The porch and deck area boasts gates on all entrances which allow you to customize how much freedom you would like your furry family members to have.

Under the hemlocks, by the river is a hammock that is perfect for an afternoon nap or reading. There is also a "secret" spot with a swing hidden for watching the river flow by. At days end, take a soak in the hot tub located on the private covered deck.

For those with mobility issues this Sliding Rock Cabin is one story with only 1 step up from the parking area. The gated deck, covered porch, and propane grill are all on the same level. The hot tub is about 12 steps down on a separate deck.

*NOTE: The river itself is about a 5 foot drop from the back yard and there are no stair steps to get in the river.*

The cabin has a wood-burning fireplace, leather furniture and 55" smart TV in the Living Room. The Master bedroom has a king size bed with the a 42" flat screen TV & en-suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 32" flat screen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and as of January 2021 a dishwasher.

This Sliding Rock Cabin is dog friendly, No cats please.

Access: Access to this cabin is via gravel, mountain roads. 4 wheel drive is not required, confidence in mountain driving is recommended.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE: Each cabin is privately owned and cancellations affect owners significantly. Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by Sliding Rock Cabins® more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the original check-in date in order to receive refund, less a Sixty Five Dollar ($65) cancellation fee. Said changes regardless of reason made within thirty-one (31) days of your original check-in date will result in a forfeiture of all moneys paid. All moneys paid are non-transferable to another rescheduled date. Refunds will be given if Agent can re-book said dates with another guest limited to the extent of rebooking. Agents are not responsible for Guests inability to arrive or if Guests chooses to depart early for any reason, or if members of Guests party do not show up.
