If you are dreaming of an oceanfront home, you cannot get closer than this lovely 4 bedroom, 4 bath reverse living contemporary uniquely located to deliver unobstructed views as far as the eye can see. A renovated kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable furniture mixed with beautiful antiques make the interior of this home as inviting as the outside.
Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee on one of the other 4 decks while gazing at the glorious sunrise on the horizon. Later, walk out the front door to the daily manicured beautiful beach; 10 beach tags are available for your use. When it's time for lunch, just leave your beach chairs and walk right back to the house--no need to lug coolers. An outdoor shower is off the outdoor patio for your convenience.
After your day on the beach, relax on the lounge chairs up on the sky deck with views of the sunset on the bay. Dinner can be a family affair enjoyed on the outdoor patio while watching the surfers as your dinner cooks on the grill. Or, take a break from cooking at one of the many great restaurants on Long Beach Island. Beach Haven, a short drive away, offers day and night action for the whole family: Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf Water Park, Museum of Maritime History, Surflight Theater, or just browsing the unique shops and specialty stores. On rainy days, the St. Francis Community Center a few blocks from the house offers an indoor swimming pool to keep the kids busy.
At day's end, watch the awesome spectacle of shooting stars and meteor showers, then retreat to one of the four bedrooms and fall asleep reading your favorite book while listening to the gentle sound of the surf.
Our house sleeps eight and is not available for prom parties or groups of unsupervised minors.
