Experience the elegance and serenity of Casa de los Suenos located 15 minutes north of the unique town of Los Barriles on the Sea of Cortez! This newly constructed property features a minimalist contemporary design .Experience a spa-like setting from our 3 bedroom guest home sleeping 6 adults. Enjoy breathtaking sunrise and sunsets. Private beach access allows for sunbathing, snorkeling, swimming, stand-up paddle boards and kayaking right from the back patio. All guests have access to the infinity pool and spa. Daily rental includes snorkel gear for 4 adults, 3 stand up paddle boards, and a two-person kayak. This 3 bedroom property is designed for rental for 6 adults. Note- The property is hosted by Kent & Nina Odom who reside in the ocean front main house.The entire property can also be rented, including main home ( 2 bedrooms). The two homes on the property will sleep up to 10 adults 5 bedrooms total. Please inquire if you desire renting entire property.

Fantastic Stay!

Really enjoyed our stay- very well appointed accommodations and extremely tidy and clean. Kent and Nina are top notch hosts and made our stay really something special.

Great Property read listing carefully

Hosts are great -property is great- has everything you want for a vacation. We did not read the listing carefully to understand that it was for a portion of the house that did not have the good views though one had use of all the amenties listed - hosts were occupying the other main part. Hosts were very understanding when we arrived and discovered our mistake and actually moved into the part listed for our stay and let us occupy their portion. We actually became friends and they intend to visit our home in norhern california

10/10 Stay in Baja

My friends and I had an incredible time in Los Barriles. All six of us were extremely comfortable throughout our stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed the time at the house, enjoying the pool and hot tub, taking advantage of the paddleboards and kayaks, lounging at the beach, etc. Nina and Kent were top-notch hosts, among the best I've ever come across! They were both so welcoming, friendly, responsive whenever we asked them anything, had great recommendations, and generally seemed like great people :) though they were staying in the main house when we were there, they gave us plenty of space, and we rarely saw them. The unit was clean, new, spacious, with big king beds, which we all loved! We'd absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Nina and Kent!!

Casa De Los Suenos - Review

To start, Kent and Nina were incredibly nice and generous as hosts while we were there. Their home is beautiful, has an amazing view, and the privacy of the space is exactly what you want when staying here. They built this home with meticulous care and detail and it shows. Without renting the entire space they will be on site but unless you reach out to them you will hardly even know they are around. The only note I have for anybody looking to rent this home is to make sure you understand what you are getting. Kent and Nina live in the larger main portion closest to the ocean and the real listing is for the apartment style space with the smaller kitchen. We had some miscommunication which lead to some frustration but their generosity and quality of their space more than made up for it. I would absolutely recommend this property to anybody looking for a calm and relaxing getaway.

AMAZING! WE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE!

The property makes you feel like you've step into a photograph of perfection. It is absolutely simplistically gorgeous. Rather you want to getaway or want to explore, this is the perfect location! My husband and I took our daughters to Los Barriles for Christmas. I would definitely recommend renting the entire home to fully engulf yourself in the experience of this breathtaking property. Everything just flows and works. We slept under stars, stars so large I felt like I could reach out and touch them, the sound of the ocean soothes you to sleep , the morning sunrise takes your breakaway. I have to say I am so glad we met the owners and had the opportunity to stay in the Casita. Kent and Nina the property owners were so kind, accommodating, friendly, people we hope to see again! There are intricate details that just.......Everything just works!

Amazing Getaway at Los Barriles

Beautiful modern home in an off-the-grid setting. Wonderful host and hostess live on site or off depending on how much of the property you rent. If you want the feel of getting away from it all, but still have the restaurants of Los Barriles nearby, this is the place.

A bit of paradise

Words cannot even come close to expressing how beautiful this property is. The ocean and a beautiful little beach are right out your door step. The water is crystal clear, and fantastic snorkeling can be had all along the shore line. The Casita has its own private sitting area where you can relax with cup of coffee and watch the sun slowly come up over the ocean. The kitchen is very well stocked, so if you like to cook you will not be disappointed. If you are like me, you may hesitate to rent a place where the owners are on site. Put that concern right out of your mind. Kent and Nina are lovely hosts. They are so considerate and really respect your privacy. In fact, we rarely saw them except when we initiative interactions. If we needed anything at all they were very quick to respond to a text to accommodate that need. However, we found their company so delightful that we found ourselves seeking them out. Ken and Nina have truly thought of everything you may need. They have beach towels, snorkels, umbrellas all for your use. They even have a two-person kayak and paddle boards that you can use freely. The entire property is as beautiful or maybe more beautiful than the posted pictures. I could go on and on about this property. Our only dilemma is how soon we can go back!

We have always loved the gracious Mexican people, culture and the freedom , safety and slower pace of life Mexico offers. We fell in love with the magical town of Los Barriles deciding to build our dream home here. We now desire to share this experience with others having completed our home construction in January 2019.
