Sunrise to sunset, Esmeralda Del Mar (EDM) features breathtaking scenic views of the crystal clear emerald and turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Completed in May of 2017, EDM is a Tropical Modern design family home located on the beach, five miles North of San Pedro Town on Ambergris Caye and a 1/4 mile from the largest barrier reef in this hemisphere. The home was custom designed and built to be a memorable place for family and friends to relax, have fun, catch up and share life's special moments. This home was designed with outdoor living in mind. The first floor has a private entrance and features two beautiful ocean front bedroom suites with king beds hand made of Belizean mahogany . You"ll sleep like a dream on memory foam mattresses and luxury bedding. The large bathrooms feature hand painted double sinks, and tiled rain showers. Large walk in closets offer plenty of storage. The kitchen is generously appointed with stainless steel appliances and high- end , plentiful kitchenware for groups who enjoy cooking together. The living room features a 60" Samsung Smart 4K Ultra HD Flat Screen TV with Bose sound bar. Pantry includes washer and dryer. The 700 square foot deck and private pool is right out your sliding doors and your own beach, a slice of heaven. A Rooftop Deck offers a stunning 360 view of the Caribbean and the surrounding Island. (A perfect place to gather at at sunrise and sunset!) A separate private Casita, within steps of the Main House, is included. The Casita features a living room with Smart HD TV, kitchenette, queen size bedroom, and bathroom, and cozy covered porch. This beautiful addition to EDM is nestled among the palm trees, with an ocean view of course! Both the Main House and Casita are air conditioned and have ceiling fans throughout. EDM has a central purified water system (so you can drink the water!) For your enjoyment we have three kayaks and two bikes for you to explore the island. EDM offers complimentary pick up. There are over a half dozen restaurants/bars within a 20 min walk along the beach and at least a dozen or more within a 20 min golf cart ride. Several grocery stores (Belizean size) are in the area and two deliver.
PLEASE NOTE THE THREE BEDROOM RENTAL CONSIST OF THE ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR AND CASITA OF ESMERALDA DEL MAR AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, EACH OF WHICH HAVE SEPARATE ENTRANCES.

DURING PART OF THE YEAR THE OWNERS RESIDE ON THE SEPARATE AND SELF-CONTAINED SECOND FLOOR. IT IS DURING THIS PERIOD THE OWNERS MAKE A LIMITED NUMBER OF THREE BEDROOM RENTAL TIMES AVAILABLE. THE FIRST FLOOR AND CASITA HAVE SEPARATE ENTRANCES AND THERE IS NO INSIDE ACCESS BETWEEN THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR OF THE MAIN HOUSE, THUS ENSURING COMPLETE PRIVACY. GUESTS ARE GIVEN EXCLUSIVE USE OF ALL COMMON SPACE INCLUDING THE POOL, ROOFTOP DECK AND BEACH JUST AS IF YOU WERE RENTING THE ENTIRE HOUSE.

WHILE ON SITE, THE OWNERS ARE AVAILABLE AS A RESOURCE ON THINGS TO DO AND INTERESTING PLACES TO GO ON AMBERGRIS CAYE INCLUDING FAVORITE BARS, RESTAURANTS, SITES AND ACTIVITIES. IF YOU’RE INTERESTED, THEY WOULD BE GLAD TO GIVE YOU A COMPLEMENTARY WALKING TOUR OF SAN PEDRO. IT’S STRICTLY UP TO YOU!

Our housekeeper is professionally trained, is on-site and dedicated to cleaning only Esmeralda Del Mar, not other properties. Accordingly, Esmeralda Del Mar is thoroughly cleaned after each and every stay and we include a mid-week cleaning for all of our guests as well.
