The property adjoins the Maritime Forest of the Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve and because of this unique location there are no neighbors to the left. Your beachfront sights are the Atlantic Ocean! Imagine waking up each morning to unobstructed, mesmerizing sunrises from your balcony or deck. Watch the dolphins, hear the waves and feel the Folly ocean breezes without leaving your home.

Home is newly remodeled as of 3/1/21 with all new appliances and furnishings! This 5 bedroom/2 bath home has two balconies, an enormous wrap around deck, and a screened porch, perfect for entertaining. Abundant light floods the open floor plan through the wall of windows as you enjoy your panoramic views. TV with cable in the living room provides evening relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and serve family meals, and it is complemented with a large pantry. Full washing machine and dryer are located in the closet down the hall.

Main level of the home has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, in addition to the living areas and kitchen. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds with a TV with cable. Bedroom 2 includes 1 queen bed and a small TV. Full bathroom is directly across the hall from both bedrooms.

Head upstairs to the additional 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has 1 queen bed, small TV, and a private, oceanfront balcony for some much needed quiet time enjoying the serenity of the seas. Middle bedroom sleeps 2 people with 2 twin beds and a desk. The last bedroom has 2 twin beds with a small TV.

Only a short walking distance to the end of the island to view the Morris Island Lighthouse and stroll down the picturesque beach. Enjoy tranquility or take a short bike or golf cart ride to downtown Folly for dining, shopping, festivals, and entertainment. Only 25 minutes drive to historic downtown Charleston. Charleston offers historic tours, carriage rides, museums, boutique shopping, world-class dining, and stroll down the harbor at Waterfront Park or The Battery.

Parking in the driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles. No trailers or RV's allowed. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, keyless entry, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No pets. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes
