Amazing Southern Condo in Hilton Head, SC. with 4 Bedrooms + a Loft, 4.5 Baths, Den, 6 Flat-Screen TVs, Beach access, Hot Tub, BBQ Grill, and Free WiFi. Nearby is Golf and Tennis, Pickleball and Shopping Outlets are short drive away.

This 5 STAR 4 bedroom Condo is located in Port Royal Plantation, next to the Westin Hotel on Hilton Head Island. Located only one block from the beach, this charming villa offers vacationers a convenient beach, pool, hot tub, grill, golf, and tennis access. It has spacious accommodations, and a lovely, serene, natural environment that beckons families, couples, golf, tennis and PICKLE BALL for all sport enthusiasts.

The 2400 square foot condo overlooks a heated swimming pool with hot tub, and is just a few steps (four minute walk) to the well maintained Islanders Beach Access on Folly Field Road located right next to the villa. There is also an outside grill. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

The first floor has a cozy living room with hardwood floors. There is free wireless internet, a large built-in HiDef LCD TV with digital cable & DVD player, and a fireplace. There is a spacious kitchen is well stocked with all of the cookware and dishes that you will need to make you feel right at home. The dining table seats 10, with two additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. The first floor also offers a bedroom with the following: a queen bed, private bath, flat screen TV, powder room, and laundry facilities.

There is a loft with a day bed sofa, 2 twin mattresses, and a TV/VCR that is at the top of the stairs. There are three additional bedrooms upstairs (king, queen, and two queens) each with its own private bath and each with its own flat screen TV. This distinctive villa also offers guests an outdoor shower and a carport for four vehicles.

We are so excited to be able to walk out of the condo, through the adjacent gate(Folly Field RD) and be standing at the parking lot of the Islander's Beach Park. No car is necessary and it is a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. At this beach the pavilion has bathrooms and outdoor showers.
The Westin Hotel is also within walking distance and has a shuttle right outside our condo complex. This condo is perfect for people attending a wedding, conference or other event there.
Port Royal Village abuts Port Royal Plantation which has 2 golf courses and a driving range. The club house is less than 1/2 mile from the condo.

This beautiful property is just a three-minute walk to the beach through a new beach park with playground and restrooms. For the tennis enthusiast, Port Royal Racket Club is right next door. The restaurants and shops of the Westin Resort are within walking distance. Port Royal Plantation has two 18-hole golf courses.

Wonderful getaway!

Beautiful and well kept property easily fit our family of 10 without feeling crowded. We could watch the kids in the pool from the portch rocking chairs, and it was a short and pretty walk to the beach. Owner very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Perfect Time With Family!

This is a GREAT location and property for some time away from the world! The condo was quiet and had large rooms to accommodate our family members. The property is in a quiet area, with no street noise. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, which we used every day! The walk to the beautiful beach was 5 minutes. We rented bikes at the Westin resort across the way and had a fantastic time riding in the beach. We also booked spa appointments at the Westin . You can easily get around the island to see the sights or just have the peace and quiet of the beach and condo….best of both worlds.

Had a great time!

My husband and I, along with our mom and all of our adult children stayed for Thanksgiving. There were 7 of us with plenty of room for sleeping and enough bathrooms to make our stay more than comfortable! Art work in house is beautiful and the beach is just a short walk away!!

Beautiful stay, great location

My family had a wonderful time at this property. 9 adults and 2 small children, all slept comfortably. The property was very well equipped with anything and everything we would need for our stay. We arrived, and the property was well cleaned and tidy. The place was beautifully decorated, which provided a cozy environment that truly felt like home. The owner communicated well and provided recommendations for restaurants and activities around Hilton head island that were very useful. It was nice to have the pool right in front of the property, and also nice that it was gated. The beach access was just a short walk across the street, so easy to get to. I would definitely recommend this property and will look at it again for future stays.

Imagine my surprise!

Imagine my surprise when I got to the top of the stairs on the porch of the rented condo, looked at the pool and it was under repairs. Record high warm temperatures made for an enjoyable stay on HHI, but a pool would have helped make it a five star week. Also the bed in the downstairs bedroom needs a pillow top mattress cover to help soften it up. It was extremely hard. The unit was sufficiently furnished and had everything that we needed.

Simply Amazing

The villa was simply amazing. It is very spacious with everything and anything we needed in a VRBO. From the minute we walked in we felt at home....it was so comfortable. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and the beach was only minutes from the villa. Definitely a five-star VRBO.

Very clean and convenient

We had a most enjoyable stay and liked the well equipped kitchen and baths. There was no need to buy any of the basics, like detergent, laundry soap or paper towels since they are provided. There was even enough coffee to get started the first morning. All in all one of the better condos in the island.

Enjoyed our stay but..

The home was a great size, it was stocked with everything you could need for a weeks stay. The beach was close enough and the pool being right in front of the house was perfect. The House was cozy and the owners were kind and helpful. My only negative which I will not hold against the owners was on checkout day the cleaning crew were parked outside at 9am watching for us to leave. Checkout time is 10am. At 9:20 as we were trying to leave the cleaning crew was bringing all their stuff on to the porch and it felt like a rushed end to our amazing week. My family and I love this home and plan try stay there again next year!

Great Location!

Great location to access the beach and pool. Plenty of room for a multi-family vacation. We use VRBO for many of our trips and the only suggestion I have is for the home to be deep cleaned.

Awesome!! Book it!

Amazing!! We had a great time! The house was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and the beach was a super quick walk. The house is directly centered on the pool, making it the best house there. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Beautiful home and the owners were very easy to work with.

what an amazing property

gotta say, i don't usually do the review thing but, this property deserves the time and effort. great for families that want to take small kids to the pool (right in front on 2nd story balcony) and be close to the beach access point. another bonus, enough covered parking for 3 vehicles. owners were great and won't hesitate to stay at this property again.

Comfortable Villa, Walking Distance to Beach

The villa was spacious and had a "homey" feel. Since we had young children with us, we ate in a lot and appreciated the kitchen and dining area with all the utensils we needed. Our granddaughters enjoyed the pool and play area. Public beach access was a short walking distance from the villa.

We live in Louisville, KY and have been coming to Hilton Head for 20 years. When we found the villa in Port Royal we knew this was our 'home away'. With 8 children this villa has all the rooms, amenities and location that we need. Our favorite memories are the great weeks we have all shared together. I know you will too find what we think is so very special on the 'happy island' of Hilton Head.

The Lyons Villa has a great space for large groups, private bathrooms for every bedroom and easily accessible to the beach, tennis, golf and shopping. Away from the crowded area of Sea Pines it offers it own uniqueness for many visitors and quests. Once you stay you never want to leave!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I love the location of the villa, next to the tennis courts, golf and an easy stroll to the beach. Because of the location on the island there is never any traffic, the beach is well maintained, the tennis courts are always available and golf next door! A vacationers paradise!
It is next to the Westin so we get many renters who chose a more "home like" atmosphere.
Just sitting on the rockers on the front poach makes it so unique and comfortable!
As well as the ample space inside!
