Lovely Cape Cod style home with modern features and Old Cape Cod Charm, nestled on a knoll with lots of privacy. Near Cold Storage and Sea Street Beaches, near bike path, 2 golf courses, Cape Cod Playhouse
and the Cape Cinema.

Great gathering home for family reunion vacations, full of space and amenities. Air conditioned. . Remodeled kitchen opens to family room with a bay window on one side and french door leading to a large, well furnished deck on the other. The living room/dining room, with its picture window, three love seats and large table, welcome family meals and conversation; or quiet reading space when needed.

There is a first floor two bedroom suite, which can be shut off from the rest of the house, complete with remodeled bathroom, soaker tub and large, walk-in shower. Upstairs also can be closed off and has two large bedrooms and a remodeled bathroom.

Laundry room with another full bath is located off the family room. Deck also boasts a large outdoor shower and a gas grill. Garage has a ping pong table, card table and extra refrigerator. Lots of built ins full of books, games and puzzles; stereo with CDs; FULLY equipped kitchen; Beach chairs; umbrellas and the list goes on. The perfect home for a relaxing family vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot for a family vacation with small children and adults as well. Upstairs quarters could be closed off to keep the noise level down for sleeping babies! Great deck for eating and entertaining. The outdoor shower was wonderful! All the beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and roomy. Kitchen was well equipped and easy for cooking and cleaning.Steve - the property manager - was extremely helpful and friendly! Overall. We had a tremendous time and would definitely love to come back next year!

This is a clean, well-maintained, well-equipped, spacious home. It comfortably accommodated 4 adults and three children for the week, plus two more adults for a couple of nights. The kitchen has everything you might need or want (the owners must like to cook). It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that it is about a five-minute drive to Sea St. Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house! The location is a quick drive to Sea Street for beach drop offs. It is also not a far walk or bike ride. It is great to have 2 living spaces, a great outdoor deck, and a garage for hanging out. There is plenty of space for everyone. Central air is wonderful. It's great to have 4 showers (including the outdoor one) when everyone gets back from the beach. Definitely will rent again.

The home is so well laid out - multiple people can sleep comfortably upstairs and downstairs. The best part of the home is the back deck complete with an outdoor shower. We spent most of our time on this deck grilling, eating and playing cards. Beautiful home that has been taken excellent care of by the owners. We will be back!

Amazing Cape House

Perks of the house: central air, large deck, 4 showers (including outdoor shower), tons of space for 2 families, 2 separate living areas, large dining table is great for games, garage with ping pong table, easy beach drop off and pick up. We loved this house and definitely look forward to staying here again.

We stayed for the week of July 4th and it was perfectly located. Walk to 3 different beaches, ice cream and 7-11. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a weeks stay. Loved it

Great Stay in a great Cape Town

Once again our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful home! Super easy check in and check out and a clean spacious house for our whole family! Dennis has so much to offer and we enjoyed exploring the area too!

Great family vacation!

This rental was exactly what we needed! Had every amenity we could imagine, plenty of beds, bathrooms and showers (with a beautiful large outdoor shower) for our 3 generational family! Beaches were close by- drops offs made so no parking was necessary and then a quick bike ride back. Dennis has so much to offer and this rental could not have been more perfect- our family enjoyed the large deck, large yard and the ping ping table in the extra garage space was a great activity for a rainy day! Thank you Steve for offering us your beautiful home!

Amazing house!

I’ll be honest. I don’t want to tell all of you how great this house is because you might limit my ability to rent. Usually we get to a house and we have to break out our mops and cleaners to get the house to the level of clean we need. This house is immaculate. Additionally the pictures normally make things bigger than they appear. Not with this house. It’s spacious and has more than you expect. The garage has a ping pong table and an additional refrigerator. The neighborhood is beautiful and while it is a bit more of a bike ride to the beach then we imagined (that hill coming home!) it was well worth it. We had two families and with three indoor showers and additional outdoor shower with no shortage of hot water. Getting ready for dinner at the end of the beach day was a breeze. We might have to fight for this house in the future. Lol. Bring a car to the beach to drop all of your stuff and everyone rides bikes. Close to shopping at 7 eleven that has a deli and liquor store and the Lost Dog Pub.

Perfect for family vacation!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out or get cozy watching a movie. The three baths and outdoor shower were great for our group of 9. The home is approximately 1.2 miles to cold storage beach which has resident only parking. Since we like to bring chairs and umbrellas to the beach we used the nearby marina pay parking. The neighborhood is beautiful to walk or drive through with many large homes. The Home is located on a very quite block but was close enough for us to easily shop for groceries. The kitchen was very well supplied and we also cooked several times on the outdoor grill. Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful home!

Two week stay

If you have children, it’s safer to drive to the beach. The house was clean, well equipped, and spacious for a party of 10-12.

Great stay

First time we stayed on that side of Cape but we really enjoyed it. House was plenty big for the 8 of us. Close to beaches and some great restaurants. It was great to have a family room and living room both holding all of us at once.

Beautiful house that felt like home!

This home was updated and very clean. Even with a full capacity of 12 it was still spacious and never felt crowded. The outdoor patio and shower are added bonuses. Without question, we would stay here again!
