Paradise found

As soon as I walked through the front door I fell in love with this condo and the fabulous view! That beach tho, oh so wonderful!! The condo was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. We will be back for sure!

Great Location but death by heat

The location was great and the condo was cute, but there is no AC, so every night I melted, even with the windows open and all the fans running. If you want to actually sleep, then go somewhere else! If you like ocean waves at night and sleep hot, I heartily recommend this location.

Paradise with a View

Great Location

Right on the beach. Fall asleep to the ocean waves! Short walk to little cafe and a short drive to the market. We will be back!

Getaway

Great location, rainbows, monk seal, walks along the Coastal Trail. The unit has two lawn chairs, a sun umbrella and cooler. The kitchen has everything you need. The property has washer/dryers on site. Perfect getaway for 10 days.

Very good upgrades to the condo. Closeness to sand and water is great during the day. Beautiful setting. However, loud surf at night makes sleeping at night challenging. Will bring ear plugs next time.

Nicest and cleanest condo we have ever rented right on Napili Bay. Wonderful bed and bedding. Well stocked with kitchen appliances. Highly recommend, small studio but very comfortable. Views from lanai fabulous 🌴

Beautiful!

Lisa and Lee have created a gorgeous ocean-front space! They are generous and welcoming hosts, remembering the little details and go above and beyond to make sure you're comfy. This is our 2nd time staying with them, and we're looking forward to the next time!

Beautiful condo!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week in this condo. It has everything you need; great kitchen that was well stocked, comfortable bed, nice balcony and it was really clean. Lisa is a great host. She was very easy to work with and provided quick responses. Thank you Lisa! We would be very happy to stay in your condo again.

Amazing condo!

This was a beautiful condo both in its interior furnishing and decorative style, as well as the phenomenal view from the second story deck of Napili Bay, nearby island and whale watching! A place for us to enjoy for a whole week. We highly recommend it to any single or couple who enjoy the lay back nature of Maui.

Simple Beauty

We love staying at Napili Bay Condos! You can't beat the beach access and location. We have stayed in many units on the property. This is one of our favorites. It was very clean, with modern updates, good space to unpack your belongings, and just the right amount of kitchen goods. We appreciate everything about this unit and will be back!

Everything about this stay was great! View was amazing! Proximity to the beach just seconds! Amazing snorkeling bay with lots of fish with the occasional turtle sighting! Great restaurants close by, some even walkable! Lisa was quick to respond to questions, very helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Napili Bay

Condo was perfect for a Hawaiian getaway. Location is right on the beach with a nice patio. Napili bay has a nice beach and wave break. The condo is well appointed and we enjoyed using the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels that were provided. From our patio we saw whales, turtles, and dolphins. Close proximity to Kapalua and the Ritz Carlton and a few other amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again soon!

Happy overall.

Property was clean and as described in the listing. Property manager was responsive prior to and after our arrival. Honestly the only complaint is how expensive everything has gotten on the islands. And then the VRBO/reservation charge that was unexpected. Been to the islands 15 times in the last 20 years. This was likely my last time.

Napili Bay Resort #203

My husband and I returned for the 4th time to this wonderful condo. It is perfect for us with the lanai overlooking the Napili Bay which stays in the shade and a perfect viewpoint to see the whales. I can walk to Kapalua Bay for great snorkeling and a beautiful coastal walk. The condo has recently been remodeled. My only recommendation is to bring ear plugs because the waves are loud for sleeping at night.

Great place to spend a few days

My wife and I had a great 3 days in Unit 203. Right on the beach, so we hung out on the balcony a lot, with that great view. There are restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen was well stocked with baggies, pot and pans, and other items that we needed. Nice large fridge with an ice maker. We are glad we stayed un Unit 203. Good memories.

Amazing stay at Napili Bay

Balcony to beach in 20 seconds, literally! The only thing closer to the water is a cruise ship! Absolutely perfect stay in unit 203 at Napili Bay. We found the newly updated unit to be well appointed (kitchen utensils/gadgets, beach chairs, umbrella, plenty of towels, etc) and very clean. The grounds are lush and green, and rather private on a semi-active beach. The key-gate separating the beach and the condos prevents any non-guest foot traffic while not causing any nuisance to residents/renters. We felt very safe and did not have any issues or concerns about safety, parking, etc. We were a little concerned about not having air conditioning, but that was not an issue at all in a typical 75 degree January week. We found the ocean breeze and ceiling fans more than enough to keep the unit at the perfect temperature both day and night. No need for a white noise machine as the ocean waves provided great sound for a restful night. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony looking at whales in the distance (we brought binoculars) and turtles swimming near the shore. The water was calm most days and provided beautiful, clear water for swimming, floating, some snorkeling, and other water sports. When the waves increased we saw surfers and boogie boarders having a lot of fun. The beach was steps from the unit and never felt too busy. We enjoyed eating at the Beach House restaurant, an easy walk down the beach or on the street. Happy hour was very reasonably priced and delicious. We have stayed in several rentals on various Hawaiian islands and we have no suggestions/changes to this unit, it is absolutely perfect and we have no hesitations on giving it a full recommendation and look forward to returning again soon!
