An amazing stay

This was such an amazing extended stay, in a lovely part of Asheville, and with all of the amenities to make one feel comfortable and at home for an extended stay. The unit felt newly refurbished, and the bathroom was amazing! The space is very well thought out, and I couldn’t recommend this property more.

The Best Sunrises & Sunset

Hardly know where to begin.Jennifer was so lovely to speak with before I rented the condo for the month of February. Her response to my questions were timely, precise and helpful.Each morning and evening you have your own personal sunrise and sunset thru the kitchen window and the living room window.A very convenient location, plenty of available parking and the neighbors who live in the complex are quite wonderful and welcoming.The entirety of the condo was superbly furnished and finished, often told it's the nicest updated unit on the property. The little kitchen still had everything I needed to cook, the bed was soft, the shower felt like I was at a resort and the views each day made it hard to leave at the end of my time there.I would stay again in a heartbeat, and know I might lose availability with this review, but it is well deserved. I wish I could give this place a sixth star.Thank you Jennifer for this amazing rental.

Wonderful location!

We were so pleased with this rental. The location was central to all the sights. The condo was exactly as described. The host was very welcoming, helpful and attentive. We would highly recommend this rental to enjoy all that Asheville has to offer.

Ann and her husband left the place spotless! They were thoughtful, communicative and a pleasure to host. So happy to hear they enjoyed their time in Asheville. They are welcome back to Rudy's Place anytime!

Stayed here with my partner while both working remotely. The apartment was very comfortable and has everything you need for an extended stay. The apartment has great value for the price and I would recommend to anyone staying in Asheville. Communication with Jennifer was excellent and we will definitely be back next time we are in town. Thanks!

I currently split time between Asheville and Wilmington North Carolina; was born in Greensboro; raised in Durham; went to college in Chapel Hill; had my first professional job in Raleigh; lived in Charlotte for a few years, and have been coming to the mountains (Asheville) and the beach (Emerald Isle/Morehead City/Atlantic Beach/Beaufort) since before I could walk. I have deep roots in the state of North Carolina and some relatives who have been very involved in its growth and development. This includes a grandmother who co-wrote the first guidebook about Western North Carolina (Rudy) as well as a few baby kissers .;)

As a hostess, I'm channeling those relatives and all they have taught me about southern hospitality. Sharing North Carolina culture is truly in my DNA. As a traveler I look forward to being a good guest and experiencing your town/city. Either way, excited to meet new people and further expand my worldview...green lights all the way!!!
