Less than three miles down the road are the Russell-Fields Pier, Gulf World, and Pier Park, which features over 100 stores, fantastic restaurants, movie theaters, and the Skywheel. Take an eight-mile drive to Rosemary Beach to explore the scenic shores of 30A, and come home just in time for sunset cocktails at the Riptide Snack Bar right on the resort grounds.

The Riptide Bar and Grill is seasonal.
Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are available seasonally for an additional fee.
All East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are open but not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 16.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
