Whether you are into relaxing by the pool with a book or venturing out on a hike or boat trip, you cannot beat Emmalani Court. Newly renovated kitchen in 2019 features fresh white cabinetry and quartz counter tops. Walking distance to golf, tennis, restaurants, and the Princeville Resort for stunning sunsets (and a refreshing Mai Tai). This home also features cable tv, wifi and A/C, bamboo and tile floors, full baths with spa tub, and two king beds.

Beautiful stay

We had an amazing time in Princeville. This apartment is beautiful, very well equipped with everything you need. The location is great, allows you to see beautiful sunsets.

Perfect Place

This condo was amazing. It had everything we needed. Kitchen fully equipped and bath rooms also had soap and shampoo products. It was very clean. It also had everything we would need for a day at the beach. Highly recommend!

What an amazing property. The location is perfect to watch the sunrise and sunsets. Breath taking views, quiet location and pristine property. The unit has everything we could need including beach chairs and cooler.

We loved the condominium and the easy access to the Hideway beach, the gold course with the ocean view and the pickleball courts. Great location.

The Emmalani Court is a perfect location and central to Princeville and Hanalei, lots to do between the locations and close to beaches, grocery stores, shave ice, golfing, walking trails and more. I highly recommend staying here. The unit is clean, has plenty of space for 4 adults/children and is well stocked; there is nothing that we missed or needed that we couldn't find. The king size beds in each room is a bonus and each bedroom having a dedicated bathroom was wonderful. The living room/dining area is spacious and leaves you plenty of room to sit, relax and enjoy the views. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and lots of extras for storage, etc. Emmalani Court has a heated pool that we found great during March. During our stay, the pool area was not busy and the kids had a blast. We saw several people leveraging the gas grills (in the pool area) which was a great offering. I highly recommend getting a car for your trip to see the whole island, but this is the spot to stay! We will be back!

There should be a 6 star option!

This property BEYOND exceeded our expectations. The photos and description are 100% accurate, however, do not do the actual property justice (I mean that in the best way possible!). From check-in to check-out, this process was absolutely seamless. The condo was meticulously cleaned and cared for in preparation for our stay. The kitchen was more well equipped than my kitchen at home! Waking up every morning to the gorgeous sunrise over the golf course will be a glorious memory for years to come (or until my next visit lol!). Every morning I would enjoy my coffee on the lanai watching the sunrise. Then I'd walk to the ocean look-out point...literally a 5 minute walk from the condo. Princeville itself feels like living in a beautiful vibrant painting; amenities are very close by including Foodland, Akamu Wellness, beautiful shops and restaurants. My Mom and I were so sad to leave but are grateful for the wonderful experience and memories. I'd give this property a 6-star rating if it was an option ;)

Exceeded our expectations!

This unit at Emmalani Ct was spacious, clean and very nice. The views of the green golf course and the ocean were refreshing, and the nearby views of the sunsets were beautiful! We especially enjoyed the location close to some amazing Kauai beaches!

Perfect Vacation Home

If we were to imagine our dream vacation home, this was it! The home was beautifully appointed, clean, calm, comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect location for sunrises and sunsets, easy access to all North Shore beaches, shopping/shopping. Life is but a dream!!! Mahalo for sharing your beautiful home!

Very clean and comfortable

Great stay. Big comfrtable beds. Big showers . Short walk to a phenomenal view of the sunset on the edge of island . Pool was small but never considered using . Hideaway beach is a 5 minute walk away. Do Not Miss.

The condo was great! The location was just a minute walk to amazing sunsets over the ocean. The condo was updated, clean and had everything needed and more. The process was simple and easy. We even asked about a slow cooker and one was purchased new for us. Great experience! Thank you.

Our Favorite Princeville Condo

This was our second time staying at this resident because we love the condo so much. It was recently renovated in the last 2 years and it’s absolutely beautiful. I stayed here with my wife and three kids and it was plenty big enough for everyone. Very spacious kitchen, open concept, and the bathrooms are beautiful. The condo comes with air conditioning and a lot of fans. Very comfortable and we feel like this is our second home. I would highly recommend this rental to all renters.
