Great Location

The property is in a nice neighborhood centrally located for easy access to downtown Naples and North Naples. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great family vacation house

Very clean home with great relaxing outdoor space. We ate almost all our at-home meals outside. The pool was a perfect temperature with no additional heat needed this time of year. Great communication with our host. Close to grocery store in a safe neighborhood. The provided beach chairs, coolers, towels, etc. made daily trips to the beach easy and allowed us to pack light. Checked all the boxes for our family of 5.

AMAZING HOST!

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alle Essentials wie Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, Waschmittel und Co waren vorhanden. Die Betten sind gemütlich; das Wohnzimmer geräumig und die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool hat einen tollen Sitzbereich und der Garten ist gepflegt und abends schön beleuchtet. Die Kommunikation mit Sylvia war schnell und unkompliziert! Ich komme gerne wieder, dann aber länger!

Perfect vacation spot

Nice clean house, very well equipped with everything you may need. Nice backyard area with clean pool and cage to keep bugs away. Easy drive to the beach. I would go there again.

,Villa Belly tranquility and serenity

House and area was quiet and private. House comfortable and clean. A few surprises that were quickly rectified. Ice maker not working, grill not clean, pool had algae growth, one of the bicycles had a flat tire. House manager made aware and things were addressed in a timely fashion and did not impede our vacation . Would highly recommend.

Comfortable Home Away From Home

This property is located on the east side of Naples in a residential neighborhood. It is close to 5th Avenue and was easy access to the Botanical Gardens, Marco Island and Everglades City. A pleasant place to visit is the Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge which offers a walking trail and very good bird watching. It is located between Marco Island and Everglades City. We had a map from AAA which was a great help in navigating the area. The house is very well equipped and Sylvia was excellent to work with. We would stay here again.

Beautify location, nice property, and fun vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Villa Belly. The location was perfect as we could easily get to parks, shopping, and the gorgeous Naples Beach! We felt immediately at home in the lovley property that had many extra amenities. The pool was amazing. We enjoyed using the bikes, and the neighborhood was lovley. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bath had everything needed. We so appreciated the responsiveness and attention to detail by the owner. She really thought of everything! This was our first experience with a VRBO and we will definitely do it again. Hoping to come back to this property soon. Thanks much. Jim and Char Provost

Well equipped home in good location

Pool was wonderful. House was well equipped with bikes, beach equipment and toys, golf clubs, etc. Our 3 year old grandson joined us and it was nice there was a nice cot for him to use, rather than the higher beds. Owner Sylvia was very responsive and gave us the good suggestion of using Babysaway.com for child equipment rentals. We liked the location, maybe only 10 minutes from South 5th Avenue. We'd come back.

Perfect place for a family holiday

The Owner Sylvia was only too happy to help with any questions we had. Location was ideal 20 minutes drive to the local Shopping mall. 4 of us stayed for 6 nights and have no complaints.

Wonderful! Close to everything but quiet neighborhood

This was a wonderful location. 5-10 min to grocery, dining and the beach. I love how the owner is so organized and has a book with everything you would want to do or need in the area. The house was so clean and everything we needed. We loved the use of the bikes and the grill. It would have been nice to have a screen around the pool so we could have used the pool in the evening but due to the hurricane wrecking havoc we understand. The gnats were horrible so it was not really a possibility to use the pool at night. Otherwise this house was wonderful and we plan on coming back! Beautiful and well kept!
