The Shipyard Condos enjoy an enviable location in the Truman Annex area of Key West, just a short walk from the white sands of Fort Zachary Beach. You'll be amazed by how quiet this location is, despite being half a mile south of Mallory Square and two blocks from Duval Street's renowned shops, restaurants, and nightlife. You can easily stroll to the famous Ernest Hemingway House (a quarter-mile east) and the USCGC Ingham Maritime Museum (half a mile west) as well.

Great place and great location

This was a wonderful place to stay, I have used Vacasa the last two year while staying in Key west and will only continue to use them wherever I’m down there. Their staff is super friendly and always happy to help. In regards to the home, it was a fantastic place to stay. Extremely comfortable, and great location, about two blocks from Duval Street and a super close scooter drive to everything else!

Perfect Location

The condo has everything you need, it is comfortable and extremely clean. The condo is within walking distance to many restaurants, the Truman Annex (check out the Farmers Market Thursdays) and Duval. We Cycle Key West (bike rentals) is right up the street and we also recommend the Courthouse Deli. also.

Quiet and Private

Very nice "beachy" apartment Very private yet just a few minutes by bike from Duval Street and Fort Zachary Beach Very quiet and private We rented bikes from around the corner and could easily explore everything...the Green Parrot Bar was literally around the corner The balcony was golden in the morning for the coffee:)

The unit was clean, comfortable and you could walk or bike everywhere. The unit was well stocked and entry was easy. We loved having morning coffee and evening cocktails on the front porch. Looking forward to returning and highly recommend.

KW Vacay

The beautiful condo in the Truman Annex gated community was an absolute sanctuary for us and we felt right at home. The unit is squeaky clean with very comfortable furnishings and we loved the beach motif. We rented bikes the entire week and literally biked everywhere, the safe and quiet location could not have been any better! The swimming pool was great too for our kids at the end of the day.

Original booking cancellation

Very disappointed as our original booking was unexpectedly canceled due to property being sold. Would have been a fine condo if we booked it but this was supposed to be an equal property to our original booking which it was not. Beach supplies would have been nice (and new chairs would better serve future residents).

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful family vacation! We really liked the location of the condo, walkable to everything in Key West. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. The home is very “homey” and comfortable with everything you need. Look forward to returning.

Great TIme

Our family of 4 had a great time here. Beach was close and easily accessible and every afternoon we went to the nearby park. Unit is clean, comfortable and within walking distance to restaurants. Good value and I highly recommend it.

Nice Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is in an amazing location that is walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach, a park and a fun spray park; which we loved going to. There was also a nice Farmer's Market Thursday evening along the Waterfront that we enjoyed going to. This property had everything we needed and we enjoyed the outdoor space and the community it was in. We would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect...Wonderful Stay

We had such great time! The condo is located just a few blocks from the buzzing Duval Street where all of the shopping and eateries are located. It is located in the Truman Annex- safe, quiet and picturesque. We rented bikes & went everywhere exploring Key West... no need for car. Enjoyed morning coffee on the outside deck, beautiful. Really enjoyed pool time & met lots of nice people there. Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely Condo located in Perfect Location!

The condo was very comfortable. Loved the balcony and spent many happy hours there. Condo had everything we needed. Location is terrific, close to everything yet quiet. Grounds are lovely. Beautiful pool. We rented bikes and easily saw the whole island from our location.

Wonderful Key West Visit

We had a wonderful visit. This home is clean, quiet and well equipped. It was very close to everything we wanted to do while in Key West. I suggest renting bikes and exploring and visiting the beach at Fort Zachary state park. We had a restful week on the island and look forward to returning.
