This home was built with families and friends coming together in mind. The main living area has seating for 9 or 10 facing the gas fireplace and flat screen TV, with 2 additional chairs looking out at the tranquil view of the greens. The fully equipped kitchen is both spacious and comfortable and has a 6-burner gas cook top and double oven to handle all of your cooking needs. The dining room accommodates 8 at the table with room for 3 more at the bar. There are three bedroom suites and an additional full bath rounding out the main level. The master bedroom suite features a king bed, TV/DVD player, walk-in shower and direct access to the hot tub. The second suite has a queen bed and TV/DVD and the third suite has a double bed and TV/DVD. Upstairs you will find the fourth bedroom suite complete with 2 built-in twin over full bunk beds, and TV/DVD.
The downstairs open concept plan makes for a warm and comfortable flow of groups coming together while the rest of the home allows for some alone time. Outside on the patio is a gas fire pit and a private hot tub so our guest can end their day under the starry skies of Oregon.

Perfect stay in Caldera Springs

Great vacation!

Great Caldera cabin, close to the pool, golf, pickle ball and bike/walking trails. Clean and well equipped with all the necessities. Will definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

We rented for a month and had various family members and grandkids visiting at different times. The accommodations were great. There were plenty of bikes. Our only complaint was that we were unable to enjoy the patio area, firepit and hot tub without having to constantly watch out for golf balls that came too close to hitting us on several occasions. The owner was informed and the management at Caldera Springs was informed.

For Winter book your ski vacation now before its gone. Mt Bachlor is waiting for you! Why Caldera Springs? Caldera Springs is Sunrivers newest resort. It offers amenities that are exclusive to Caldera Springs owners and their guest. You will have access to The Quarry pool, fitness center, basketball court, tennis courts, pickle ball Courts, the Lake house and Bistro Restaurant. The private lake offers paddle boarding, kayak/canoes, and fishing, while you enjoy peace and quiet. Most of Sunrivers activities are available to you and within a couple of miles away. Don't limit your plans to just the Sunriver area, I whole heartily recommend that you plan on visiting some of the close by communities like downtown Bend, Sisters, and Redmond. Each has its own special charm and offers our visitors shopping, dining, the arts and other entertainment such as sporting events and rodeos. There are also lots of trails lakes and rivers. You will be close by the famous Smith Rock Park known for its rock climbing, Mt Bachelor one of the most popular Ski resorts in the Northwest and just a 2 hour drive fro Crater Lake. For the outdoor enthusiast there is plenty of hiking, biking, rock climbing, ice skating, snow sports, white water rafting, boating, fishing and horseback riding. We are so diversified and there is something for everyone here in Central Oregon and Caldera is one of the areas best kept secrets giving you the best of both worlds. Enjoy the beauty of the Cascade mountains and still be within minutes of all the surrounding communities fun and activities!

Right outside of the Cabin are miles of walking and bike paths that connect to the Sunriver. The Sunriver mall is just a 5 minute bike ride away. Exclusive to Caldera owners and their guest is the beautiful Quarry Pool, the family room and gym in the Lake House. There is also a basketball court, tennis and pickle ball courts and play structure for the younger ones. Whether you stay close to the resort or spend your time out and about central Oregon, you can make your day complete by lighting the gas fire pit and relaxing in your private hot tub under the stars of the Northwest. If you are joining other families and wanting to have your own private suite to retire to at night then this home will not disappoint. The kids can securely congregate upstairs allowing the adults to enjoy some of there well earned down time. So just "chill". Make great memories you will always remember!
