This stunning three bedroom, two bath villa with palm trees and pool, is located in Chocolate Hole just a short 5 minute open-air taxi ride from Cruz Bay, and under 10 minutes to the most beautiful beaches in the world!

This villa is fully air conditioned with ocean views of both Chocolate Hole and Hart Bay from every room.

For those who love to cook, Still Waters has a kitchen adjacent to the sunken living room, dining area, pool and deck.

New furnishings throughout and often refreshed, high thread count linens, offering guests a first class experience in this villa.

Still Waters is a beautiful and relaxing villa that is fully equipped ensuring a peaceful and luxurious stay. You can stay at the villa with friends lounging by the pool, and bring the little ones to enjoy the kid friendly open concept space, walk 10-15 minutes to snorkel at the Chocolate Hole Beach, or explore the many fine beaches of St. John.

Still Waters has all the amenities you'll require - comfortable lounge chairs and floats for pool side lounging and six chairs and multiple towels and coolers for your daily off property excursions too.

Still Waters cottage Ripple is also available for rent. It is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath cottage that sits a little lower in the property and has its own separate access. It is beautifully done/ newly remodeled . Please inquire with me, this cottage can be rented in conjunction with Still Waters or separately.

The home was beautiful with great views. It was well stocked from the kitchen to the beach day amenities (cooler, beach chairs, towels). The notebook of places to eat, shop, and activities was amazing and thorough. Our host, Tammy, was friendly and quick to answer any questions.

Beautiful View

The house is situated on a hill overlooking Chocolate Hole and the view is stunning. The wraparound deck and small pool was an ideal spot to relax after exploring beautiful St. John each day. Having two bathrooms with showers was ideal for our family of six adults. Tamela was very communicative before arriving and had good meal recommendations.

Perfect for family visiting St. Johns

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay here! The views from the main room were incredible and everyone loved the pool. It was well stocked and clean. Tammy was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Check in was smooth. We would recommend this house to anyone traveling with a family.

Everything we needed for a St John get away! Loved the view, the home, and the responsiveness of the owner! Beds were very comfortable. Great air conditioning. Great location!

Perfect Vacation Home

Spent a glorious 10 days in this lovely home on the hill overlooking Chocolate Hole. Tammy was a stand-out manager - responding immediately to any question we had or problem that arose (ex. when we lost the house key). She went out of her way to ease us into our first day after our exhaustive travels from Washington state by arranging 'greeters' to lead us to the home and introduce us to the house. The home was splendid in it's location with every window showcasing the view. The pool, though small - was quite deep - so allowed for easy swimming and cooling off. Beds and linens comfortable. Plenty of towels - including beach towels were at hand. A car was essential to get to Cruz Bay and the beaches but thankfully we had a confident driver in our group (the roads were crazy steep with lots of sharp turns). We would definitely return to this gem of a house !

AHHHHHMAZING!!!

Tammy was super easy to communicate with during the planning process of our trip. The view of Chocolate Hole was stunning. Beautiful nights spent on the deck looking at stars and listening to the island sounds. One of the cleanest villas I’ve stayed in on St. John. Great plunge pool for cooling off after a day at the beach. The outdoor shower was great added bonus. We will definitely stay again!!

Incredible Views

Tammy is an unbelievably responsive and thoughtful host. The patio and views are phenomenal. The loft area is exposed to the family room below - good to know if staying here with kids! The location is good because it’s a very short drive to almost everything on this side of the island, Cruz Bay included. Rent a car because not walkable! The only complaint we have is that the family room furniture isn’t very comfortable - would be great to have an actual couch to relax on after a busy day! Otherwise we had a fantastic stay!

Fantastic St. John Villa

My family had a fantastic trip to St. John which was made even better by the luxury Villa. The property owner Tammy was wonderful with communicating all of the details that I requested. The Villa was spacious and clean with a beautiful outdoor pool. The view of Chocolate Hole was wonderful. The linens and towels in the house were fresh and clean and the owner even provided beach chairs and pool towels. The washer and dryer and all appliances were in perfect order. The ride into town was about 7 minutes. This was the nicest property we have stayed in our many trips to St. John. We will certainly rebook this property again. We had a brief power outage which is not uncommon and St. John and the property owner dispatched somebody immediately to start the generator. FIVE stars!!!

Great house/Great location

We loved the house with its great views and relaxing pool. The house was well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. The property had a full house generator which was wonderful since there were frequent power outages. Tammy, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions.

Great stay at Stillwaters Villa

My family had a fantastic stay at Stillwaters villa. There was plenty of space for my family of five. The villa was clean and a short ten minute drive from Cruz Bay. Tammy was a great host and responded quickly whenever we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation house!

We had the best week here on St John. House was perfect for my family of 4 - teen girls each had their own rooms and shared a bathroom. House was clean and well stocked. Pool is a little small but we mostly went to the beaches. The driveway is SO steep and we ended up backing the Jeep in so could pull out easily. Location is just okay but wasn’t an issue for us as we explored the various beaches. I guess the house sleeps up to 7 but seating in the living room was only for about 4 people. Again not a problem for us but could be if you had a larger group. Only 3 coffee mugs too. Overall this house was amazing and we loved our time on the island! Our greeter was lovely too (Jarline) and communication with the house manager (Tammy) was excellent.

Superb property!

Our group of five stayed at Still Waters for nine days. Overall, can’t say enough about the place. Great location, great view, nicely kept, and very comfortable. To be honest, we spent most of our time out in the deck enjoying the pool and the wonderful sun (and the occasional iguana lol). Tammy, our contact during our stay, was truly amazing, and responded to any concerns we had immediately. We only had a couple minor issues during our week+ stay and they were resolve quickly with no disruption to our activities. I’ve stayed at several other villas on St John and Still Waters has been overall the best.
