Poolside Townhouse in Hyannis , 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, steps to private beach, Short stroll to veterans park and Kalamus Beach! 1/2 mile walk to Hyannis Harbor. Walking distance to popular restaurants, Main Street, Ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, Beautiful Heated Pool. Town house has multiple levels. This property may not be ideal for those with mobility challenges due to stairs (young children and/or elderly). A/C, no pets, no smoking in unit or on premises.
Weekly rentals are for Saturday to Saturday only.
The pool will open for the only on the weekends during the month of June.

We’ve stayed at the Yachtsman many times and this unit didn’t disappoint. It has a great layout and is nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. The location is wonderful and the hosts are super responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Eileen and Nate!

Amazing stay

This was the best place I ever stayed on Cape Cod. The house was so clean and steps away from the beach and pool. The drive to the restaurants and the boats to the islands was 5min away. Quiet community and parking was good. We had a blast

The location of the property was great. Walking distance to restaurants and shops as well as the ferry. Having access to the private beach was amazing. It was never busy.

The townhouse was amazing!Beautiful, comfortable, spacious and incredibly charming with the Cape beach theme. The location is also outstanding;within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, the ferry and local attractions.

Great location and property

We had a very good long stay at this property. It is very centrally located in Hyannis and next to the yacht club, public beach and walkable to town. The owners were very responsive and helpful with the few issues that we experienced. The property was clean and very comfortable. It does have multiple stairs to the bedrooms and upper levels but this also allows for privacy. Overall a very workable and worthwhile property.

Lovely vacation spot

Great facility and location to the town & nearby parks. Lots of room in the unit and nicely decorated. Having the heated pool in addition to private beach was great since the weather wasn’t always beach friendly during our week. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Wonderful Place to Stay!!

We had a wonderful week at The Yachtsman! The townhouse location is perfect, being about a 15 minute walk to Main Street. The pool and private beach are such a great bonus! Eileen and Nate were super responsive to all of our needs. If you need anything, just text them. They addressed any concern or question immediately. My family decided this is where we want to stay the next time we visit the Cape!

Great Location

My family and I have stayed at the Yachtsman before. It is a great location for beaches, shopping, dining and a great place to relax at pool or bay. Beautiful sunrise. This specific unit needs a little “TLC”. Eeen was excellent about getting back to me with questions and concerns. I may have missed the portable air conditioner photo on third floor but when we got there all the windows were open, it was Avery hot and sunny day , so the third floor where 2 twin beds are was very hot. The portable air conditioner has orange tape around the window and sun beats down thru rooftop window. It was very challenging to cool it down. I did ask Eileen, she said most guests get cold up there and that’s why she had blankets up there and I may have had unit on fan mode. It didn’t make a difference when not on fan mode. My daughter slept on blow Up mattress I purchased In living room. There were no garbage bags. Eileen said in cabinets but if were there I could not find anywhere. No dishwasher detergent, limited toilet paper. It may be noted in listing to bring your own. Just a note to bring hand soap and stuff. The pillows on beds need to be replaced and bathroom bath mat. The one thing I would say is that the musty smell from basement where laundry is was terrible. Bothered daughters asthma. I had to wash everything when I got home. Not sure if got wet at some point. Overall my family had great time being together.

Vacation in Cape Cod

Great location and area. The master bath had a LOT of mold and the room was heavy with humidity. Our clothes always felt wet, even the sheets. This really the only problem but i feel this was major. We really enjoyed pur stay.

Great Late Summer Vacation on the Cape

If you are looking for a place to stay and enjoy everything Cape Cod has to offer, this is the place for you. This unit is perfectly located in Hyannis and a very short drive to all that the marina has to offer and the many shops and restaurants on Main Street. Eileen is wonderful to work with and very responsive to any and all questions. Rent with confidence and enjoy the Cape!!!

Best location for pool and beach!

We’ve stayed at Yachtsman several times, and this rental was great. We love that you have the option to relax at pool or hang at beach for the day. The unit was just as described in the listing. Plenty of room for our family, AC, comfortable beds and nice living room. The roof deck is always our favorite spot, either to start the morning with coffee or end day with a glass of wine. Eileen our host was quick to respond when we had any questions. She was a great host. Thanks for a great week!

I have stayed in 7 different Yachtsman units over the years. This unit was very clean. Had very nice beds, bedding and linens. The kitchen was nicely updated. Kitchen had a small peninsula with 4 bar stools and a pub table with seating for six. The living room had a huge TV and a nice leather sofa and loveseat. The patio set was fairly new and very comfortable. We didn’t use the grill. Newer washer and dryer in the basement. There were 6 nice bicycles in the basement. We brought our own bikes, but the bikes and helmets looked great. Overall one of the nicer units I have rented at the Yachtsman. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Great Family Getaway, Unbeatable Location in Hyannis

We stayed a week at the condo and it was just a fantastic experience all around. Eileen was the perfect host and very responsive to every questions. The place was well kept and clean and importantly has plenty of AC. It does have multiple levels which could be a concern for infants but our three young children (ages 6 to 11) loved the layout. Parking is right in front and the pool was just behind the unit. The property is situated next to the park/memorial and beach and a walk away from the Hyannis Ferry and a five minutes drive to Main Street. The location is just unbeatable and the condo is just spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be returning next year. Thanks Eileen.

Vacation

The house has a nice private beach and beautiful pool but the pool was only open on the weekend 8am to 5 pm so that was very disappointing . Space is strangely layout and not super kid friendly. Too many small decorations, kids beds on top floor lots of stairs .Bathrooms need some work. Had a smell in the master bath of mold or mildew. Master bed was nice. Whole house could use a fresh coat of paint and clean out of all clutter. Owner was great to get back to us but the information provided was not always accurate or clear.

Amazing beach getaway

Eileen is the perfect host and the unit is spectacular for a beach break. Location is ideal with private beach steps away and mainstreet a few minutes walk. Everything we needed was provided for with comfy beds and lounge area to relax after a long day out. We didn't get to use the bikes but the house comes with all the beach equipment you need. Eileen was always available to answer any questions and there was zero issues checking in or out. I will definitely stay here again. We stayed at another VRBO unit in the area some years ago and this was far and away the best experience and will stay again. Thanks Eileen for the wonderful time and memories.

Location Amazing!

We had a great stay after Labor Day. The unit had everything needed and the walk to beach made our entire vacation! We also walked to town with the kids which was fun. The unit is a little older (but clean) and has the Cape charm to it. Lots of room! It’s next to the pool, and on windy days the patio was key because we got the warmth of the sun without the wind. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Lovely condo, great location.

Steps to a private beach, quiet, gated community. Owner easy to communicate with. Condo has Everything You Need for a great vacation. Beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows. Beautiful pool.
