Only one block from Aransas Bay, two blocks from Historic Downtown, minutes from Rockport Beach and boat launch, and five minutes from Cove Harbor. All you need to bring is your fishing gear, swimsuits, beach towels, or credit card for shopping.

The back deck is perfect for soaking up the bay views with your morning coffee watching the shrimp boats head out and your evening cocktails as they return.

All living areas are elevated with bay views from the open concept living area including the dining table. There is enough sleeping for 8 people. There are two bedrooms with queen beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite as well as a stackable washer/dryer in a closet inside the ensuite. There is a main bathroom for everyone else to use. The second bedroom has a private street facing deck. The third bedroom has a XL bunk bed with 10" memory foam mattresses that comfortably sleeps a 6' 6" adult. There is a fold-out twin-size sleeper chair in living area and a roll-a-way bed in the second bedroom closet.

For those that want to enjoy home cooked meals, take advantage of the fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops and island w/seating. Downstairs use the propane grill or the double burner fish fryer for cooking up your fresh catch or shrimp boil. All cookware and propane is included. Also included for your fun are 3 kayaks with paddles, life jackets and anchors.
