Casa Campana is your home away from home! Beautiful, new build property with 7 bedrooms & 11 bathrooms nestled in the heart of the Mexican community. The Mexican charm is turned way up on this property and it comes fully staffed with concierge, housekeeper and chef to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

There are two pools; one full size on the main level and one on the rooftop terrace that gets perfect all-day sun for relaxation! There is also a kiddie pool & a wood fire pizza oven to create a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.

This is a perfect place to celebrate anniversaries, family reunions, corporate retreats, weddings/elopements and all of life's milestones in between!

A Cook (to prepare 2 meals per day, usually breakfast and late lunch), Concierge, and Housekeeping is provided in the rate. Guests are responsible to pay for the grocery and food costs of the prepared meals and other items purchased, and tips to house staff during your staff.

Casa Campana is a beautiful property that has everyone you need for a fantastic vacation! Edith, Alejandra and Josefina were all extremely warm and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect for multi-generational vacation

We had a wonderful stay and Edith and the staff were wonderful. The house is the perfect home base to explore PV, and offers plenty of opportunity to relax at home. We would absolutely return and have already told friends about this special vacation home.

Annual Family Vacay

We had a wonderful week! The property was fabulous and the staff went above and beyond. Blanca and Josefina fixed wonderful meals and Edith took care of making reservations for us for fishing, zip lining and ATV tours. We all want to come back for another visit!

Our second (and hopefully not last) stay!

Casa Campana is the perfect spot for our family vacation in Puerto Vallarta. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen and living area is great for gathering as a family for meals. Best thing of our stay is the support provided by Edith, Josefina and Abril! We’ll be back!

Great accommodations for family or large group

House is as described. Clean, upscale multi bedroom with good large group areas. All beds are very good with nice linens. Staff did a good job taking care of us. Friendly and polite and made our stay pleasant. Will definitely consider it for future travels

Exceed expectations

Our family of 14 including our four adult children, their partners/spouses and our four grandkids (ages 7,4,4 and 3 months) stayed for seven days at the villa. The spacious facility is perfect for a big family. The staff did a great job of feeding us, keeping the place clean and helping with transportation. A very memorable experience!

Amazing family get away

We had 18 members of our family stay at the Casa Campana. The house is amazing with its open atmosphere surrounding the pool. The kids enjoyed every night of swimming. The staff was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. If there was anything we needed they were willing to assist. I hope we can return soon. Everything about this place was just perfect and peaceful. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay here.

magical stay

We stayed for a week at the casa campana, 10 adults and 10 children under 6. Plenty of room. The pools were great and warmed up nicely in the sun. The staff was wonderful and cleaned and made delicious breakfasts and lunches that accommodated vegetarians and celiacs. There was about 15min walk to the beach down cobble stone streets which was somewhat challenging with small children and wagons. They have multiple sets of wagons, life jackets, water wings, pack and plays and high chairs. So reach out before bringing your own.

Spectacular Villa, sprawling estate, everything you'd expect

We rented this for a friend's milestone birthday. The pictures DON'T do it justice. It is magnificent. We popped into all the pools and they're lovely. The staff was EXCELLENT, exactly as we'd hoped. Very amendable. The rooms are HUGE. You can take in sunsets on the roof with a cocktail or have a sunset dip in the pool. The only drawback is it's a little removed from the main town, BUT a quick Uber ride and you're there. We even walked a few times. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this villa!!!!

Truely Amazing

We arrived with transport from airport organised by Edith. Stepping inside the front door we were amazed as the photos online don’t do it justice. The girls had whipped up lunch and every meal as a journey into Mexican cuisine which is what we asked for. Nothing was a bother. As for our wedding upstairs everything was amazing. They helped set up cooked an amazing array of food and margaritas mixed on request. I cannot fault Casa Campaña for a quiet relaxing holiday in PVR. Our washing need and bedrooms cleaned everyday. Amazing house, pool, chef, staff. An oasis of comfort, relaxation and I honestly felt so spoiled!

This is a great family location. We have 6 kids and this place is so perfect. 6 bedrooms! Easily could sleep 16 people. There are 3 pools and 2 of them are perfect for small kids. Amazing food from Ruby for breakfasts and lunch, amazing service from our concierge Edith (Pronounced A-deet) who speaks fluent English, and daily cleaning from Josefina. Edith met us at the airport, drove us over and helped us plan all of our expeditions. We went whale watching on a private boat (super affordable) and it was spectacular! The malecon is so fun for shopping and great restaurants. Great location for a vacation, reunion or wedding. I am thinking a perfect spot for vow renewals! I am taking another trip to Casa Campana with just adults this year and can't wait. Will be a whole new level of fun!

Nothing short of amazing!

Our trip consisted of family of 16 people- 8 adults, 6 teenagers and 2 -5 year olds. The house fit us perfectly with room to spare! The artwork throughout the house is amazing!! The pictures do not do it justice, the house is beautiful. The detail within the house is amazing. There are two rooms that have a set of bunkbeds, trundle and separate queen bed. Those rooms were perfect for the teenagers in the group. The chefs were amazing. We had daily breakfast and the food was so delicious. Our favorite meal was the welcome lunch - Posole. Some of our breakfasts’ consisted of red chiliqulles, green chiliquilles, chorizo with eggs, and menudo. The one dinner consisted of steak, potatoes, veggies on the rooftop- so yummy and the view was top notch! Daily cleaning was exceptional, they washed our clothes daily as well. Came home with no dirty laundry! The rooftop pool was the teenagers favorite, they hung out up there, watched the sunset daily and it was their own private area!! There is a corn stand (which had the best jamaica) down the block, and a bakery right next door. Those two were icing on the cake :). Edith the concierge is very helpful in pointing us in the right direction as to different activities and answering our questions!! If there was anything that needed to be tended to she was very quick. Edith did shopping for us and we were able to ask her and she would bring it to us in a very timely manner! Shes awesome! We are looking forward to going back to Casa Campana!

We'll go back!

We just got back from our trip to Puerto Vallarta and our stay at Casa Campana and had a great stay. Edith (concierge), Rubi and Josefina (house staff who cooked and cleaned) were outstanding and spoiled us. We had 4 generations on this trip and the house was great for us all. Rubi and Josefina would dote on our 6 month old grandson during breakfast and lunch allowing my daughter and son-in-law to truly relax with the family during these meals. The house is spotless and really suited to a large group like ours. Evenings on the rooftop deck watching sunsets and listening to the city sounds was a favorite. This home is in a neighborhood allowing us to get a true feel for PV and not feel like we were stranded at an all-inclusive resort. If that is your thing, like it is ours, then Casa Campana should be on your list! Thank you for such a great vacation, truly loved staying at your place.

Amazing!!

This was our first time to Puerto Vallarta and we will most definitely go back solely because of this property. The home is absolutely beautiful inside and out (the pictures don’t even do it justice). The check-in process was seamless. This property is very close to restaurants and the beach. If you are going to Puerto Vallarta, book this house it will not disappoint! This is a MUST!!!

Perfect place for a family vacation!!!

Absolutely wonderful place to vacation with family and friends! We just stayed here and had the best time enjoying the rooftop views of sunset and sunrise & are already missing all the delicious food that was prepared by our chef, Ruby! Josefina made sure our rooms were in perfect condition each day and even helped us learn more Spanish! Edith, our concierge, was so attentive and gave us a list of all the amazing places to eat and see! We went whale watching and saw baby humpback whales in the bay! The views, architectural design and interior decor can not be beat!!! Absolutely stunning villa!! This is such a perfect place for families-big or small! We can’t wait to be back!

Pools, sport equipment, beach toys, great dining and cook, outstanding neighbors and community, bedroom/bathroom packages that would make most luxury hotels jealous. Just plain nice, comfortable and fun. And near a lot of very good restaurants.
