More than simply a holiday villa rental we strive to treat our guests to traditional Jamaican hospitality and service based on care, pride and a passion for sharing our piece of Paradise with you.

It is our pleasure to include in the price of your stay access to our wonderful private driver as well as an air conditioned van to accommodate your group for the duration of your stay (including airport pick-up and drop-off).

For your convenience, the driver stays on site at the Villa for the duration of your stay - and he has a veritable wealth of knowledge about places to visit all over the island.
Rest assured that when our driver you are in very good hands.

Services:

During your stay at Paradise Plum our wonderful chef Javaan will prepare you dishes from his repertoire of international and Jamaican classics, and can tailor his cuisine to meet a variety of dietary restrictions and preferences. Please let us know in advance should anyone in your group have dietary restrictions or food allergies - it will be our pleasure to accommodate with advanced notice.

Nikita, our concierge and butler, will be on hand to serve you your drinks and meals and make sure your stay meets your expectations. Please do not hesitate to ask Nikita for anything you might need.

Our housekeeper Trishell will tidy your rooms, as well as the public spaces daily, and will also do laundry (whether towels, linens or your own personal laundry) as required.

The grounds of Paradise Plum are managed with care by our wonderful groundskeeper Stewart. Stewart keeps the pool and grounds pristine, as is also nurturing the multitude of plants, and flowers and trees around the villa. Stewart is currently cultivating our very own Ackee and mango trees, as well as a herb garden.

All our staff have a passion for ensuring you enjoy your stay at Paradise Plum . All you have to do is relax and enjoy.

Please note - Rental rates do not include gratuities and these are important for our staff. We recommend budgeting at least 10% of the villa rental rate for staff gratuities.

Rose Hall community and Rose Hall Beach Club Access:

Our villa is located in the exclusive Rose Hall Great House and Golf Club gated community with 24/7 security. Your stay also includes access to the Rose Hall Beach Club which is a 2 minute drive away. You can enjoy the pool next to the ocean, order food and drinks (You cannot go wrong with the grilled burgers and the Witch’s Elixir for a lovely lunch!) - you can relax on the lounge chairs on the adjacent white sandy beach, where there is a lifeguard on duty.

There are also catamaran tours and stand up paddle boards at your disposal.

Please note: these are included in your access to the beach, however cash gratuities for the operators are greatly appreciated.

Paradise Plum is adjacent to the beautifully manicured White Witch Golf Course and Cinnamon Hill Golf Course in Caribbean Heights, a private, gated community with two award winning great house tours. The Rose Hall Great House has a story with all the elements of an engaging novel, as well as the Cinnamon Hill Great House which was home to Johnny Cash and June Carter. These famous attractions are only steps away from Paradise Plum Villa.

The Villa offers four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite, king-size four- poster mahogany beds with all bedrooms facing north to the Caribbean sea and overlooking the pool deck. We also have a fifth air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and adjacent half-bath - this room also doubles as an office for our guests who might be working remotely.

** Extra twin bed available if required - To sleep separately, or for an extra person. Extra 11th person is a $50 per night surcharge.

**Bottled water cooler: Though our tap water is safe to drink and quite tasty, we also provide bottled water in a dispensing cooler for your convenience. (We also have on hand a selection of insulated water bottles that you can bring on excursions, or to the beach).

** A wonderful bistro set under the gazebo by the pool where you can enjoy your tropical drinks and socialize - or when it's time to get connected - use this gazebo area as your outdoor pool office area!

** Hair dryers in each room.

** Shampoos, soaps, towels and linens are all included - feel free to come with your basics and let us provide the rest!



Pool Area:

Paradise Plum Villa has a wonderful infinity edge swimming pool for the whole family to enjoy. We have pool toys and water chairs and tubes to allow you to float with a refreshing drink and enjoy the sun.

Our pool amenities also include all safety tools required by the Jamaica Tourist Board.

Sun lovers will enjoy lounging on the 8 lounge chairs around the infinity swimming pool, or curl up on the large wicker day bed. Our guests love this day bed, which is also used at night for star-gazing around the pool area while enjoying the cooler night breeze from the nearby hills!

Please note: there is no lifeguard on duty nor any child-proof fencing surrounding access to the pool. Please consider safety requirements for young children when contemplating staying at this property.

Room specifics:

The two upstairs bedrooms have magnificent scenic ocean views off their respective verandas. The two downstairs bedrooms have large double doors that open up directly onto the pool deck.

The main kitchen is where our wonderful chef Javaan creates delicious meals of your choosing and to your taste!

Our guests also enjoy access to a secondary service kitchen allowing them to self-serve: from their own fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, kettle and teapot, as well as guests’ snack and food cupboard.

We also have a coffee/tea/bar station available to guests near the table on the patio.

Food & Beverages:

Please note that food and beverages are not included in the price of your stay (although it is our pleasure to provide necessary pantry staples such as condiments, rice, flour, pancake mix, syrup, and jam etc).

Though our tap water is safe and tasty, we also provide bottled water in a dispensing cooler for your convenience.

Our wonderful chef Javaan will be delighted to plan menus according to your tastes and dietary preferences, and can also accompany you on your grocery trips - we suggest Progressive Foods either in Ironshore or Montego Bay.

Be sure to stop by road-side fruit and vegetable stands for fresh local delicacies - Shavar can help you buy fresh mangos, pineapple, coconut and jackfruit!

Paradise Plum Villa is located near Montego Bay and is only 2 minutes’ drive to the Rose Hall Beach Club beach where guests of Paradise Plum Villa have access to a beautiful white sandy beach with a lifeguard on duty. This Jamaica villa is also situated within 5 minutes’ drive to three world class golf courses, including the Cinnamon Hill Golf and Country Club house, White Witch golf and Country Club, the famous championship Half-Moon Golf and Country Club.
