This spectacular, 1800 square ft condo was built to the highest standards, catering to guests who demand the absolute best in location, accommodations, and amenities!

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless appliances, and beautiful mahogany cabinets and ceilings. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, and several other small appliances/ utensils to make cooking a breeze!

Large appliances include a cooktop range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen is complete with dinnerware, glassware, silverware, and a large assortment of cookware/ bakeware.

You'll enjoy air conditioning throughout the unit, cable TV, Smart TVs and complimentary internet, and a spacious laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer.

With a king bed in the master bedroom with ocean views, a king bed in the second bedroom with ocean views and a sitting area, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. This unit accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. The bathrooms are fully equipped with bath/ hand towels, washcloths, beach towels, hair dryers, and basic care items (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc).

Great family time

Condo nice and clean, management team responsive, Edwin at bar great, pool great, locals were too. Great part of island. Some steps down to water would be good for kayak and paddle boards. Definitely will return.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Everything from the pickup at the airport to the drop off to send us home was just how we were told it would be. Restaurants recommendations were perfect. Massage was amazing, but most of all the view from our bedroom patio was magnificent!

All you want in San Pedro

We loved this spot. It was spacious and on the beach. Sandra was so helpful and terrific. We loved being in a quieter part of the city without feeling like we were too far out. This was a great choice and we will be back!

Great January getaway!

Perfect place to get away from winter in NY, NJ and CO! The condo was very nice, clean and spacious. The only drawback to the location was that although Hol Chan Resort is on the water, there is not a beach area. The pool and pool bar (and the bartenders) did not disappoint though! No fault of the resort but the bugs were surely biting!

We loved the condo! It was great. Location is a little out from town, but still close enough to golf cart into town for dinner. Beautiful condo! Richard (the condo manager) was not dependable for our ferry pick-up.

Condo was great! Any issues we had were quickly addressed by Sandra and Carlos. Pools are wonderful. South side of Ambergris Caye is a hidden gem. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was really clean and the staff was awesome, especially Susanna in the office. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Loved the location in the complex. Right next to the pool with a covered patio. Kitchen was equipped well and drinking water was provided. Great sunrises and sunsets. Would defiantly stay here again.

Family Vacation

This place was perfect. We were a group of five adults - two couples, one single and the location worked perfectly. Sandra & Richard were incredibly helpful and the groundskeeping staff did an amazing job. We visited the bar next door Stax daily - except for Tuesday - they are closed & the folks in charge - Robin & Mary were so fun! Great place to stay, away from the busy area, no direct beach access but great pools & dock.

Amazing resort

We really loved our stay at the Hol Chan Reef Resort. The property is beautifully kept up and the views are amazing. Sandra and Richard are extremely friendly and helpful. I loved that the resort is in a quiet location but at the same time only a 15-20 minute golf cart ride from the center of San Pedro with all its restaurants. Talking about golf carts: I highly recommend that you rent one for the duration of the stay (Sandra will organize everything) as it’s definitely too far to walk to San Pedro. I have already recommended the resort to friends and family.

Amazing stay at Hol Chan Resort

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this resort. Sandra and Richard were super helpful, and their communication was incredible. They helped us book daily excursions, and Suya, the tour company, was amazing as well. We felt very well cared for and supported. The location is quiet and off the beaten path, but San Pedro is a 20-minute drive away by golf cart. We also had a chef cook for us, per their recommendation and a few massages that were great as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

The Hol Chan Reef resort condo in San Pedro exceeded our expectations. It was even more spectacular than the photographs. Our party of six had plenty of room with the three bedrooms and spacious living/dining room as well as the large outside covered patio. Looking out at the infinity pool and beach was a treat especially with a full moon rising and beautiful sunsets. Overall a perfect getaway from the cold U.S. Pacific NW. We have to note that our stay was made even more perfect with the attentive and helpful staff.

Exceeded all expectations!

We had the most amazing experience with this property stay! From the moment we booked, the property manager, Sandra, reached out to facilitate transportation, answer any questions, helped to organize all excursions. Offered golf cart rental for the week. The property itself was so beautiful. The condo had all the comforts of home. When we had a questions during our stay, Sandra immediately assisted. We were so happy with this property and Sandra was so helpful.

Hol Chan Reef Resort was amazing.

This property was fantastic! This unit was perfect for us and loved being able to walk right out onto the pool. Pool has a swim up bar that was staffed by Someplace South Cafe Bar which is right up the road and a great place to eat. Fully stocked kitchen was nice to be able to cook some meals ourselves. The on-site property management is top notch and willing to assist with whatever your needs may be. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The only downside to this place(for us) were the mattresses; and it's purely a personal preference thing. They were pretty stiff for our liking, but again personal preference and probably fine for other people...but for reference I like a firmer mattress. That being said, I still give it 5 stars for location, amenities, and description of the unit.

Perfect pier paradise!!

We love this unit. We have been 3 times and will go again. It is clean, comfortable and convenient. The unit is perfect to walk out to the pier and ocean. The management company is excellent and welcoming. This unit is decorated beautifully and has every convince of home. It is very safe and quiet! We love to sit out on the pier and climb down the stairs into the ocean. The unit is poolside with a private patio. We love the ground floor unit. We consider this particular unit as our "perfect pier paradise."

Hol Chan and the people were all AMAZING!!! The location was perfect for us because we like being away from the town life and chaos. It is just a short golf cart ride to shopping and restaurants but you get the peace and the beautiful night skies. Richard and Sophie were MORE than accommodating. They arranged activities and excursions for us, recommended the best places to see and shop, and had the taxis and golf carts waiting on us. They are MORE than the best. We had our grown children and spouses with us(6adults) and the unit was plenty spacious and the pool, beach area, and dock are literally at your doorstep. I give San Pedro, the people, the food, cleanliness, and everything 100 stars!!!!

Paradise

Amazing views!!! Very nice unit with granite, tile and beautiful woodwork. We found it to be a very relaxing atmosphere. Particularly enjoyed walking out of unit on to pool deck and beach. I have a bad hip and don't like stairs!😞 We spent a lot of time out on palapa dock enjoying the breeze and watching the Pelicans fish. We rented a golf cart to get around. The restaurants in town are pretty much all good. We liked Joe's (close to our resort) and the Hidden Garden. Be sure to take the tour out to the reef to pet the nurse sharks and rays. Unbelievable! They picked us up right from the resort palapa dock. We plan to return!

Week 1 Hol chan reef Resort - Great spot to stay!

The staff is absolutely superb. Excellent, personal check-in. Very helpful making reservations for us. Had Richard be our personal chef and it was outstanding and so fun. You get to choose your own menu from a list. Try the cilantro coconut rice! Really enjoyed the golf carts and getting around with them. Loved snorkeling with Carlos - a personal guide to swimming with sharks and manta rays - the most fish we have ever seen and we've snorkeled many places. Three different pools, you can be quiet or meet new people. The bartender, Edwin, was the best. Good talker, fun times. The food in Belize was really really good. Read the book in the unit and follow their recommendations! You won't regret it. Loved Black Orchid and Elvi's and the Bakery!!!!!! Took the taxi to Secret Beach and enjoyed seeing someplace different. Highly recommend a visit to San Pedro!

Perfect Place

We really enjoyed our stay at Kelly's condo. It was nice, clean , and comfortable. I was a little hesitant to book Home away out of the US. But it was really a simple process and we had zero issues. Kelly was very helpful. She provides helpful tips and is easy to communicate with. Then the concierge, Richard, checked us in without any issues. The grounds are kept clean, the staff people are kind. I would stay here again. This condo is about 3.5 miles south of town. The condo complex does not have a bar and or restaurant. That was no problem as we made our cocktails in the room and simply walked out to the pool. This is a very quiet condo. There were few people staying at the condo. and those that were there, were friendly. If you like a more "active" resort this is not the place for you. We didn't mind the drive for it created a separation from us and town. We spent a day exploring the Island and many of the Condos on the north side of town and unanimously decided we preferred the south side of the Island. The weather was perfect it was a little Breezy but that was no issue.

Amazing Celebration

We were a family of seven celebrating a high school graduation of our two nieces. This place was a wonderful fit for us and had everything we needed! Our host helped arrange snorkeling and fishing excursions as well as securing what many told us was “the best golf cart on the island!” The location is quiet and a bit further from any downtown nightlife which was perfect for us and still close enough that several of our family ran or walked to coffee each morning. The staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful during our stay and we will absolutely be looking at staying here again in future trips to Belize!

Peaceful and Gorgeous

Everything we needed. Peaceful location, short golf cart ride to market and fruit stand. Excellent food nearby at the Orchid. The condo was so clean, very open, lots of natural light and plenty of space for our family of 6.

We had the best trip! Richard, Carlos, Cameron and everyone else at the Hol Chan made us feel like family. The condo was so clean, large, TV"s, wifi, opened up tot he pool and right ton the ocean. Could not of asked for a better spot. Short 20 min Golf Cart ride into town to get supplies at the market or lunch at so many great spots. Pirate Pizza, Caliente, Tex-Mex, Ramones, Crazy Canucks, Bakery, local vendors had the best chicken breakfast tacos, pineapple, potatoes, onions and so much more. Richard and his team give you so much advice on great trips. Snorkelings, swimming with Sharks, Maya Temples, Cave tubing and so much more. Anything you want to do you can, or just relax at the pool or play corn hole on the beach. Loved this place and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for the hospitality and we will be back soon. We purchased this pre-construction-picked the best condo in San Pedro-Hol Chan Reef Resort. We have watched the area grow. Kelly recently retired as an Audiologist, Guy continues to consult in audiology. We live in the mountains of Colorado in the summer and in Florida in the winter. We love going to Belize, it's such a nice contrast. We chose Belize for many reasons - English speaking country, British law, 2 to 1 dollar conversion all of the time, and friendly locals.

We really love the safety and security of the south area of Ambergris. This area offers the best breeze. The marine reserve is directly in front of our condo, and we love watching the boats hang out there. It's easy to access to the reserve and Caye Caulker (which we can see). The reef is close, and because there are not a lot of large hotels, the fish love hanging out around our private pier. Our condo offers direct oceanfront views from all windows. We are the only ground-floor condo that can say this.
