Enjoy resort life in the heart of the Resort! This property will comfortably sleep six guests. This beautifully decorated condo is located on the 4th floor of the Pilot House - just steps away from the sparkling lagoon swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness room! The Baytowne Wharf is right out the front door! Spend warm summer evenings lounging on the balcony while enjoying a resort view. Take the tram to the sugar white beach, walk to restaurants and entertainment at Baytowne Wharf, or enjoy the most beautiful lagoon style swimming pool complex at the resort.

Our cozy family room offers a queen sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and complimentary WiFi. The sleeping alcove offers a bunkbed with 2 twins and and HDTV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for the group. The master bedroom is complete with a comfortable king bed, custom linens, an HDTV, and full bathroom. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, but please bring your own beach towels. A nearby elevator provides easy access to the pool level and the entrance to the Baytowne Wharf. The tram stop is located right outside the Pilot House front door, so hop on the tram and zip on over to the beach.

#411 Pilot House is at the center of it all - the Wharf, the beach, the pool, the tram, and all that the Resort has to offer!

NOTE: Please add the following to the nightly rate - Cleaning $165, Processing fee $195, $9 per day transportation fee, and Tax 12.0%. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Great spot for easy beach and pool access. Resort style community and restaurants right downstairs.

The apartment was great. Clean and easy and very well appointed. Screened in Porsche was lovely. No views but surrounded by trees for privacy. Beach is 5 min drive or about 20 min by shuttle bus. Pool on site and others close by. Located in the Baytown warf district with shops and restaurants and activities right downstairs

Much Needed Vacation

Easy and convenient

Everything was as advertised and very convenient. Easy access for check-in and everything around the Baytowne area. Property manager was very nice and communicated well. I would recommend this unit and location.

Great Location

Great location, close to amenities. Property manager was attentive.Beds were very uncomfortable. Dishwasher did not work. Note: there is no TV in the bedroom with the bunk beds.

Baytowne Wharf - Excellent Stay!

This was an excellent location with easy access to the beach and everything surrounding the Sandestin area. When it says it's a "4-5 minute walk" to the pool and the baytowne wharf village, it's basically steps to both! The room was exactly what we needed for a family of three. Easy access & very uncomplicated process through and through. Only recommendation, just like the other reviews, is the bed. A little too firm for both of us sleeping on it, but can't really complain.

The condo was fully stocked with everything I needed. There is plenty of accommodations in the building and nearby. I will definitely be back for another solo vacay and a family vacay. Great location

We only stay at Sandestin when we visit Destin/Miramar beach. As kids got older we keep getting a bigger place. We stayed 4 nights. Managment answers faster than any other host i’ve stayed at. It’s clear by instructions that theres no condiments at all in the house not even salt. But there is enough pans, 2 types of coffee machines, a very nice toaster that made me realize i need a new toaster. Being able to wash my clothes before leaving was great. This place is located in the heart or Baytowne. Yet pretty quiet place. The 1 and only issue, the MATTRESS!!! Lawrd have mercy my spine is devastated and i cant move my neck without pain. Other than that Flinstones Mattress , it was all great.

What You See is What You Get! No frills rental, but comfortable and clean. Limited supplies like trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent & toilet paper was communicated ahead of time, so we stopped by WalMart on our way; very helpful to know! The check-in packet was detailed & helpful. No spices, cooking spray, etc. included, but there were coffee filters. There was painting happening our entire visit, so the balcony was inaccessible and there were painters outside the windows & doors most of the daylight hours, so we kept the curtains closed. No fault of the property mgmt team, though it was disappointing. Great location, right next to everything in Baytowne. As mentioned in other reviews, the master bed is HARD and will mess with your back. Forewarned is forearmed. Washer & dryer work well. Only 3 tram passes included with rental, so our family of 4 couldn't all ride together. Overall, good value for the money, excellent location. Would come again!

Fantastic location!!

This property is close to everything at Baytowne Wharf. The property manager is so incredibly helpful and kind. The tram makes getting around the property a breeze.

Loved the convenience

Like many other reviews said, the beds were really uncomfortable. Even my 5 year old said his bed wasn’t comfy and he was ready for his bed at home (which is not an expensive mattress at all). Everything was very clean. There was a slight musty smell. Loved that we could just walk to restaurants and shops or take the tram to the beach. It is surprisingly quiet. We did not hear the neighbors or outside noise at all and we were there during a festival. Would definitely book again if they get some better mattresses!

Cute Place

This was a nice place right in Baytowne Wharf. We didn’t use many of the amenities because all of our activities were in Destin, but it was nice and quiet. Only complaint is the racist poster in the kitchen with pictures of sambos (black people with giant lips) and Indians, it doesn’t even match the beach decor.

A lot of the time our parking spots would be taken by someone visiting at the pilot house and not staying. When telling the security guards we had to park 1 mile away and walk he said sorry there wasn’t anything he could do. When you pay to stay the parking garage should be monitored so this doesn’t happen. Other than parking this is a great vacation spot!

It was very quiet inside but at times really noisy on the balcony. We love the property and have stayed at numerous rentals on site over the years. This one is ok. The price was great. We stayed 4 nights and some things became annoying like the dishwasher drawer would not stay in place, the sliding drapes would fall off the hooks, the dining table was uneven. Worst, things like trash bags, toiletries, and cleaning supplies were of the cheapest quality and inadequate quantity for the length of our stay and we don’t recall experiencing that in other units. Overall, it was a really good stay.

Great vacation spot

The condo was as pictured. Location was super convenient to shops and restaurants in the village and to the beautiful pool, hot and cool spas, and work out center. Phyllis was friendly and helpful. Kids are already asking when we can go back!

Never wanted to leave!

Awesome Floor Plan

I love this layout. The bedroom with the bunkbeds was the selling feature. Make sure you pack a nighlight for this room. There isn't a window. I gave this place a perfect score because there wasn't a furniture option lol. My only complaint would be the master bed. It is like sleeping on plywood and left us hurting pretty bad, every morning. A mattress topper would be an easy fix.
