Spray Beach LBI Beachfront Bargain! Welcome to CVU! Our home has stood in the dunes of Spray Beach for over 100 years, and its old bones are full of character and seaside charm. Our family has been fortunate to share countless memories and quality time here as the layout facilitates togetherness like no other home.
You may freely enjoy long walks on the beach since the walk to it is short and sweet. There is a cozy second story sun deck offering an ocean view and that refreshing salted sea breeze. The backyard is perfect for picnic lunches and BBQ dinners. There are six bedrooms (and a few hidden nooks to stowaway guests of guests), kitchen, dining room, living room and a small laundry room in the rear with new appliances. However you'll likely spend most of your time relaxing on our wraparound front porch where time stands still.
There is ample parking for 6-8 cars, an outdoor shower, and WiFi. We have AC units in each bedroom.
Spray Beach Hotel is located across the street for additional visitors you don't want in your home (LOL) and Drift Outdoor Bar (closes at 10pm) dine in or take out. Beach Haven is a short distance away with lots to see and do, restaurants and shopping, though it is nice to be outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown during peak season. Puzzles on the porch, read a good book, play games, take a long overdue nap. CVU awaits you!

We offer booking Friday to Friday, as Saturday changeover is traffic mayhem coming and going.
