Welcome to Paradise! This lovely 3 bedroom 3 bath home is located directly between gorgeous Hanalei Bay (voted the best beach in America for 2009) and quaint Hanalei town, where you'll find a nice selection of shopping and dining. Hanalei is a quaint beach town with charming gift shops, and a good selection of dining to satisfy almost everyone's taste! You'll also find kayak, snorkel and surfboard rentals, hair salon, yoga studio, fresh fruit smoothie stand, and even shave ice for the children. Don't miss out on the best Kauai has to offer. You won't want to leave! As of summer 2023, the home has air conditioning for your extra comfort!

In the summertime, the water of Hanalei Bay is clear, calm and pristine. In the winter it pumps out legendary surf that attracts wave riders of all kinds. See the gorgeous view of dozens of waterfalls that garnish the mountain scape if it's raining. Propane BBQ, GAS Stove/cooktop, Ceiling Fans in each room, Upper Lanai with comfortable outside seating, Beach chairs, cooler and Umbrella for your convenience .

This is a terrific house located just one street away from the Hanalei shops and restaurants. It also is just a short drive or walk down to the beach. Liz was very helpful. I hope that we will be able to enjoy this house again at some point.

Perfect location!

Just 1 block away from the shops and restaurants and a short walk away from Hanalei Bay beach—couldn’t think of a better place to stay!

Wonderful stay

Very lovely home. We really enjoyed our stay. An easy walk to both the beach and town. Our 5 year old so loved it as well, good for kids and adults. Recommend

Loved it!

Fridge (freezer) and microwave could use a little work, but didn't really bother us. The location was close to shopping and bars as well as beaches. We'd go again!

Staying here was a dream—we walked to the beach and to town so easily, and the house was beautiful and clean. It was the perfect setup!

Amazing house, beachy elegance. We especially appreciated all the small details: bikes to cruise around, yeti travel mugs for coffee on the go, epsolm salts for baths, dual grills, coolers. Had an amazing stay.

A great house just a short stroll to Hanalei shops

We were very impressed with this nice vacation rental right by downtown Hanalei. It is super spacious and a very nice layout. The big open layout of the kitchen/dining/living area is great. The beds were super comfortable. It is only a 2 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Hanalei. We will be back!

Hanalei Bay Vacation

I rated the accuracy of the online description a 4 only because its better in person than the photos show. Not sure how you could find a better house for what we needed. Great layout, nice big private bedrooms with bathrooms and convenient location to beach and town. Highly recommend!

This home was the perfect location for our Hanalei experience. it is a 2 minute walk to the best spots here! You don't need a thing for the beach they have you covered with bikes, beach toys, surf board etc! we cannot wait to return to enjoy coffee on the wraparound porch and listen to the nature around us with sunrise again!

Wonderful, relaxing oasis

This is our second stay at this property we have already booked it for next June 2025. This property is amazing. It is in a very quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac. There are three separate bedrooms with two adjoining bathrooms and a freestanding bathroom an amazing kitchen with a fantastic stove A wrap around lanai where you can sit. and enjoy evenings, al fresco I highly recommend this property it is even better than advertised. You will not be disappointed a perfect island getaway.

Perfect paradise

2025 was our third stay at this property. We have already booked it for the first two weeks of July 2026 amazing property very close to Beach and town but seems extremely private in a quiet cul-de-sac well quiet except for the roosters but we are on Kauai after all! Beautifully appointed property has all the amenities you could ever need sitting out on the lanai either late night or early morning is so relaxing, looking out at the serene landscape and the many waterfalls in the mountains was spectacular! We are so sad to leave every year but we are so looking forward to returning each time. I highly recommend this property. I am sure we will be renting it for years to come. We have stayed all over Hanalei Bay and Princeville.This is the best place at the North Shore of Kauai.

Comfortable home in prime location

The home had everything we needed. It was clean and really nice in a pretty neighborhood. We very much enjoyed our time here. It was a very easy walk (1 block) for restaurants and shops and an easy walk to Hanalei bay... such a beautiful beach. The house was well equipped for cooking. It also had beach towels/chairs/toys and bicycles. An outdoor shower and laundry also were helpful after coming home from the beach. The host was also very friendly and responsive.

Hanalei Heaven

Hawaiian style home comfortably furnished in the quaint little town of Hanalei. Loved the wrap around deck with comfy seating and the big ole tub in the master bath (big enough for 2 ;-). Those that like central air dialed down to frigid will not appreciate that only the main bedroom has a window unit air conditioner. We loved it and felt like we were staying in a friend's home. Loved being able to walk to restaurants, shopping, grocery store and of course the world's most beautiful beach, Hanalei Bay. Highly recommend!

Our stay in the tree above the jungle!

Upon arrival check in was very easy and we were so happy with the location. Being to Kauai five years in a row we new exactly what to expect and what we wanted. This house offered all of that and more! Enough linens, blankets, towels, equipped for the beach it was amazing they did not skimp out! Beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed to be at home. Only thing when we arrived there was sticky stuff on the floor I had to clean the floor in the kitchen but other than that no issues at all. Thank you Liz for. Great stay we will def be booking this house again!

I wish they weren't so diligent about cleaning out ALL food/staples left behind - it would be really useful to have some cooking staples, and would create a lot less waste. But I suspect that's the management company's policy, not the owners'.

Amazing experience

Can't emphasize enough how amazing this property is. The location cannot be beat just a short walk into town and a short walk to the beach. The house was huge for the two of us with an enormous lanai for us to relax in awe of the beautiful waterfall filled mountain landscape. The house also had everything from beach towels, laundry after island hopping, bikes and outdoor shower - truly ultra-convenient. Liz, our host, was also super helpful the last day. Our flight was not until 10 pm so she coordinated the cleaning staff for a very late check out. I can't thank her enough!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photo on Vrbo is misleading. the property is on a cul'de'sac backs on to the shops with no grass area. The main issue is the home next door is under full re-construction work starts at 6:30am and finishes around 4:00pm this should be explained in the rental contract of on the site or the property priced accordingly derring the construction period.
