Our unit had an issue with the AC which we were informed of after we landed, so we had to stay in another farther back unit for the first night. We know they tried, but we were traveling with a 9 month old and had a lot of stuff to unload then the next day repack, load and move, then unload again. It basically took away the entire first full day of vacation and since it was only a 5 day trip that was a huge hassle and was disappointing. Otherwise the unit was ok and just a standard condo but the grounds were beautiful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying at Kamaole Sands Resorts. Would recommend staying in this unit. Was clean upon arrival. There was beach chairs and umbrella to use. The air conditioning was not working upon arrival but Rentals Maui had a portable air conditioner put in on day two. We stayed 14 nights. Will be back.

Great stay!

Everything was as described, good location in Kihei, right across from the beach. Beautiful garden, in suite laundry and dishwasher is always nice bonus. Good clean pool, kiddie pool and hot tub.

Out with the cold in with the warm

We love staying at Kamole Sands. They have all the amenities a family could need. The location is perfect and the staff are friendly.

Amazing!

We loved staying in the condo. It had towels, chairs, and an umbrella so we didn’t need anything. The grounds are beautiful and such a perfect Maui escape.

Wonderful vacation property

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was great, lots of things to do at the property- swimming pool, 2 jacuzzi, 3 min walk to the beach. Chairs, snorkels, and boogie boards were provided with the rental. Everything you need in the kitchen. Thank you!

Wonderful experience - Maui regulars

Very well run and managed property. Directly across the street from the beach and walkable food and shopping. Our first time staying here and would certainly do it again. Note: check the patio utility closet first before renting beach gear. Ours had beach chairs, umbrellas and body boards available. I'm sure it varies from unit to unit.

The condos are clean and the grounds are well maintained. Places are equipped with everything you need. Beach access right across the street and great little restaurants and shops within walking distance. A short drive takes you to other excellent beaches, shopping and restaurants in Wailea.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The day of check in I had been staying with my friend in Lahaina. I called and the staff were very helpful and were able to get me an early check in. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The unit was in a great location and a short walk to the beach and into town. I reported a small issue with the door being difficult to open so they were aware. However, we made it work and didn't impact our stay.

Reviewer Comments: Kamaole Sands is a beautiful resort with quick access to beaches, shops and restaurants, we have been coming here for over 20 yrs and it continues to impress us. This unit is in a wonderful quiet location with views of the pool, beautiful gardens, sunsets and a peak a boo ocean view. It had everything we needed, including beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. It was well stocked and very clean. Couldn't have asked for more. Rentals Maui made all the details fall into place, our second time using them and won't be out last, they will be our go to from now on. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The condo and complex was perfectly represented in the information and everything we had hoped it would be! The condo and complex were FANTASTIC! We loved it! The condo had everything we needed! It was clean as mentioned, very comfortable, quiet, great view of the grounds and peek of the Ocean. Very short walk to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance! Absolutely perfect location! Nice to have beach chairs and coolers to use Our stay was INCREDIBLE!
