great, loved the windows in the living room and master bedroom. Property was cleaned, well stocked and had everything we needed. Looked exactly like the pictures.
