Plenty of space in the property, all needs were met, and there were beautiful mountain sights driving to and from the property.

Short stop in Gatlinburg

A few days in the mountains before our next stop, the property was away from the craziness of Gatlinburg. Nice and quiet, and a short drive to Smoky Mountains for some hiking.

Wonderful and Convenient

We really enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful being so close to Ober and being able to take the tram to Gatlinburg. We got to see bears many times which was very exciting. The property was very comfortable and homey.

Spacious and well equipped

The unit was spacious and well equipped for our family of four. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. We would easily stay here again.

Clean, quiet place

The condo was clean and very quiet. We hardly saw another person while we were there. It’s super easy access to Ober Gatlinburg (you could walk) and easy to get to Gatlinburg and the national park. We loved our stay.

Quiet relaxation

Older, rustic, clean, spacious, quiet. Had some issues with the furnace which were quickly attended to by management company. Would stay here again

Better than a hotel

For a large family, this option was cheaper than multiple rooms in a hotel. The condo was clean. It was easy to communicate with the property manager.

Hiking and bear siting

Great spot to get away from the craziness of town but close enough to easily access Gatlinburg and hiking, perfectly clean and greatly decorated. We took a wrong turn up near our chalet one morning and ended up crossing paths with a good sized bear.

Our summer trip to Gatlinburg 2022

Was a excellent location to both Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg center condo was roomy enough for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The road up to the condo was always a adventure seen Bear 1 evening on the side of the rd chilling 😎 then another at the condo which was the highlight of the trip lots of laughs were had .Great experience I would definitely do the 16+hr drive 1 way again beautiful smokey mountains.

Great place

They need explain what the name of the condo are Elerweis. Also had trouble getting the door opened as we were not told that you had to hold down a lever and a box would open with a key.

Perfect place for a short stay

Everything was great! All amenities were provided. Place was easy to get into. Only problem we had was with the recliner chair, it’s a bit off and if you lean back too far it won’t catch and you will tip over, my step father slept in it and it flipped over and almost hurt him. Other than that everything else was great! Thanks so a clean fun stay!

Our stay at Bearly Ober

It was a cute condo. I do wish there were more chairs at the table and living area seating. It advertises that it accommodates 6, but there’s not enough furniture for six to sit at the dining table or together in the living room.

A Beary Great Time!

Our stay at Beary Ober was great! The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked. This is an older unit however, it is very spacious and parts of it have been nicely redone. We saw a couple of large bears passing through the parking lot when we arrived which made our day. The pool area was fantastic and close. Property management responded promptly to all of my questions however phone reception was in and out. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.

Cozy

Would rent again. We loved how the condo was mostly carpet. With two very young kids its nice to know that we didn't have to about falls on tile floor! We had no trouble getting in the condo like some of the previous reviews had said. The condo was very clean.

Beautiful

Very clean and comfy. Only complaint is the lighting. Doesn't have ceiling lights in the bedrooms. Other than that very comfy and clean

Bearly Ober

Well needed vacation in a nice quiet relaxing condo. We stayed 2 weeks and in the middle of our stay we drove to Nashville and stayed there for 3 days and came back to our condo easy drive not even 4hrs from Gatlinburg. We did see 2 🐻 bears not far from the condo which last year i stayed here 1 week in July a saw one on the back wall of the condo. Its also a 15/20 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg and also Pigeon Forge so it makes it great location.
