Situated at the north end of Sunriver, this stunning 4BR/4BA retreat is the ultimate winter getaway nestled in the trees. Highlights of your home include two fireplaces, a private hot tub, and an expansive wraparound deck.

Hop on the provided bikes for a scenic spin -- you’re just 10 minutes from the Deschutes River. Enjoy area high desert hiking trails and entry to Sunriver’s all-season Recreation & Aquatic Center. For some of the best skiing in the area, Mount Bachelor is about a half hour drive away.

LIVING AREAS

Make yourself at home in the inviting living room. Gather around the gas fireplace and the 42” flat-screen TV, equipped with a DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up hearty recipes in the well-appointed kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

When it is time to eat, share meals at the dining table for six or at the breakfast nook for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-story home sleeps up to 14 guests between four bedrooms and the family room. All bedrooms have deck access.

Sleep soundly in the master suite, furnished with a king bed and a 32” smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The second master suite is outfitted with a king bed and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom features a queen bed and a smart TV, while two guest bathrooms each include a walk-in shower. A spacious fourth bedroom boasts a gas fireplace, 42” smart TV, as well as a full-size sleeper sofa and two twin-over-full bunk beds (one of which also has a full-size trundle).

OUTDOOR AREAS

Spend leisurely afternoons on your sprawling wraparound deck. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at one of the three tables. When evening falls, unwind in the extra large hot tub.

Your reservation includes 10 complimentary passes to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC). SHARC amenities include a café, year-round indoor pool and hot tub, a seasonal outdoor aquatic park with a lazy river, water slides, and kiddie pool.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

This pet-friendly home offers complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway.

Extras include a ping-pong table, an extra fridge, a ski rack (holds up to eight skis), a boot warmer, and an array of bikes in the garage.

This single-level home is accessed via a flight of exterior stairs.

LOCATION

Your rental’s fantastic location is just a 10-minute bike ride to the Deschutes River and 3 miles from the SHARC. The Village at Sunriver boasts boutique shopping and delicious restaurants.

Take a 5-minute drive to Fort Rock Park, a national natural landmark. Schedule a guided tour to learn about the area’s rich Native American culture.

This is our second Thanksgiving at this house! Perfect in every way, we had trouble starting the fireplace and Vincent the property manager came out in 20 minutes to show us how to work it. We give the house a perfect 10!

Great for large group

Plenty of room and nice amenities with the hot tub, ping pong table and bikes. Our group really enjoyed riding around the bike trails and it was fun to watch the deer and squirrels around the area. It was also nice to have the SHARC passes included. Tip - bring or buy a sponge for the kitchen. Apparently Vacasa does not provide them for houses in Sunriver.

The house was a great latout and plenty of space for everyone.

We loved the 2 dining area spaces and extra space for kids to have their own tv and game consoles in the back bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and having the hot tub was a hit for both kids and adults. We enjoyed ping pong in the garage and the game closet was full of games to access as well.

Good place for a vacation with children. There were lots of outdoor activities from the SHARC water park to river paddle boarding and lots of bike trails to ride.

Quaint home to vacation at

The place is well laid out. Love the huge deck and the hot tub. The amenities are great ping pong, sharc pass, rec pass, bikes, hot tub. Its definitely a great spot to stay while you visit bend/sunriver.

Great size for a large group of friends

This property is in a good location with a large deck and nice setup for a large group. It has seen some wear from being a rental for a while but overall a good value for the size.

Could be a little cleaner but overall we enjoyed our stay

There were multiple piles of dog poop in the driveway and on the deck that many people stepped in. We had to clean it when we didn’t even have a dog with us. There was a half dollar size drop of blood on a sham of the bed in the master suite that was clearly not washed. The layout of the house was very ideal for anyone with kids. Having two master suites was also nice and having 4 bathrooms with such a large family. May board games and activities for the kids was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay but wish it was a bit cleaner.

Good home for a large group.

The location is good and the home is spacious. We had six adults, three children and two dogs. We all fit into the space without getting in each others way. The kitchen is open which is a plus. As is the extra refrigerator in the garage.

Comfortable Family Vacation Home

House was clean, comfortable, and kid friendly. We shared this home with our three adult children, spouses and two grandkids. Nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen and dining areas great for family cooking. Wonderful gas range with confection oven, extra fridge in garage and plenty of cookware and dishwater. Hot tub, large deck, bikes, and outdoor connect four game were a hit! Would definitely stay at this property again.

If Vacasa would have properly cleaned the house and did maintenance on it then this house would be a 5 star. Loved the layout and the large patio. But when the house is filthy and the front door knob is falling off or you cut your toe on exposed nails in the door way or they don’t change the sheets from the previous guests (I could go on) what good is a nice layout?

Wonderfully stocked house!

The kitchen was well stocked. Nice house with lots of space. The only negative is that the master bedroom had a cigarette smoke smell to it and the bath stopper didn’t work. Other than that we had a wonderful stay!

Sunriver vacation

This house was perfect for 2 families. Comfy beds, updated, sharc passes and more. Upon arrival it looked clean, however after getting settled it was clear that only the very basics were done and many areas needed attention. The neighborhood was restful and quiet. Bike rides to the sharc or Ft Rock park are not that far, but if you have little riders there are some gradual inclines and more difficult hills.

Perfect retreat for 2 families

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was clean and well appointed. The deck is showing signs of wear, but there was a repair guy there one day. Seems like things are being taken care of. With 4 kids the back bunk room was a huge hit. Ping pong tournaments while it rained and hot tubbing in the cold rain was perfect.

Great for a family get together

Nice, big house- one story, with four bedrooms and four baths- two large tables- kitchen and dining room which was really nice, and a large, comfortable living room. Lots of bikes and in working order! Ping pong table, which was nice. The house needs some TLC tho- not all screen doors worked, (and the mosquitos were surprisingly bad this year), the back bedroom which is perfect for kids has multiple skylights that have no shades and putting young children to bed when it’s still light outside was impossible in that room. (And they were up at first light). After a round of musical bedrooms, we finally settled in. Lots of games, etc and close to the market which was a real plus. It was clean when we arrived (ahead of schedule) and we would stay there again.

Family Getaway

Overall, the property was very adequate. We loved the deck and the hot tub, and the location was pretty convenient (not too many round-a-bouts). The kitchen and dining areas (2) were also comfortable for the 11 of us. Even though we spent a lot of time on the deck, a word of caution . . . it's falling apart. Screws are coming up, boards are loose and the railing is not steady (kinda like my deck at home). For some reason, the garbage had not been picked up in several days, but luckily we arrived on a Monday and it was all gone on Tuesday. Maybe someone forgot to unlock the back door. Ending on a positive note, the house is very comfortable and quiet. One of our younger family members screamed a bit before getting to sleep and we could not hear him from his bedroom. I would rent the house again, but I hope the deck gets fixed.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice and tidy but we were greatly disappointed by the hot tub being horribly overlooked, water was slimy green and 10-12 inches below full. House is intended to sleep 14 or more people but there are only a few towels and there was only enough laundry soap for a single load of laundry even though they request multiple loads be done prior to departure. Trash cans were scheduled to be emptied the day we arrived and were overflowing when we checked in, having to make a call to arrange pick up the next day felt like the problem became my responsibility. Bedroom door hardware kept falling off and had to be repaired several times in order to get in and out of room. Turn key was responsive but only compensated $90 for two days without the hot tub and the trash cans that were not emptied as scheduled. Read multiple other bad comments about how the house is being maintained inside the guest book at the house. I feel I overpaid and was under compensated for what was advertised. Until more attention is payed to this rental I would look elsewhere for a better experience.

Cleaning crew needs fired and Needs repairs!!

Just had a disappointing weekend here. On first glance, it was fine. You get a text shortly after arriving asking for cleanliness scale, we did 4/5 at that time. After being there a few hours we found food, animal hair and ribbon in the sofa while looking for our phone. A pile of fingernails between chairs on the family rm floor. What looked like vomit splatter on mast. bath wall, milk or ? on the sofa. Stickers in some beds. Grill was unusable it was so dirty. 1 shower had the glass broke out of it. Teflon pans are peeling. The dishwasher didn't work. Vacasa rep said they weren't aware of issue w/ dw, but afterwards I read review where they responded to client upset about broken dishwasher! Hand Washed dishes for 13 people on my vacation. Oven didn't work, Vacasa brought a thermometer and it's 50 degrees off! Games were missing from wii. TV is a joke to try and figure out. I spent our only whole day there waiting on repairs. They can go in w/o you there, but who likes that? We received our cleaning deposit back but it doesn't cover our ruined weekend. On the positive, Vacasa was pleasant to talk to about our issues (minus the lying part). I really hope the owners change cleaning companies and do some repairs......this could be a great rental for large families. It is well stocked and we liked the location. ALSO, I am in no way associated with the last person that stayed here/left a review. It appears no one did anything about their issues before we arrived. I did take pictures of all except vomit wall and part of the white mess on the sofa, we cleaned those up before realizing that cleanliness was going to be an issue.

Honestly, have never experienced a worse rental. Would NOT recommend until managed better!

I normally do not write reviews but I could not believe that we were paying money to stay in this home, yet alone paying hundreds of dollars for a supposed "cleaning fee". Whoever owns this home is getting ripped off because it is being poorly managed and even more poorly cleaned! The home itself is cute/comfortable and is in "ok" shape minus a few dings in the walls and the door wedge that fell off under the back door that left a gaping 1.5" gap, letting the freezing cold blow inside. Upon arriving to the home everything looked great at first glance but after checking out the home and settling in, the first thing we noticed was the animal hair on the couches. The main surface area had looked clean but once we decided to lift the pillows, to our discust, it was filthy. We then as a joke decided to go check out the beds and see if we would find hairs in the beds and to our shock, we found ALL sorts of random hairs in EACH AND EVERY BED! Not like random hairs that might have stuck on after a good wash but all sorts of different hairs; wavy, straight, shorter and some longer. I literally had to start taking pictures because I couldn't believe that we were finding so much random hairs in every bed!! Most of the sheets I believe looked washed, (I'm hoping), because they had long folds as if they were washed and folded but some of them had small kinks as if someone was laying on them. I'm not sure if the sheets were maybe on the floor before put on the bed or what but it was enough to completely gross us out and we LITERALLY STRIPPED EVERY bed and decided to throw them in the wash before sleeping in them! When throwing in the first load of sheets, we discovered there was no detergent in the home! I started to get pretty frustrated at this point! Here we paid money to relax for the holidays and we are legitimately washing EVERY single bed and duvet cover once we went out and BOUGHT OUR OWN DETERGENT AND BLEACH because the house had zero!! We also vaccumed the gross couches! While the ladies were working on stripping the beds, the guys decided to work on our first meal and without any exaggeration, the worst part of this home were the disgusting and completely UNSAFE pots and pans that were in the drawers; they were completely burnt and a couple of them had teflon chips just peeling off the entire bottoms - completely UNBELIEVABLE! I had to take pictures. I am running out of room for my entire list, and I took pictures of all of this but this is the rest in a nutshell: - We bought own detergent and bleach. - bought a new pot and pan (absolutely unbelievable!). - Dishwasher was broken (hand washed!) detergent latch wouldn't open. - Hot tub needed maintenance that we never got due to holiday! Wouldn't warm up past a certain point and had a maintenance sign on. - TV, DVD player we couln't use, too complicated or not working?? Stuck with no holiday movies for kids! - Something wrong with oven, took FOREVER to heat every time. Disappointing stay!!

Great location!

In addition to a great location, the house had a great layout with plenty of room. The outside deck was spacious with lots of deck chairs and tables to enjoy BBQs and just relax! The back bunk room also served as a family room to enjoy evening entertainment re games and TV. The house is close to the North Store and Woodlands Golf course. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and hope to return next year!

Good house for group and dogs, bad AC

This house was well stocked and great for a couple families with dogs. A few complaints: the AC was insufficient, the house couldn’t get below 80 in the warmest part of the day. It was also annoying that we were denied refills on essentials: toilet paper, paper towels, etc, when we ran out on Day 3 of our 7 day stay.

Family getaway

This property was amazing and very clean. It was perfect for our 2 families and dogs! The deck size was huge and had plenty of room to lay in the sun and enjoy the kids playing. The beds were very comfortable also. I would highly recommend this house to any family!
