I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd summer visiting the resort. With Covid-19 regulations in effect we were hoping for some benefits. Even though the management reduced rate 10% the grandkids were able to enjoy the outside pool, beach and bonfire. They shortened our stay by a day to clean the unit for Covid. Unfortunately when we got there the unit had not been touched since the last group left. The place was not clean. Refrigerator was bad and we lost a lot of our prepared food. We made the best of it and the kids had a good time. Very friendly staff! Although there seems to be a communication issue internally and calling clients back.

While the unit itself is wonderful, we were extremely disappointed to find that when we arrived this year we found NO BEACH and were not advised prior to our arrival. It basically ruined our stay as this is why we come there. WE would have booked somewhere else had we known.

We felt comfortable leaving the kids alone at crafts and other camps. The pool is a nice size with a shallow and deep ends for everyone. Terrace 18 is beautiful. Nice and clean. The only struggle we had was open cupboard space for our food. Probably could consolidate some dishes to free up a couple cupboards. No big deal though. Freezer didn't seem to freeze ice cream. Ice cream was very soft. Overall it was wonderful.

My family is happy there, however I feel the management should consider offering 2 vouchers for $10.00 to their guests to use and enjoy the public beaches . I understand it is natures fault there is noo beach. It would be a kind jesture to say thank you for still being with us and please enjoy our public beaches while ours are not their best.

The convenience of having a fully stocked condo for stay makes your vacation so much more enjoyable. The only "sadness" this trip was the huge loss of their beautiful beach which was obviously natures fault not there's. We certainly made due with what was left and the kids didn't seem to mind at all.

Elevator to the beach would enhance appeal for older clients

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally happy with our stay with the exception of the bed on the main level. The bed was uncomfortable i.e too small for two people and the mattress was springy. My wife has a bad knee so we were unable to move to a bedroom on the upper level. Additionally, the dinning table is too large and clunky for the room size.We would prefer a unit with a view of the lake but none were available.The stairs to the beach are steep and difficult for your older clients. You should consider installing a slanted elevator similar to others we saw along the beach. Because of the stairs access to the beach I would not recommend this property to my older friends.

We received great customer service throughout the whole process. Brunch in town was wonderful on Saturday morning as well as the WEDDING of 2 of our best friends at the resort on Saturday night!!!! It was truly an amazing weekend!

When we walked in the floors were dirty with sand and dust. Some of the trash cans were not emptied. Since we didn't have time to wait to see if we could get the cleaners to come through, we found a vacuum cleaner and cleaned the floors throughout the house. I feel I need to be paid for cleaning the unit and taking the trash out.
