This 4BR/4BA villa located in Harbour Town Club Villas is perfect for large families and groups up to 10. Custom kitchen cabinets, Subzero refrigerator, Thermador range, new dishwasher in 2021, new oven in 2022. Smart TV's in family room and all bedrooms, new paint, new flooring in the entire villa, new furniture, new bedding, grill and patio furniture. New master bathroom walk-in shower, new vanities in all bathrooms. All new interior doors. New ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and all dishware and utensils for cooking. New mattresses and box springs on every bed in 2022! So comfortable!

For golf lovers, this villa is literally right next door to Harbour Town Golf Links clubhouse which hosts the annual RBC Heritage Golf Tournament. Steps away from all the amenities of Harbour Town - Harbour Town Lighthouse, the famous Gregg Russell playground, restaurants, bakery and quaint shops. There is a pool just steps off the back deck.

The Sea Pines Beach Club is the closest resort beach access. A short 5 minute car ride (or go by trolley/bike). The Beach Club offers free parking, a restaurant/bar, gift shop, restrooms, showers, rental chairs and umbrellas and bike racks to park too.

South Beach Marina and the famous Salty Dog Cafe are a bike ride away. Lawton Stables with its petting zoo and trail rides into the forest preserve is minutes away by bike or closer by car. Discover dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners in the harbour. Go crabbing off the Harbour Town dock!
Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.

The villa was perfect for our family/friends vacation, very open and nicely decorated, and loved the fact that each bedroom has their own private bathroom. The location is perfect for teenage kids to have some freedom, and itā€™s a short 5 minute drive to the beach. The pool is very nice as well. We really enjoyed our stay here!!

Our stay at this beautiful villa was excellent! We were in town to plan our daughterā€™s wedding and the proximity to the clubhouse could not have been better! We had a small issue with the A/C when we first arrived, but the property manager, Byron, handled it within an hour of us telling him. He was also great responding to any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great Harbour Town Location

This was the perfect place to stay for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). Very spacious townhome and a great location. We walked to Harbour Town every evening, took the convenient trolley to the beach each day, and enjoyed getting on the bike paths to go around Sea Pines. Only thing to note is that if you are flying in from out of town, you'll need to bring or purchase your own beach towels and chairs. We were able to pick up plenty of beach toys for free at the beach box by the Sea Pines Beach Club.

Pros- Overall nice place and great location. Bigger than it looks in pictures. We loved that every room had a bathroom. The property manager was very responsive and professional.Cons- They provide zero condiments for the kitchen ( no salt, pepper, sugar, not even a sponge) and only 1 laundry pod and 2 diswasher detergents. A few roaches on main floor and in 2 of the bedrooms.

Harbor Town Villa

Great villa with lots of space close to the pool and the golf course. Easy walk to Harbor Town shops and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen but I suggest bringing plastic or solo cups for the pool. There werenā€™t any beach chairs but we rented them at the beach club. We really appreciated the baby gates for the stairs! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great location!

We stayed 5 nights and played golf, enjoyed the beach, shopping and dining. The location is wonderful for golfers and a very short walk to shopping and dining. The home was great with plenty of room to spread out. Very accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location

This location is excellent. Right next to Harbor Town golf course. Close proximity to shops and restaurants. I did a golfing trip with the fellas and the house slept 7 comfortably. Close proximity to golf courses as well.

Hello!! We are Brad and Darcy Wylde. We live in Charlotte, NC with our 4 children and 3 dogs. Brad is originally from England and Darcy grew up in San Diego, CA. We LOVE Hilton Head and vacation there 3-4 times per year. Our children have grown up vacationing there with so many wonderful memories of Harbour Town - the beach, playground, Gregg Russell, Easter egg hunts, Salty Dog trips, horseback rides and countless bike rides.

Once you arrive at our villa you can park your car and leave it there. The best way to see Harbourtown and all it has to offer is by walking, biking, or taking the trolley. Walk to the harbor pier and watch the sunset, sit in one of the rocking chairs at Harbourside Grill and listen to live music while sipping a glass of wine or cocktail. Go on a dolphin cruise or fishing excursion out of the Harbourtown marina. Take the children to the park and then to get ice cream. Go see Gregg Russell in concert under the Liberty Oak. Shop in one of the quaint boutiques for souvenirs, gifts, or high-quality clothing. Dine at one of the fabulous restaurants and then walk home. Take the Harbourtown Trolley to the beach club with all your gear. The stop is next door to the villa. No hassle finding parking or driving home after a day at the beach.
