Welcome to your beach and golf retreat! This gold-rated, 1st floor villa is exceptionally large at over 1400sq feet and feels even bigger because of its high ceilings. After sizzling on the beach, or working toward that "hole in one", you'll enjoy coming back to this custom, upgraded home.

Upon entering, you can either walk into the huge, fully equipped eat-in kitchen which includes all the appliances, kitchenware and accessories you'll need, or continue down the hall into the 'flip-flop' decor of the second bedroom (which includes a queen and a twin bed, a TV & DVD player). A full bathroom is next door with a full-sized washer/dryer in the adjacent room; these areas separate the second bedroom from the master suite, providing privacy for both areas.

Further down the hall, you'll enter the large, open dining area which adjoins the inviting and colorful family room. The family room has a loveseat and queen sleepsofa, a new large screen SmartTV with streaming service access as well as books and board/family box games. An added bonus is the gas fireplace, for those romantic evenings at home. Along the way, you'll pass the large master bedroom with a new hotel-quality, king-size bed set, TV w streaming access and an en-suite master bath. The villa has new central air and all the living areas have ceiling fans.

Off the living room, is the screened-in deck for your outdoor dining pleasure and there's even a separate patio seating area and a backyard. Relax and make your favorite meals on the infrared bar-b-q grill while watching the golfers on the green or just enjoy the serenity of the landscape!

WiFi is included in this non-smoking villa. Sorry, no pets please and some closets are locked for owner-only use.

Linens (including beds made up) as well as Bear Trap activity passes (required for all amenity use for anyone over 4 years old) are available for an additional fee- activity pass rates vary depending on the season. A link to Splashtop will be provided for renters to purchase activity passes at any time from rental booking to the rental start date, but it takes a few hours to activate, so it's best to do that in advance. While this unit sleeps 6, a maximum of 3 children are allowed. Please note Ocean View Ordinance 360, Chapter 93, states only two cars are allowed for a two-bedroom property. A list of Bear Trap Association Policies will be provided that address common-sense responsible community living.
