Condo is small but has everything needed, including upgraded appliances and beach chairs umbrella etc. The best part that it is right on the beach, so you can be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves crashing on shore. Wonderful snorkeling and family friendly vibe.

Napili Bay Resort Gem

What a great little condo for two people. We loved the location on the first floor, sitting on the deck, watching the waves and all the people. The condo had everything we needed. Napili Bay resort is in the perfect location to do and see it all. The best part is the snorkeling right outside the building. Nice people, nice location.

We are a repeat visitors to unit 108. My wife and I absolutely love this condo and the hosts are absolutely amazing. We take a yearly trip to Maui for a one week vacation and we will absolutely be reserving for third time for next year. Mahalo, Leo and Kim

Views, beachfront, views!!

You will not find a better beachfront location. The studio condo is perfect for a couple enjoying vacation. You will wake up and fall asleep to the sound of waves. We did a lot of whale watching from our lanai. Million dollar views at an affordable price! Highly recommend.

Quick trip

Absolutely amazing!! Can’t wait to tell my fiancé that really, size doesn’t matter!!! Super clean. Check in and out is just an easy process. Has everything one would need. With traffic, the commute to the beach is 15 seconds. Like the Terminator said. I’ll be back!!!

Amazing location!

My parents stayed in this unit once before and they highly recommended it for us. We loved our stay! The location is great. Not only was having a room right on the beach an incredible experience, but we also had phenomenal snorkeling, restaurants, gear rental, shaved ice, a grocery store, plus more all within walking distance. The room size and amenities were perfect for my husband and I. Very adorable and clean! The only downside was the crashing of the waves at night. Being so close to the water could get a little noisy, but it’s nothing that you don’t get used to after a couple of days. And if that’s the worst of my complaints then I’d say we had it pretty good. I’d highly recommend staying here!

This was my second time staying at this unit this year and my first for my fiance. Our 5th & 6th trip in a year to Maui. You can not get a better deal on the island with the location. Literally on the beach. Like I reviewed earlier this year I told my fiancé that size doesn’t matter!!! And she was impressed. The sound of the ocean singing you to sleep each night everything you need is what this unit provides. From a clean unit to beach chairs and towels. Has it all plus more!!! We will be back!!! Mahalo!!!

Best Maui Stay Ever!

Dec 2023 first time staying in a beachfront studio condo with my husband. Our friends had another unit a few doors away. Best stay ever, and we’ve been to Maui many times. Ground floor Unit 108 was clean and well-stocked. The location was amazing, with bushes, sand and water right outside our lanai, and a great BBQ area a very short walk out the front door. Napili Bay is wonderful for the beach and any kind of water play. We watched beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and could clearly watch the turtles and whales from our lanai. Our contact, Tammy, was super responsive and helpful when we had a question about the TV, and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on away from home! We’ll definitely be back!

Small issues

The location is phenomenal! The beach is great, we saw whales for the porch. The crashing wave just made it so relaxing. We did have a couple of issues. The layout is the same as the pictures but there is a giant TV on the wall now and there is no table to eat at inside. Also, the coffee table is huge compared to the pictures. We had bugs in the cabined where we were to put our grocers as well as in the dishwasher. Last thing is we had to buy paper towels and garbage bags. Lots of request to take trash out without any bags to do so.

Might be good for others. After arriving and no air conditioning, it was just too hot and muggy. We decided not to stay and found something else on the island. Just not for us.

View of a lifetime

You cannot beat the view of this property and the ease of beach access. Restaurants all around within walking distance and your are a spitball shot away from the ocean. I cannot find another location in Maui this amazing. The room itself could use an upgrade and prepare to sleep to a fan with humidity. But that is beach living anyway. The waves roll through the night on Napili so be aware some may want earplugs if you don’t love wave sound like we do. Kids can be up early laughing but again you are on one of the top 20 beaches in the world for fun. We saw sea turtles both in the water and from the porch surfacing. Just gave to the south in between waves.

Loved our stay!

We had everything we needed! The view is just amazing. The whole resort is super quiet. We felt like we were totally alone. No problem ever using the washer and dryer, always available. Snorkel Bobs being right next door to resort made it so easy to rent our snorkel equipment. Snorkeling was excellent in Napili Bay and we swam with the turtles everyday! Would totally recommend someone staying in Unit 108! We can’t wait to come back!

Honeymoon

The key safe on the front door was a pain and so was the dead bolt on the door. Too many remotes to operate the TV. Otherwise, the local was perfect. Loved being lulled to sleep nightly by the waves. Overall we had a great stay.

Napili Bay #108 is the best!

The view from this property is unbelievable- better than the pictures (!!)- and the continuous sound of surf just off the patio is magical. We woke up to the sunrise every morning and swam in the surf everyday, ate at the Gazebo and Sea House regularly. Napili Bay is where I will want to stay forevermore. Great location to so many things, not too touristy and the beauty is endless. Plan to cook in the unit, it is fully appointed and the resident manager is super helpful. We look forward to coming back!

NO AIR CONDITIONING

The condo was okay. It's cluttered and messy and the closet is filled with junk and most of the drawers are full of stuff, too. The furniture is old and dated. The ice maker kept getting frozen up and should be serviced. And the shower has very low water pressure yet seems to spray all over the bathroom. The location, while it might seem ideal because it's right on the beach, is actually pretty noisy and not at all peaceful because it seems like everyone in Napili and beyond comes to this one tiny bit of sand. But the reason I would never stay at this condo is the is NO AIR CONDITIONING. It's hot and humid and this condo gets all the afternoon sun so the space is uninhabitable after about 2:00 in the afternoon. I never once slept under the covers because it did not cool down at night. I had to laugh that there were extra blankets in the dresser drawers. While the VRBO listing does not state that there IS air conditioning, it's definitely deceptive that it doesn't state that there is NOT air conditioning. Never in a million years would I imagine an expensive condo like this in a tropical climate would not have air conditioning.

Loved our return to the West Side of Maui

Loved our return to the West side of Maui. I've stayed at the property several times, but this was my first to condo 108. It will not our last. Fantastic unit and communication. The only suggestions I would have been a slightly simpler interface with the TV. 4 remote controls are a bit confusing (there was a 5th remote we had no idea what to do with). The shower was amazing, but a bit of caution had to be used to mitigate water outside the shower. Other than that, absolutely 5 starts. Hopefully the next couple to check in appreciated the 6 pack of POG we left :) Mahalo. Leo & Kim Arehart

Oceanfront # 108

Having stayed in the Napili area twice before, we always found ourselves interested in The Napili Bay condos. Staying in # 108 was a great decision and the best place we've stayed on Maui. Totally relaxing, with Maui sunsets & the sound of the ocean lulling us to sleep each night. We never felt in a rush to "get to the beach" because well, we were on the beach!. Snorkel or swim within a minute of making the decision. Groceries & plenty of great restaurants nearby. The unit had everything we could possibly need, including beach chairs & toys for our daily activities. We had a wonderful time and hope to return for a stay in #108 sooner than later. Mahalo!

Outstanding location-stunning views

We had a wonderful time watching turtles and sunsets right out front. We saw no sight of the roaches mentioned earlier and also found no need for air conditioning either- the breeze off the bay was perfect. We’ll definitely be back to visit again. Mahalo for sharing your piece of paradise on our favorite bay in Maui.
