Ocean Views from the Lanai, are so awesome, you may never want to leave the condo! Everyday brings a one-of -a kind Sunrise over Haleakala. Everyday, turtles feed among the gentle waves of our private beach, which is steps away. During whale season watch the Humpback Whales! For closer views, binoculars are supplied to guests to use at the condo. View palm trees, distant outer islands, birds, flying fish, etc. A short walk down the street is Haycraft Park which offers a Sandy Beach perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and sun bathing. Walk for miles & miles along pristine beaches. Stop at the Bird Refuge center located between our condo and Sugar Beach. Walk or take a short drive in the opposite direction, and you will arrive at the Ma'alaea Harbor and the Harbor Shops of Ma'alaea. Catch a snorkel boat to Molokini, a whale watching tour at the Pacific Whale Foundation or a sunset cruise. Visit the Aquarium, and have lunch or dinner at the nearby Seascape Restaurant. The Shops offer various places to eat & shops to purchase gifts, etc.Our condo is CENTRALLY located to explore ALL of Maui. The interior of Condo is a study in design & function. This condo is our home away from home, not just a rental. It is furnished in a Modern Hawaiian style with updated furniture, artwork, with attention to detail. It is well maintained, & clean. Quality linens, towels, cookware, espresso machine, & fresh spices are supplied. Beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, coolers, & boogie boards provided.

Great apartment and location

Really nice apartment with everything you need right next to the ocean. There is a private beach where you can watch sea turtles come to the shore at night and another larger beach in walking distance that isnā€™t too crowded. Also great location when you want to explore the rest of the island. Already miss the sound of the waves at night

Stunning View

Maalaea Banyans has the most beautiful oceanfront views. Saw sea turtles come ashore every night and watched whales from the 3rd floor lanai. The unit was spotless with lovely furnishings, a new tiled shower and comfy bed. The location is so convenient to reach other parts of the Island. You can easily walk to the Aquarium and delicious Tanteā€™s Fishmarket. I would definitely book this lovely unit again.

THE Perfect Vacation Stay

This property was better than advertised. The location was close enough to everything we wanted, yet just far enough from everything that we could just relax. The unit was very thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. The bed was so comfy, the kitchen had everything needed for meal and snack prep, the Bluetooth speaker system was just right and the bathroom had good quality toilet paper (my husband really appreciated that). We did spend much more time on the lanai than I would have figured we would. It was so tranquil and soothing just watching the turtles bounce around in the surf. The pool and hot tub, like the rest of the property, were clean and well kept. The town was a very few steps away and we found a few great dining options there. A shorter walk just the other way was some of the most beautiful and uncrowded stretches of beach. We were pleased to no end about renting this unit. We will be backā€¦

Wonderful location, close to everything! This condo has the best ocean view weā€™ve experienced! Hostess Ahna was so nice and responsive to any questions we had. User friendly for folks with mobility needs, elevator and walk-in shower was so helpful. Hope to visit again!

Perfect place to stay!

We rented out this place for a week and loved it. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and ocean tours. The lanai overlooked ocean and you can clearly see whales throughout the day. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect!

Location was excellent for us. Easy access to the entire island. More amenities than we expected. Extremely comfortable. Best part was sitting on the lanai everyday watching the whales. The owner, Ahna, was very communicative with us and very welcoming. We have been coming to Maui for many years. This was our best stay.

Wonderful!

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days in January for our anniversary. We had a great time! The condo was clean and cozy. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the sunrise and whales. The condo had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to beach gear. We really liked the location which allowed us to walk to the beach and the small shopping area (where the Maui ocean center is located). We felt secluded but close enough to do everything we wanted. I really appreciated the personal recommendation guide and the welcome treats. We hope to be back again someday!

Amazing view from lanai

Entire process from booking to check-out was easy. Communication with the owner(Ahna) was great. The unit was clean and well equipped - allowing us to enjoy breakfast every morning on the lanai - soaking up the sunrises, the amazing ocean view, and the sound of the waves. There was a Guest book loaded with instructions, useful information, recommendations and lots of restaurant ideas and menus. The bed was comfortable and we used the fans but did not need the AC during our stay. We appreciated the use of the cooler, beach towels and beach chairs when we explored the beaches. The condo is in a great location making it easy to explore anywhere on the island - and being able to walk to the Marina and Aquarium is a bonus. We would love to return some day and would not hesitate to stay at Ahna's place again. Thanks Ahna!

Perfect Maui Experience

The location was amazing. Just a short drive to shopping and restaurants and a shorter commute to other parts of the island. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and escape from the more touristy areas. The condo was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. I loved the view from the lanai- I could have stayed there all day listening to the waves. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and cooler for trips to the beach. The condo community property was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The pool was perfect for cooling off and we even got to see a turtle come up on the beach. We would recommend this property to others and would love to come back again in the future!

Amazing ocean view and sound of crashing waves. Quiet small complex perfect for relaxation. Not much in the way of restaurants without a drive but centrally located if you like to explore other areas of the island.

Enjoyed Our Stay

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We really enjoyed the views, the turtles, the nicely maintained property, and hearing the ocean. What we really deeply appreciated, however, was how it felt like being at a home and not a hotel. From the snacks, juices, toiletries, beach accessories to the fantastic coffee beans and the over the top espresso maker. They really thought of everything. The guest experience is sensational! Our thanks to these fantastic hosts for helping us to have such a memorable, stress free anniversary.

Great Stay

Entire rental process was easy. Listing was accurate, communication with owner was great, unit was clean/well equipped/had amazing views right from the lanai. We sat out on the lanai for every meal we ate in the unit, enjoying the ocean, sounds of the waves, and amazing views of Haleakala. Also beautiful sunrises. The kitchen was well equipped, there were beach chairs, beach umbrella, and coolers for us to use when going to the beach. Guide books and notebook with instructions/useful information were in the unit. We had a great time and this condo is centrally located, making travel anywhere on the island easier.

Beautiful view and location

Due to an issue with the unit we were not able to get in for the first 3 days.., HOWEVER, Ahna called immediately to let us know and made other arrangements for us so we did not miss a beat on the trip. The unit was beautiful and clean, had everything we needed. The view was UNBEATABLE. So many personal and thoughtful touches. We would recommend 100%!!

Everything was as promised! The view was absolutely beautiful sunrise through sunset. All amenities such as beach items, coolers and espresso machine really made for an enjoyable stay. Everything needed for a perfect vacation in paradise!

Ahna's place is well stocked and accommodating with everything you would need for a great Hawaiian vacation, making it a rare find! She provides well detailed instructions for everything and also a binder full of information on restaurants, excursions, etc. I loved how the condo is decorated to make you feel like you're in Hawaii. The best part, was the ocean view right from the lanai! We were there during a historic south swell, and was able to watch pro surfers catch waves and surf freight trains right from the balcony, not to mention look down at all the photographers and crowd below. Definitely would book Ahna's place again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Maui!

Amazing place

This condo is uniquely decorated in a quiet neighborhood central to most everything on the island. It was thoughtfully supplied with most everything we could need, and I love to cook. Even though the weather was very hot, we enjoyed the fresh ocean air and didn't need the AC. The bed was comfy. We we ate many meals on the lanai watching the turtles and the sunrises. We had such a beautiul and relaxing time.

Beautiful condo

We have stayed in this condo multiple times now, and will continue to come back. The property is perfectly located, close to towns, but out of the way of the hustle and bustle. A short walk takes to Maalaea harbor, harbor shops, and the Maui aquarium. Checking in was extremely easy, and once inside, the condo does does not disappoint. My favorite view is from the lanai, which overlooks Maalaea bay. We saw lots of turtles down in the water, and on previous trips have been able to whale watch from our seats. The views of the bay and Haleakala are amazing. The condo itself has everything you need. Full kitchen with espresso maker, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, and cooking utensils. The surfboard countertop is such a nice added touch. The air conditioning unit In the bedroom did a wonderful job keeping us cool at night. Additionally, extras such as beach chairs, towels, umbrella, ice chest, and boogie boards were a welcome surprise. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property, and look forward to returning again soon!
