Lovely single-level, second floor condo boasts grand views of the tidal creek. Accommodating and inviting, the sunroom and screened porch will entice you into a mode of relaxation you haven’t enjoyed in a long time.

The primary bedroom suite has a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, garden tub and dual sinks as well as private access to the screened balcony overlooking the creek. The split floor plan offers two more bedrooms and full baths on the opposite side of the common areas. Access to the beach is within view from the front door, and the Olympic size pool is steps away.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TVs-3 (Smart TV in primary BR), DVD-1, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, wet bar with ice maker, washer/dryer, screened porch, sun room, shared elevator, covered parking.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, boardwalk to beach with rinsing shower station, 2 community pools – 1 Olympic size, 1 freeform with a whirlpool, small playground, creek dock with covered gathering deck, 24-hour guarded security gate.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Weekly stays only. Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

INLET POINT: Part of a gated community uniquely located on a secluded peninsula bounded by the Atlantic and a tidal saltmarsh creek, the Inlet Point condos enjoy private access to an extensive 7-mile-long beach. A few shops and restaurants are within walkable distance from the gate. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.

The Condo with the Amazing Marsh View

From the moment we stepped into this condo we couldn't get over how much we loved it! The views of the marsh are amazing. We appreciated the decor. It was near both the beach as well as the marsh, and one of the pools was close to us. The area felt safe and secure. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

everything was great, but?

the hvac unit would go on when it was not supposed to. it was very loud and kept the back bedrooms up most of the night. the ac did not work very well in the back and the rooms were hot.

Inlet Point is a small gated community uniquely located on a secluded peninsula bounded by the Atlantic on one side and a tidal salt marsh on the other with access to an extensive beach, two swimming pools, whirlpool, playground, and fishing/crabbing dock on the creek.

Litchfield Beach is easily among the prettiest beaches in South Carolina. Bounded by low lying sand dunes and the blue-green ocean, the beach is characteristically wide with soft white sand and spans 7 miles from end to end.

Summertime can get busy on Litchfield Beach, but families love rekindling friendships made from past stays as they book year after year in the same home within this small, beachside community. Grocery and beach stores, popular dining venues, and local eclectic shops are conveniently close by.

While primarily residential, Litchfield Inn is located on the north end of this beach where guests can enjoy oceanfront dining within easy and safe walking distance. Indulge at least once during your vacation and choose between the relaxed outdoor atmosphere of Austin’s Cabana Café or the elegance of Austin’s Ocean One located on an upper floor with panoramic ocean views.

Huntington Beach State Park shares the same strand as South Litchfield Beach, a popular destination for families, photographers, and nature lovers. A 4-mile drive north along Ocean Highway 17 will bring you to the forested state park entrance where visitors will fall under the enchanting spell of the beauty and wildlife of the Lowcountry sand dunes and marshlands.

Also 4 miles away is Brookgreen Gardens, another local treasure. Brookgreen displays world renowned sculpture amidst acres of lush gardens and majestic oaks and offers miles of walking paths through what once was a working rice plantation. It is also home to the only accredited zoo on the Carolina coast, where you will see rescued native animals in their natural habitats.

The Pawleys Island/Litchfield Beach area is known locally as the Waccamaw Neck. Pawleys Island, known for its “arrogantly shabby” character, encompasses Litchfield but has its own beach – and island – where it splits away from the south end of Litchfield Beach. The relaxing ebb and flow of the tide sets the pace of our Lowcountry coastal region of South Carolina where getting on Island Time comes naturally.
