Wonderful location in North Naples

We loved our stay at this beautifully redecorated duplex near the beach in north Naples. So convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants and theaters. And if you want to have a night in there was the private lanai complete with pool and spa. The neighborhood was very friendly and quiet. We highly recommend this property at Vanderbilt Beach.

Can’t wait to return

Great place to stay. Very much enjoyed the beautiful pool and patio area- very private. The house is very spacious and the kitchen area is great. Also spacious garage for car. The property is in a very quiet , gated complex and this house is secluded at the end of the cul de sac, yet a very short trip to most everything. Rode bikes to local beach and park in just a few minutes. Most of all the hosts were extremely accommodating and attentive and great to deal with. Can’t wait to come back again!

End of Summer

We stayed for the month of August 2023. It was very hot, but the beautiful pool kept us cool, as well as the wonderful AC. Chalmers Brothers were very friendly and accommodating. Any reported problems were taken care of pretty much immediately. We were grateful inclement weather held off until the last few days of our stay. Thankfully Hurricane Idalia veered North. It was a fun month which enabled us to visit with our younger son. We would LOVE to stay there again in the future!

Best place ever! It feels like home

Our second year We treat this villa like our home because it feels like home. Great owner!! He responds immediately to any issue—- which are few and far between Quiet place Great location. Pool, hot tub, great TVs Everything you need for comfort

What a great stay!

We really enjoyed the property and it was extremely relaxing! There were no problems and Chalmers was a great host! Hope to stay there again!!

Best place yet!

We have stayed at dozens of VRBO places. This one is on top of our list! Newly renovated and perfect for our needs. Felt like home right away. Very clean. 4 flat screen TVs, double garage is handy with an extra freezer. Quiet, safe location yet close to beach, shopping, restaurants etc. the pool and hot tub are awesome and with the screened in lania makes the Villa seem so much larger Owners are wonderful, very accessible and responded immediately to a couple of our requests. We have already signed up for next year
