The Bella Manor Carriage Suite offers a spacious bedroom with a beautiful carved wooden king size bed, private bathroom with stand alone shower. Guests will enjoy the large flat screen television with cable selections as well as the complimentary wireless internet. The suite also includes a granite topped mini-bar with mini-fridge, microwave and sink. This is the ideal escape for a couple; or book the adjoining Main House and Lavender Suite to accommodate up to eight additional guests.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

So great, easy check in, great all around!

My partner and I stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect! Parking was easy, it was a quiet area, getting the key was painless, and we enjoyed every minute! I highly recommend staying here!!

Convenient and close

So nice to be within walking distance of Main Street and activities. Large bathroom and shower was great but the shower head needs to be cleaned with CLR or some vinegar water to get calcium build up off so it doesnā€™t spray everywhere! Everything else was very nice and appreciated.

Very nice cottage in neighborhood close to downtown area. Nice king bed, large accommodating bathroom area and shower. We were satisfied with how it matched up well with the property description.

Perfect for a couple

This place is so cute. It was the perfect size for just us two. The neighbors were fairly quiet & didnā€™t disturb us. There were bowls/plates/glasses in the cabinets, a fridge & a microwave down below. We forgot our soap for showers & could have used some body wash or good soap along with the shampoo & conditioner, but thatā€™s a non issue. However, If you struggle with body pain & a harder bed makes it worse, you might skip this place just on the bed alone. Otherwise it was perfect!

Girls' gotta get away

Great size for two people. It was a belated and early birthday get away for me and my daughter. Close enough to Main Street to walk and shop, but not ON the busy street. Better pillow options and maybe a topper for the bed for more comfort after a long day walking/shopping would be a great improvement.

Quaint and quiet place to stay, great air-conditioning

We traveled to Fredericksburg for a 2 night mini vacation. A few months before we went, i researched places to stay. I found this location and loved the simple beauty of it. Since it was in June, the heat had already arrived. I can't tell you how amazing the air conditiining was in that room. It was blissful after a hot day of wandering around. The shower was also really big which my husband and I loved. We didn't feel cramped at all. The only thing we wish they would have incorporated, was a small place to sit and eat. There was a sink/refrigerator/microwave area so we brought back leftovers to eat. It was aekward standing at the counter eating. But did it change my mind on the rental? Absolutely not! If you go and want to walk to town, it is 2 blocks up. When the heat is scorching outside, you'll need to drive.

We enjoyed our stay! The only thing that I would suggest is to provide body wash for shower. The hand soap was too small to use. Also, it is adjoining to the main house so you can hear the other guests, but they were not too loud. šŸ˜Š

We loved our stay!

Beautiful room and very clean. Close to all the action but far enough away to provide a quiet and relaxing experience. Street parking only but on a beautiful tree lined street that was safe and quiet. It is not a busy street at all. Very easy check in and out. All the comforts of home with a big, beautiful bathroom. No check out chores (washing dishes, strip bed, etc) to worry about like some places have. TV with Roku device for multiple streaming options. The only minor complaint was the bed was a little soft for us, but that is our preference and not necessarily an issue for lots of people.

Cozy Bedroom

Itā€™s a cute little room with most of the amenities a person could need for a cpl nites stay. I wish they had chairs to sit outsideā€¦it was the perfect weather and would have been nice to sit out by the front door with a cup of coffee or wine. I didnā€™t find the pillows overly comfortable, they were pretty hard. Parking on the street is no problem as itā€™s far enough back that youā€™re not competing with other tourists doing shopping on the main strip. Itā€™s a short walk to the main strip which is nice. I would stay again.

Pros: - Walking distance to the shops on main st - clean sheets/towels - amenities like wifi/coffee maker, heater in bathroom, blow dryer, iron.. - heated bathroom option Cons: - Wasnt super clean: Lots of dust on light fixtures and the ledge around the room. The big rug definitely hadnt been vacuumed. Dropped something on thr floor in the bathroom and saw lots of grabage and even a dead cockroach under the vanity! We were only in our room to sleep at night really so it wasnt a huge deal.

Cozy and Comfortable

This place was good for 2 people. We stayed 3 nights. Wifi was slow and no live TV. I'd recommend bringing your streaming equipment with you. We couldn't get weather or local channels. Just apps from our iphones. It was odd only having one chair in the room. Owners might want to invest in an extra chair. The microwave was down in the cabinet behind a door. We finally found it. We found it to be clean and well stocked with hair dryer, soaps and shampoos. Plenty of towels were provided. Basically it was a great place, close to the Main street shops, restaurants, museums etc. Really didn't have any complaints about hearing neighbors due to thin walls as mentioned in other reviews.

Had a Lovely Time

The property was beautiful! It was the perfect size for my wife and I, especially since most of our time was spent out and about. There were only a few things we noticed that could have made our stay better. First, the lighting was poor. There was absolutely no lighting and it was extremely dark when we arrived at the property. While walking to the back, we had to use our phones just to find out where to go and find the key box. I even tried to turn the motion sensor light in the driveway in while inside the room, but for whatever reason, it did not come on. Secondly, the lighting in the room was dull. The only lights in the room were from the ceiling fan and they were not that bright. Even with the table lamps on, it still was not very bright. Lastly, there was no microwave. We had wanted to warm up some leftovers the next day, but realized we did not have a microwave. All in all, our stay was pleasant and we had a good time.

Lovely Place with a few drawbacks

We very much enjoyed our stay in this quaint little efficiency unit. It was a cute place that my wife liked quite a bit. The location was great and the space was just what we needed. The room was clean, the wifi worked great. The bathroom was a perfect size for two people. There were a few drawbacks and one was significant though hopefully remediable. Upon arriving we realized the heater wasn't working and we weren't able to get it fixed. I was familiar with the unit and knew how to work it but it just wouldn't work. We tried calling for help but kept getting voicemail and since there is only a 2 hour window between the time we were allowed to check in and when they closed, we just ran out of time to get it fixed. Thankfully there were extra blankets and a bathroom heater that combined to make the overnight tolerable, but we were pretty cold and disappointed that with only being there for one night we weren't able to get it solved. The other two issues are smaller, but still worth noting. This unit is sandwiched between two others and the walls leave a bit wanting in terms of sound dampening. If you truly want a private stay where you don't have to worry about neighbors, this isn't your spot. But if you're ok hearing the rumblings from your neighbors and them hearing yours, then it's worth it. Finally, there was some confusion surrounding parking. One person told us we couldn't park in the driveway connected to our unit, but another person told us we could. So we did... but if the driveway wasn't in fact supposed to be used it would have posed a problem. I'm not sure if we'll stay in this spot again, but it was still quite nice and if the price was right and the climate control was working, we just might.
