This top floor all one level premier 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom unit with AC features a master suite with a king sized bed, spacious bathroom with double sinks and counters, a large soaking tub and shower, and walk in closet. All the luxuries of a hotel with the amenities of a home.

Comfortable living room with large screen TV.
You will find air conditioning in the living, dining, kitchen area as well as the master bedroom. There are ceiling fans throughout. Peaceful and quiet. This is a top floor condo with no common walls, just plenty of windows to catch the tropical trade wind breezes.

Three spacious bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) provide comfort for every guest! All of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan and ample natural light.

Steps to the World famous "Makai" Golf course and very close to all of the beautiful beaches (Anini, Hideaways, Hanalei Bay, Lumahai, Tunnels, and Ke'e) on Kauai's north shore. On site fitness center!

Come and enjoy rainbows, sunsets and tropical breezes.

Nice spacious layout with great light. Easy parking. The furniture is comfortable without being stuffy. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies. A/C works well, but only cools the master bedroom and living room.

We had a great time at this three bedroom property. Location is great in princeville, and we appreciated the 3br/3ba. Pool, while small, seems as good or better than nearby developments, and my kids had fun. Cleaning between guests is good, but property manager should have more frequent deep cleanings, including under beds and furniture. Like all the other units in this development (and others on the north shore of Kauai), the non-master bedrooms do not have a/c registers. We appreciated the fans to compensate for that, and also the closet with boogie boards, beach umbrella etc. Excellent supply of bath and beach towels as well. Property manager's communications about check in etc were excellent.

Great location with reliable parking and secure environment.

The house was a great layout for our group with the central kitchen and den and dining area. My only complaint would be that the furniture needed updating, including the resting dining chairs on the patio. The cabinetry in the kitchen wasn’t exactly clean. Either was the molding around the bathroom tiling for the tubs or the light fixtures and windowsills that were horribly dusty.

Perfect place for a family vacation!

This property was perfect for a family holiday vacation! There was plenty of space, the decor was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet (if you don’t count the roosters!). We loved being able to dine in and relax after long days exploring the island. We would definitely rent here again!

Nice condo !

This is a great place to stay on the north shore. Plenty of room for family to spread out. We had everything we needed and it was easy to check in. Appreciate the beach toys and the nice towels.

Dirty, needs help

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was very disappointing - very dirty and furniture was beat up, curtain rod was missing (replaced with black duct tape to make it look like there was a curtain rod) I would not stay here again. It needs a very deep clean; dust caked on everything, mold all over the bathrooms, water continuously dripping from a vent above the kitchen table, live lizard (?) in the oven, fridge door handles sticky - so gross!! Location was great.

Beautiful area!

What a treat to stay in Princeville right off the golf course and within a short walk to the beautiful cliff ocean overlook. The condo was spacious and comfy. The lanai was a lovely place to relax and the pool and hot tub was an added bonus. We definitely will be back here the next time we’re in Kauai!

Great Stay

Great location and great unit. AC unit is only in master and main room, but if you left all the doors open it was bearable. Tons of beach towels and regular towels. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent Accommodations on the North Shore of Kauai

The condo was perfect. We loved the large outdoor porch and REALLY appreciated the beach stuff available for guest use. The kitchen was well-stocked with cutting boards and pots and pans. The washer and dryer were in the unit, which was great and they had detergent available (which is always VERY helpful when traveling).

Everything you need

The apartment is very comfortable, in a nice quiet area. Liz was super easy to deal with. Loved that the apartment had a generous ‘starter kit’ with cleaning products, soaps, toilet paper etc. We LOVED access to the beach gear (umbrellas, beach chairs and snorkel).

October Visit

This is a very comfortable, well equipped second-floor unit in an excellent location. With more than 30 visits to Kauai, we have stayed in numerous North Shore vacation rentals -- and this was our first with air conditioning (partial). The TV in the master bedroom may need replacement as the volume varies between very low and blaring (without operation of the volume control), However, the living room TV works great!

Great Stay!

We had a lovely time at this place! The host was so accommodating. The first night they forgot the pack n play which they were super quick to respond and was able to get it to us the next day ( we were okay without the first night). We also had a delayed flight and we asked if we could have a later check out and they responded quickly and was very willing to allow us a later check out. The place was very clean and exceeded our expectation! It was very nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. And to be very close to both Princeville and Hanalei made for a great location. They had lots of beach stuff we could use such as chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, a pool noodle, snorkel gear and beach towels. Seriously that was soo helpful and useful. We had the best stay and we definitely highly recommend this place and will keep this place in mind when traveling to Kauai again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's our 3rd time renting in Princeville. The condo complex is central and well-maintained. Pool is a bit small, however, and not heated. The condo was clean and well-stocked with towels and bedding. Terrible water pressure and all showers need new shower heads. The fans were a bit wobbly and noisy, but functional. Air-conditioning only in the common area and master bedroom. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, missing baking sheets. Nice extras, tho, like a coffee grinder and scissors. Knives needed sharpening. Liz, our island concierge, was timely and helpful. Would consider staying at the Plantations again but would prefer a better positioned unit, maybe one near the pool or on the outer ring. While our lanai was good-sized, it overlooked a small grassy area and other units. But the complex location was ideal; close enough to a few beaches (Sealodge, Hideaways, Anini, Queens' Bath) and 20-minute walk to the shopping area. Overall we had a great time on Kauai!
