Typically FULL WEEK STAYS as minimum in PEAK Summer Season.
We may rent in Fall & Spring with indoor Pool & Hot Tub open.
We have set up OUR UNIT to maximize your stay and it's a large True TWO Bed TWO Bath Condo! New Flooring added recently in Living area/dining/kitchen.

TWO QUEEN Beds and TWO Twin Beds, plus one Twin Trundle. A unique set up for a Two Bedroom. FYI: Some units may say 2 bedroom 2 bath BUT are actually smaller, with a "den" turned into 2nd bedroom and/or a 1/2 bath that added a small "tight" shower stall to say it's 2 & 2 but ** WE ARE a true FULL 2 BR, 2 FULL Bath unit ** with separate Laundry room (Not in closet) etc and larger space in overall unit. Larger Bedrooms, Larger Master Bath, Larger Closets. Larger Kitchen and more. Compare carefully :) Ask for Sq Footage.
** Please NOTE: we typically rent 7 night stays in PEAK season, Saturday to Saturday, but ask for flexibility if needed. Outside of Mid-June to End of August, other options may be offered. $135 SHORT STAY cleaning fee may apply for less than full week stays. $400 Security Deposit refundable (with nom issues)... Any added cleaning or other fees and Security Deposit will be direct from guest to owner. Glad to discuss added details. We will book on a 1st come (1st to commit), 1st serve basis with priority to full week rentals.

Great Value and DIRECT Vast OCEAN Views! 'North Beach' - Beach Front Building in an Amazing Complex!
Many call Seapointe Village a rare gem and there’s nothing like it for summertime family fun in the area. A 17 acre resort-like community at the JERSEY SHORE!
Please take a few minutes to see this wonderful, gated, private complex located at the most amazing Private Beach in NJ and the surrounding area, which also features 4 Pool Complexes, Hot Tubs, Tennis & Basketball Courts, a “Kids” activity club and so much more... A 15 minute drive to the Wildwood Boardwalk to the North, & Cape May to the South, but a world away from the crowds.
Just before the bridge to Cape May, DIAMOND BEACH sits next to an undeveloped nature preserve and bird Sanctuary. Please reach out to confirm current availability!
NOTE: We book up completely each season, so book early when possible!

Some PICs on the listing show images from the RoofTop of the building which is intended to display the complex and amenities, not our "view" BUT our view can be seen in the Photo's off OUR balcony.

We cannot provide any discount during peak summer season as we book up full each year.

Rates are based on 6 guests staying in Unit. If added guests are in need of accommodation, please discuss with us directly for best options. There is bedding for 7 but that's typically a mix of Adults and children and an added fee for over base # may be charged. No unregistered guests may stay at anytime.
An Occupancy Agreement must be signed and returned with a deposit to confirm a reservation.

Great getaway for my husband and I!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ken's property. The place was very clean and very close to the beach and pool which was a big plus! Ken was very helpful and gave us a ton of information of local places for food, entertainment, etc. He was also very responsive if we had any questions or needed anything during our stay.

Mid-May early season rental

Great vacation at this ideal location!

We had a wonderful week here! Condo is clean and well cared for. The owner is responsive to emails and very helpful prior to and during the stay if you have questions. Location is convienent to Wildwood boardwalk and Cape May. Multiple pools on the grounds with beach access. Great place to take kids!

The property owner went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered and that our stay was excellent. The condo had a fabulous view and was well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

Perfect getaway for our family

Our experience was better than we expected. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The condo was spacious and perfectly located between the beach and pools. The complex offered such a variety of activities, my young children were never bored.

Great condo, phenomenal resort!!

From the moment we made the reservation Ken was very helpful guiding us through our stay. This is a beautiful complex with all the amenities. I forgot how nice the Jersey Shore can be! The condo is clean, spacious, and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Ken made sure we were taken care of and his hospitality was greatly appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo in great location

Condo is beautiful, large, and well maintained. Great view of the ocean from both bedrooms and the living room. Ken was extremely responsive and provided lots of great info for our stay. There was lots of storage space for clothes in both bedrooms and a large pantry in the kitchen. We appreciated all of the space for our family of 5. Everything was labeled with instructions (remotes, lights, etc.) which we found very helpful. We loved being right on the beach just a short drive from the boardwalk and Cape May and enjoyed all the amenities of Seapointe Village - the pools are great for the kids. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!

Just What We Were Looking For!!

Thank you, Ken, for all you did to make sure that our short family get together was wonderful. The condo was clean, large and had a great view. Our first day was perfect and the resort has so much to offer. The beach is beautiful and I was able to get some stunning pics of our family having fun. The weather wasn't good the next two days but we were very content swimming in the indoor pool, using the jacuzzi and relaxing. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area and Cape May and the Wildwood boardwalk are very close. In this area I don't think you can find a better place to vacation. We are hoping to return next year.

Beautiful, spacious and great view! Owner attentive and extremely accomodating!

We just finished our stay at Seapointe Village. We have been coming here for many years. This was our first time renting through VRBO instead of Seapointe Realty. We could not have been happier with our experience. The condo is lovely with great décor and furnishings. We comfortably fit our family of six. Ken, the owner, was extremely attentive to every one of our needs from the start to the day we checked out. There is a wonderful beach view from the balcony and we were lucky enough to see some beach weddings during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit, which was spotlessly clean. There were so many nice touches throughout the unit that made you feel especially welcome to settle in for a relaxing vacation. Especially loved the beach themed pictures on the walls. A fabulous place, experience and owner that truly cares about making your stay a great one!

This was perfect for a sister getaway in late fall!

We wanted to be at a beach for a sister birthday celebration within a day's drive. We looked at various locations along the South Jersey shore including Cape May NJ. I found Ken's Seapointe Village Condo and so glad we did. We had several things on our list to do and were able to do them all! The Village is immaculate and in an excellent location next to Cape May. Even though we went right after Thanksgiving, the weather was perfect and we got to walk on the beach (right outside the door) and go to Cape May for holiday shopping. The condo was immaculate, the kitchen wonderful for the 3 meals we prepared there and had everything we needed. There was just enough space for a comfortable stay (it was a bit too cold to use the outside balcony but that is an added bonus). Ken was an excellent host and so very helpful with my questions. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Another bonus was the complex hot tub that we used one night. Wildwood Crest is a very nice area and highly recommend it to those who are seeking the beach and a relaxing vacation.

Great Escape

What a wonderful last minute escape !! Decided on long weekend last minute and found this lovely condo available. Ken, the host did everything to make it happen, quick response, explained all we needed to know CLEARLY so even I understood, Im not real good with computers and still use a flip-phone. Unit was everything you could ask for, clean, comfy, and great location. Thank You and hope to return

Amazing views, great condo, and wonderful host.

We had a fabulous time at this condo. The views were amazing, and we could sit in the kitchen with coffee and watch the sun rise over the ocean. We were also able to go on the balcony and enjoy this as well.

My wife and I took my older parents to the ocean.

The condo was beautiful. Everything was perfect. Furniture was comfortable. The balcony gave a wonderful view to sunrises and the beach! Will definitely stay with Ken the next time we come to Woldwood Crest.

Our family had a wonderful time! The location and grounds were perfect. The condo was well kept and very clean. Ken the owner was very accommodating and so helpful with any questions I had. It was a pleasure vacationing here and would highly recommend staying for a family vacation again!

Wonderful vacation destination

This is a fantastic beach resort. We were here off season but still had the opportunity to use the indoor and beachfront outdoor pools. The resort is absolutely beautiful with so many wonderful amenities. Can’t wait to come back when everything is open. Great location. A short walk to a beautiful private beach. Your close to everything Wildwood has to offer and a short 5 minute drive to Cape May. The condo has a Great ocean view, is large very clean and very well stocked with everything you’ll need. Ken was awesome to deal with and always available to answer any questions. Thanks Ken for a wonderful vacation getaway. We will definitely be returning.

The Essentials of a Seaside Holiday a Stone's Throw Away!

A comfortable well laid out two bedroom condo with a great view of the ocean. All the comforts of home, easy walking distance to the beach or the many pools. A wonderful restaurant across the street and a market and tavern 3 blocks away. One mile to one of the best crab houses in the area and an easy ride to Cape May. The owner was very helpful and always available to answer any questions.

Previously never used as a rental unit, so it was in great shape, just needed a refresh, which we have done to create a great Family Getaway.

Two Bedrooms and Two Full Bathrooms, within a 1190 Sq Unit, Full Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room, Full Size Laundry room / Washer & Dryer, and most importantly, an awesome view of the ocean from both Bedrooms, the Living Room AND your own LARGE Private Balcony with a True VISTA of the Beach and Ocean!
Newly refreshed, new linens, paint, decor, etc. EACH Bedroom has a Queen Bed, and a Twin Bed. The master also contains a trundle pull out under the twin bed. There’s a Full Sleeper sofa in the living room as well if you choose to spread out for some R&R.
NOTE: 6 beach/pool badges included for Private Beach / Pools, etc. Added Badges available for an added fee.

Want More? How about Private Underground Parking after you pass through the guard gate, waterfalls and beautiful landscaping!
All surrounding the 4 Pool Complexes... Really.
Oh - and Indoor Sauna Room and Indoor Showers available in Pinnacle Building at Main Pool for our guests. Kid’s playground area, basketball & tennis courts, a fire pit, BBQ grills throughout the complex. A food hut on the beach & lots more!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Truly Great Beach View, on 3rd floor but only 1 Level up from Lobby / beach & pool Entry Level, so an EASY walk up the stairs to not wait for Elevators (or any Elevator issue) and very short walk down hallway. Unique as it's as much a Beach Front View as you can get without being absolute Beach Front (since it's a side angled view). See the PICs - why pay higher Beach Front Price when this View is so Vast & so Close to the ocean & beach. (Note: RoofTop View in PICs is to Show The BeachFront Pool Complex area, NOT our view - see Balcony Pic for our view and it's even wider than that pic!)
