Inside, new flooring complements the tasteful furnishings. The large primary suite off the deck features a king-size bed and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom suite has plenty of privacy with a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a double bed.

At your doorstep, you can start your vacation day with a dip in the community pool or hop on your bike or golf cart to explore miles of dedicated resort paths. Along the way, stop for a nature walk at Jolee Island where many natural plants, flowers, and native birds call this cute island home. Take the golf cart to the Resort Beach Access and within minutes have your feet in the sand, your head resting on a beach chair, and enjoy the sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters along the Gulf of Mexico. If others in your group prefer to stay active, consider renting a stand-up paddleboard to explore the sand bar or a sea kayak for a little fishing. Either way, your day at the beach will be all that you’ve been daydreaming about!

Sandestin Beach Access Update-
Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort’s beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.

Rental Agreement Requirement-
After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.
