Adria House Dubrovnik by the sea and beach - Family friendly - Near Dubrovnik

Villa is located on very good position. Only 10 minutes driving to Old City Town. Zaton Mali is very quite place, but not too quite, There is 7 restaurants, 2 supermarkets. Playground for children is visible from our beach area, so parents can enjoy on the beach and have control with kids. Rental Kayak is possible close to the house. We can arrange also a different trips, but our recommendation is always Boat trip to Elaphity Islands, Owners lives in Zaton too, so we can be at your disposal for any helps.

-Beautiful and peaceful location with a superb host who responded quickly and beyond expectations to any request. Maja arranged transfers from the airport and even organized a lift for a friend to a local conference center. The accommodation is in a quiet village with restaurants within a short walking distance or ride. You will need to organize a taxi to get to Dubrovnik old town but Maja also assisted in this regard. Maja recommended Igor’s taxi service for all of our local needs and a day visit to a winery. He didn’t disappoint, was very professional and all of his drivers were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was superb and with local and home made produce and eggs and olive oil from her family holdings. The apartment on the first floor offered outstanding views across the picturesque bay and tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and sink. Maja provided a welcome drink and local liquors. We would certainly stay there again.

My entire family and I (9 of us, total,) had such a wonderful time and are so incredibly grateful and thrilled at how accommodating, helpful, kind, friendly, and wonderful Maja and her home were to us. The place itself was in such a beautiful, convenient location (maybe a quick 15 minutes away from the center of Dubrovnik), and was really such an authentic, relaxing, and sweet escape from the crowds/tourism. More than the clean and comfortable home, Maja herself was such a gracious host. Maja made our stay feel like a home away from home, and we seriously do not have enough words to express just how wonderful this was for a family of 9 in a foreign place. We have just got back from the most amazing holiday in Zaton staying in Maja's beautiful house. The position could not be better. Right next to the sea with your own private beach. We were in the sea everyday. There was 9 of us and the house was perfect plenty of room, the bedrooms were great with air conditioning. Maja organized all our transport which was so efficient and perfect. The breakfast were a real highlight. It was my birthday on one of the days and Maja made the most gorgeous cake as a surprise. We couldn't have wished for a more perfect holiday and place to stay. Thank you Maja for making it so special.
