On Island Time is your perfect low country beach escape — a thoughtfully renovated villa designed for relaxed family vacations, where every detail invites you to slow down, unwind, and soak in island life. Just a quick walk to the beach, Lowcountry Celebration Park, shops, restaurants, and pickleball courts. It’s equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.

Step inside to an open, airy main level bathed in natural light. The spacious living area features a large, comfortable sectional sofa, two arm-chairs, an ottoman, a smart TV for streaming movie nights or sports, and sliding glass doors that open directly to your balcony — ideal for morning coffee with ocean breezes or sunset cocktails.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, a deep sink, ample cabinet space, modern appliances, and everything needed to prepare big family meals or casual beach snacks. A breakfast bar seats 3, while the rustic dining table comfortably accommodates up to 8 for low country boils, game nights, or shared dinners.

A convenient half bath is on the main level, along with a full-sized washer and dryer for easy laundry after sandy days.

Head to the main-floor master suite for ultimate privacy and comfort: a plush king bed with coastal seashell bedding, a spacious dresser that doubles as a convertible stand-up desk (perfect for remote work), smart TV, plenty of storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Upstairs, the second master suite offers another king bed, a traditional desk with an extra monitor for productivity, a TV with Roku, and a sleek ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed plus twin-over-twin bunks — great for kids or extra guests — and includes its own ensuite bathroom with an oversized tub/shower combo, smart TV, and ample closet space.

All bedrooms feature cozy, high-quality linens and thoughtful touches like bedside lamps, convenient charging blocks, books to borrow and beach-inspired art.

High-speed secure Wi-Fi (100 Mbps) keeps everyone connected, and keyless entry makes arrival seamless. You’ll have full access to the villa (excluding the owner’s closet and one laundry cabinet), plus key cards for the community pool and back gate for quick beach/park access. Shared beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, toys — (use at your own risk; not sanitized between guests) are available in the outdoor storage closet. Please Bring Your Own Beach Towels - We are unable to provide beach towels, so please remember to pack your own or pick some up on the island. We highly recommend the quick-dry towels!

Stay Lengths and Seasonal Availability-

March through October: 2-14 day stays

Off-season (November through mid-March): Longer stays are welcomed for Snowbirds or remote workers. Monthly rates available – just ask!
