This home features an open floor plan where you can easily spend quality time with your entire family. If you need a little quiet time, you can escape to the front porch to read a book, watch TV or catch some Z's. After your done re-charging, venture outside to catch some rays or enjoy a drink on the side porch while you wait for your hamburgers and hot dogs to finish on the grill. Better yet, you can float around the pool in the backyard with your favorite beverage. Home is equipped with Central Air, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Board games, and much more.... If you are not lucky enough to get the entire time off from work don't worry, come anyway, there is a desk and a printer (USB) so you can get a few hours of work in.

Don't forget...this is a dog friendly home and you are 1.5 blocks from one of the only dog friendly beaches in the area. Please adhere to the approved posted dog-friendly time-frames (typically first thing in the morning or later in the evening).

Don't forget to Grab your binoculars to spot migratory birds of all kinds, Dolphins, as well as hundreds of horseshoe crabs and other wildlife. Feel free to cast your rod at the bay to bring home some dinner! If you are not so lucky with catching dinner, there are a few restaurants in walking distance ~ Jake's Bar and Grill, Rino's Pizza and Gaiss' Market and a few more blocks away is Wing It.

Beach Tags: Not Required for Wildwood Beach, Sunset Beach or Delaware Bay. Required in Cape May - 10 Beach Tags and 10 beach chairs are provided for you to use while visiting.

Dog Friendly: We accept up to 2 house broken dogs under 40 pounds. We do provide kennels for when the dogs are left alone in the house.

Access: Home is equipped with a smart lock for your convenience. A code will be provided to you prior to your arrival and will be activated only for your scheduled stay with us.

Linens: Please bring your own linens and towels as they are not provided. Pillows and comforters are included. We supply an initial supply of Paper Towels, Hand Soap and Toilet paper.

Minimum age Requirement: 25 years of age - Copy of Driver's License is required.

We do ask, if we missed anything, please drop us a note so we can secure the item for future renters. If you happen to forget something, you are walking distance to CVS and WAWA (roughly 5/6 blocks) and a quick drive to major shopping centers within 10 minutes.
