Our stay at this property was amazing. We had such a nice time. It was 7 of us and we loved all of the amenities and the staff was attentive and helpful. We loved our chef, all the food he made was delicious. Our butler was amazing, she was attentive to all our wants and needs and had so much patience when we were indecisive about our food menu for the week. She greeted us with rum punch at the door at check in and she kept the drinks flowing the entire time. Always at the ready asking if we needed poolside drinks, snacks, or anything else we may need. The host, and I communicated easily through text whenever I had a question and responded quickly. Transport was provided when we wanted to go somewhere, and it was fair and affordable prices. Our housekeeper was so sweet and kind. She kept our rooms spotless everyday with fresh linen, towels for our rooms and towels by the pool as well as doing some of our laundry for a nominal fee. I would most definitely come back to this property and refer it to anyone that wants to experience Montego Bay in a beautiful cliff side villa. The pictures just don’t do it justice.

Excellent Property & Vacation

Excellent property, spacious, comfortable outdoor space inside and outside of the elements. We were able to sit comfortably outside while it was raining under the covered patio. Great hospitality, Jackie and the team were absolutely great! Overall a wonderful property for a family or small group vacation.

We had such a great stay at Springville for a photography retreat. The grounds were beautiful and the view was incredible. All the staff, especially Ginger, were fantastic. We ate all our meals at the villa and the food was great. We'd be happy to recommend Springville to anyone visiting Montego Bay!

Would rate this trip 10 stars if I could! Springville Villa was fabulous in every way. Somehow the house and view is even more gorgeous than the photos. Working with Joe to plan the trip was so easy as he is extremely responsive and answered all our questions. The crew at the villa was amazing and took such great care of us. Davian was so thoughtful and attentive, especially to the little kids coming up with fun treats for them. Vincent cooked the most delicious meals morning, noon and night. We were eating so well - still dreaming about the jerk chicken. And Felicia kept the house absolutely spotless, even helping out with our laundry. I truly felt like we were staying at a luxury resort the entire time but with the added benefit of total privacy. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Jamaica!

Great place to stay!

The property is beautiful, and the photos do not do it justice. Ginger was the best butler ever, and Vincent's food was delicious. Joe and Ginger were able to help me with a lot of moving parts including massages, transportation, and groceries. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely return to this villa.

Wonderful Family Trip

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully appointed property. Although we arrived later in the evening, we were still greeted by the staff with rum punch and smiles. The entire staff was so welcoming and accommodating, and made us feel at home. The property manager was also very responsive to all our inquiries and made sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was well maintained and beautifully decorated with ample space for my family of 5. I would highly recommend!

Sunshine at Springville

I don’t know where to start? Springville was the perfect stay for our family. The accommodations were faultless and the staff extremely warm and welcoming. We were well taken care of throughout our stay. It’s located perfectly in Montego Bay for anything you might like to do off property. We found ourselves sad to leave when it was time to go. Can’t wait to return!

Ginger and Vincent was the most amazing host I have ever worked with. The villa was beyond exceptional and everything was just gorgeous. The view was impeccable and I honestly wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. Everything was clean, nice, and safe and also the maid make sure she kept our area clean at all times. I would recommend this villa to any guest and we definitely will be staying here again.

Springville

Springville is beautiful the photos and property match the photos and listing. We enjoyed our stay Ginger was super sweet and was able to accommodate our every need. I give this place a 4/5 due to the fact that we did not know the ground keeper was staying on the property with us. Besides that, we love everything !

Thank you for your stay with us. We always have one of our groundskeepers stay through the evening outside the villa but on property. This is to operate as additional security, gatekeeper and maintenance so we have 24 hour coverage.

Outstanding vacation rental!

A person couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Jamaica. The home is incredibly clean thanks to Felicia. The food prepared on site was absolutely delicious. Vincent and Ginger make a wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner. We made a plan on meals early in our week and those fellas took it from there. Alwayne drove my family on a daily adventure. He gave us ideas of where to go and he was always with us. The home’s grounds are beautiful and safe. This is a must see location!

This may have been our best vacation ever. Things couldn't have been easier or nicer. From being greeted at the door with drinks to wonderful coffee ready for the early risers to meals that even picky eaters loved - this stay exceeded every expectation. The staff is wonderful and friendly and made every possible effort to make us feel welcome. The house is beautifully appointed but comfortable. The house is in great shape after the storm, but you can tell that the island was hit by one of the strongest storms in history. It is recovering, and the people are resilient, but please don't expect a perfect paradise surrounding you. Things will grow back, but it's going to take time and there are still things to be cleaned up. Even so, I cannot recommend this property highly enough. If you have the opportunity, you should stay here.
