Edgewater 1003 is a vacation condo that features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to six visitors to the Emerald Coast.

Upon entry into this luxury condo, the open living room immediately captures the attention of its guests. Sliding glass doors that open onto a Gulf-front balcony let plenty of sunlight into the space, while a floor-to-ceiling mirrored wall amplifies the bright and airy atmosphere. Living room seating consists of a light-toned couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, matching armchair, and accent chair. These surround a coffee table and face both an armoire with a TV and the outdoor balcony. Step through the triple set of sliding glass doors onto the porch, where you can soak in the beach views while sipping your favorite tropical drink. Bring your drink back inside for a casual lunch in the dining area and enjoy the company of your family and friends. The dining room sits right off the living area and features a glass-topped table with six chairs. Nearby, the open kitchen includes an open counter bar and ample counter and cabinet space. If you don’t want to eat out, the kitchen provides everything you need to cook up a delicious vacation meal.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, private bath, TV, wall of glass balcony doors, and immediate access to the Gulf-front balcony. The guest room also features a king-size bed and access to the full hall bath.

This condo not only offers the best in living and sleeping arrangements, it also provides guests with all the luxurious amenities of the Edgewater Beach Resort. As a guest, you will have access to 420-linear feet of private beach. Feel free to tan under the sun, paddle or boogie board, snorkel, swim, build a sandcastle, or any other fun beachy thing you have in mind. Edgewater also includes two swimming pools with cascading waterfalls, a kid’s wading pool and playground, a Tiki Bar, an on-site fitness center, basketball courts, shuffleboard, and more.

When you stay at this great condo rental, you can easily access the fun entertainment and activities all along the coast. Seascape, Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and Grand Boulevard are within close proximity and offer great shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, festivals, and events.

*Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

*Boats, golf carts, storage trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated Christmas through February.
