The primary suite has a king bed with a spacious sitting area facing the beach, a dresser, two closets, two bedside tables, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, an easy chair and table, a full closet, and a beach view. The guest bathroom has a tiled tub shower

Minimum Stay Nightly Rental – Three-night minimum stay
All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee and  $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).
You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments (excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded. After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.
