Only a few minutes to the open waters, this is the perfect location for boaters. Convenient SE location close to shops and restaurants yet tucked away in a low traffic neighborhood adjacent to the ecological preserve ideal for walking and kayaking. Close to everything. And within 15 minutes from some of Florida's finest beaches. It’s quietly and peaceful, but nevertheless within reach of the many attractions Florida is famous for. Take a walk on the beach, play some golf, go for a sail or have a delicious diner and enjoy the view of the bay and the sunsets. You will want to return time & again to the comfort of a lifestyle that offers an escape from the everyday stress. With so many beautiful beaches along the Gulf Coast, you’ll enjoy shelling, swimming, sun-soaking or simply walking. Fantastic house

Excellent House and Location

Absolutely loved this house-listing was accurate and location was great! The pool/spa and patio were beautiful and we got lots of use out of it. We will definitely book again if in the area and it’s available!

Perfect weather, Perfect Place to Stay

The house was amazing. Kids did not want to leave the pool and the views from the deck were amazing. They had everything we needed to help with traveling with young kids. Would love to come back to same place in future.

Comfort

We went without air conditioning for almost 2 weeks. The tub that was advertised was not holding water. The hot tub in the pool area had very to no jets. We were very disappointed. I must say that the manager in charge was trying her best to make us comfortable. She was there within a day to try and help us. We save all year to enjoy a vacation. Unfortunately this was not the best vacation.

Luxury canal house

Our family of three had a fantastic vacation in this beautiful home. The setting is very peaceful and relaxing. The location is very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. I would recommend for anyone to enjoy a vacation at this home and I can’t wait to go back there.

Lovely retreat

The house was really amazing. We had everything we needed. They had fishing poles, kayaks, and all the other amenities that you can think of the pool was lovely. The hot tub was great. The only thing that I would change would be I would put more safety features outside like step up step down, reflective tape around the deck

Beautiful house

We loved everything about that property. Well equipped with everything one might need. Great communication with Silvi whenever needed. Quiet neighborhood, huge deck, heated pool and whirlpool. Highly recommended!

Had 5 women in the house for a week, it was well equipped and the dock and pool were an absolute favourite! Sylvia was a lovely hostess, always promptly responded to all calls and emails. It was a fabulous week

Relaxing Stay

Beautiful relaxing outdoor area especially the oversize deck. House was nice, but 1 bed seemed more like a full size instead of a queen size bed. They do provide a binder with information a must read because it states the air conditioner must be set between 73 to 79 degrees which was not state in Vrbo description as you could be charged for electricity.

Good value and feels like a home, not a basic rental

This is a very nice villa, with interesting items inside and out, you can see the owners care about the property, and have made it like a home and not a basic rental. Nice area, Good location for shops. Good size pool for Florida, Large Lania which got used a lot as the temperature was in the 90's for the whole 3 weeks. and a good price, so would recommend it

Nice house but….

Nice house and back yard area on the canal with screened in pool and tiki bar. However, the property manager was not very responsive. Informed her of master bath outlets not working and no one was sent to fix it. Also, tv is not a smart tv, so could not watch Netflix. Pool guy came and put chemicals in the pool but no note was left to let us know not to go in the pool for an hour. Thankfully, we were home and asked him before he left.

The Perfect Vacay

I am a frequent visitor from the UK to Florida and so finding the perfect villa for me is everything. We have throughly enjoyed our stay at the villa, we were a family of 5 with lots of space for everyone. Perfect location to hire a boat to cabbage key and do some fishing. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy and they were very accommodating. Small issue with the pool but was sorted swiftly and promptly. Pictures are true to life and we loved fishing off the dock. Would highly recommend this villa and we would love to come back.

Great view

The outside area was awesome! Very spacious and well equipped with chairs lounges and tables! Pool and spa worked the whole time we were there. Very very easy to control temperature. View was fantastic. Outside area was even better than the pictures on VRBO website. It was great to be close to walking trails. Excellent location! Close to just about everything! Both the property contact (Silvi) and the property owner were very responsive to our inquiries. Overall a very enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it!!

Not totally Satisfied

The thing that sells this villa is the outside space, fantastic large pool and beautiful dock area with a great view down the canal. One issue was a trip hazard hosepipe running from a tap to a level controller in the pool. The inside was large, airy and comfortable. All appliances worked as they should but definitely needed an upgrade due to rust, particularly on the washing machine. We found the kitchen and bathrooms dated and definitely needs an upgrade particularly the main bedroom ensuite. We were asked to phone the management company when we arrived, which we did twice as we had a few issues. They were:The trip hazard hoseOne of the fans outside, when turned on shook so violently we were scared it was going to fall offThe door to the toilet in the main bedroom ensuite would not closeWe could not find the safe keyWe did not know how to turn on the jacuzzi.We received no communication back from them but as we were on holiday did not want to spend all our time chasing it.This is a lovely villa in a great location but is certainly in need of a refurb.

Beautiful house right on the canal

This was probably the best house we've rented. The pictures are accurate. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, especially the first couple cooler days. There was a nice book explaining how to use the remote for the pool. Lots of towels and the bath towels were really soft and thick. I can't think of one bad thing to say about this property. My husband really liked being able to park in the garage. We will definitely rent this property again when we come back to Cape Coral.

Six weeks in Cape Coral

We had an enjoyable stay and hope to return. The property was well equipped and clean. The outside grill was poor and was promptly replaced. The property does need some attention. Furniture inside and out, although functional, is old, worn and needs to be replaced and upgraded. Ceiling fans need some attention. In summary, a good property.

Property was great. Our electrical outlets did not work in the master and didn’t get fixed during our 2 week stay. Property manager didn’t seem to be communicative. Pictures were accurate.

A good base for exploring this part of Florida

A lovely property, pool and deck area. We found the property had everything we needed. The AC was much appreciated! Great bedrooms, and bathrooms, good water pressure, plenty of towels etc… If there was any minor criticism it would be that temperature of the pool was too warm when we arrived, but it cooled after the first visit by the pool guy. The pool area was great, although we would have appreciated cushions for the loungers. The low seats need new cushions - very uncomfortable!! Great location, a perfect place to explore this part of Florida. If we return to the areawe would certainly want to come to Villa Riviera!!

Loved the outdoor seating

The house was beautiful. Clean. Comfortable. Outdoor deck was a plus. Enjoyed sitting outside at night under the tiki umbrella. The only minus to the rental was the owner did not provide hand soap or laundry detergent. I was surprised this was not included as it normally is with rentals. But I would absolutely rent again. Location was close to stores and restaurants and was quiet and peaceful at night. Great rental.

Beautiful Home

This house is beautiful! Our favorite part was the patio and deck, they are just like the pictures show. By far it is the nicest area of the entire home. Three rooms were very comfortable for everyone and the fact that there's also 3 bathrooms was awesome. The house itselft is very well clean and equipped and it has everything you need nearby. We would definetely want to stay here again. The only thing that caught us off guard, since we did not see it mentioned anywhere when we booked the house, is that they charge you extra for the electricity you use while in the home. Overall, our communication with both the owner and the manager were quickly and good. They were very accomodating to us since we travelled with a small baby.
